La rue Carpenter récemment rénovée Le chalet est situé au centre du village de St. Michaels. La maison est une maison de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes avec beaucoup d'espace de vie et un grand porche avec moustiquaire face à une grande cour. Les tarifs varient selon la saison et si le séjour est en semaine ou le week-end. Les séjours d'une semaine ou plus sont réduits, tout comme les réservations "de dernière minute".
Le premier étage de la maison comprend un salon avant (salon), une tanière (salle de lecture) avec un canapé-lit queen, une salle de bain complète, une chambre au premier étage avec un lit queen, une nouvelle cuisine entièrement équipée et une grande famille pièce. Adjacent à la salle familiale est un grand porche grillagé face à la grande cour arrière. Le deuxième étage de la maison comprend la grande chambre principale avec un lit king et la salle de bain principale.

This property is in a great location to the downtown area and marina. My girlfriends and I did a girls weekend here. Hurricane Debby made an appearance but we weren't rained out all weekend. It did bring a lot of ants into the house though which was frustrating. There needs to be more comfortable seating in the family room area. The couch was great but the chairs were not great. We did inform the owner about the ants and a few things that we saw that needed to be repaired and or cleaned. Other than that our stay was wonderful.

We had a wonderful time! The location of the house allowed us to park the car and walk everywhere we wanted to go! Love the house - the set up of the rooms is great. The master bedroom is amazing! We enjoyed afternoons on the screened-in porch - the ceiling fans really helped, because it was hot! Very relaxing time!

We could walk everywhere from the house and it was a perfect location. Also was great to have a backyard for our pup. The living area at the back of the house is very spacious and it had everything we needed but the front rooms and bedroom are extremely dated and could use some updating to make the furniture more comfortable and welcoming. The bed in the primary bedroom was massive but you sink into the middle of it and our backs were hurting after one night. Also, unfortunately there were some openings in the screened in porch that is sounds like the owner is aware of.

Quaint yet period correct. Plenty of room with decent kitchen. Especially love location and screaned back porch. Have stayed in house several times and does not disappoint!! Will go again for sure!

The house was a great size. Right in the middle of everything you could want to do in St. Michael’s. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. The screened in porch was great, and it was nice to have a small backyard.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in St Michaels. The location is perfect for walking to all the restaurants, shops and attractions. We loved the screened in porch and spent our mornings and happy hours enjoying the fresh air without being bothered by bugs. The home is spacious for two couples, our baby and family dog all had plenty of room. Cute home that is much nicer then the pictures show. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Historic home nestled in the heart of St Michael’s. Charming location. Quiet street. We could walk everywhere. Everything we needed was available for a comfortable visit. Kitchen had all the essentials and then some. We actually didn’t cook as we were there for a wedding, but nice amenities, if we wanted to cook. The screened in porch was over the top amazing. I would go back just for that porch. So peaceful to sit out there with our coffee and watch the bunnies and birds. Communication with the host was prompt and easy. Highly recommend staying several days (at least) to get the full St. Michael’s experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed St. Michaels. The house is nicely appointed and decorated. The location is between the main street and the harbor, so we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go in town.

The home had some nice antique pieces but definitely needs some work. The lawn needed to be mowed, the flower beds need weeding. The home needs to be power washed and the front door and screened in porch needs painting. The screens aren’t in the windows so we couldn’t open the windows. The GFI outlet didn’t work in the upstairs bathroom. The faucet in the downstairs bathroom shower was only a trickle. On a more positive note, the home is close to shopping and the docks to watch the boats on the river.

Perfect location to park your car and walk to restaurants and shops. Larger interior than pictures show. Plenty of space for two couples to each have their own space. Upstairs bedroom was larger than my first apartment! Lovely screened in patio where we spent a lot of time. Well equipped kitchen and the entire house was immaculate. Surprisingly quiet even though right in the middle of town.

My family of three and our small dog enjoyed this charming house. It was right in the middle of St. Michaels and we could walk to all the cafes, restaurants and shops. The house was clean and had many antique decorations. There is also a small park on the water just a stone's throw from the house. It was a perfect little walk for us with our dog. Thomas was available to answer questions and either addressed or made up for any small issues we had. We would definitely return for another lovely getaway.

Nice sized rooms and easy walking access to many attractions, shopping and restaurants. The master bedroom was huge and had a very comfortable king bed. (Cannot comment on the other beds as they were not eased) The kitchen was well supplied with pots and pans, china, utensils etc.. It also had the worlds BEST trash can ever!
