This home on Luisa Dr is the perfect Breck home. We were able to walk downtown to restaurants and coffee or the grocery store. The view of the mountains is gorgeous and the home itself is beautiful and well built and comfortably set up. In fact we enjoyed our experience so much we came twice in the same month! What a great experience! Nothing went right getting to our destination but once we arrived we felt right at home. Amazing location as you can walk everywhere.. I highly recommend staying at this property as everything was top notch and nothing beats sitting in the hot tub after a long day in the slopes.

We loved our stay at this home. Although it could easily be reached via walking, we shuttled to the gondola and parked. EZ peezy! The hot tub was awesome, the bedrooms were very nice, the kitchen and living area were large and inviting. I will definitely stay here again if and when our schedule permits.

My husband and ur 4 kids (age 9months - 10 years) stayed here. Great space for the whole family. My daughter and I could walk to the gondola and back easily with ski gear and be dropped off right at peak 8. Elevation ski rentals was where we rented gear from. We could literally walk there too. Great location to Main Street and city market. Walking distance for all necessities!

Overall, we were not happy with our stay, especially due to the rates and fees we paid for the stay. The furnishings were subpar in some areas and a few things on the property simply did not function properly. We were told someone was coming to fix the blind on the main window but no one ever showed up. The fireplace also did not work in the main living area. These are issues we experienced or suggestions for making the place feel like you are getting what you are paying for:Too many remotes - need one universal remote Fireplace in living room did not work, even after turning the switch onBlind on the large window did not workToilet paper - come on. You should be able to afford at least a 2-ply TP that doesn’t feel like sandpaper. Trash cans - only one in the bathroom. Need at least another one in the bedroom. Bed pillows are nothing but flat pieces of foamNeed areas for charging electronics on the nightstands The rugs in the living areas are very worn and need to be replaced.

Beautiful home, 3 great bedrooms, open kitchen and family room on main level and a separate family room in basement. House was spotless, well stocked w up to date appliances, a block from town and two blocks from the gondola. Highly recommend

First, I maintain a clean home, and I want to rent clean homes. We rent larger homes for our family a couple of times a year. I always read all the reviews and have been disappointed when the reviews say the property is so clean only for us to walk into a home that is not clean. We did not have to clean a thing in this property prior to unpacking. Great job to the cleaning crew.
It was only two of our families this trip and the size as well as the layout of this property was perfect for the six of us. Since we range in age from 5 to 76, the gondola was to far of a walk. However, it was a 5 minutes drive from leaveing the garage to the drop off and pick-up point. We could see the gondola from the rental and it was very convenient. Ryan made everything easy from beginning to end. It would be a pleasure to work with him again.

The home was beautiful, very clean, and kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed! The kids enjoyed hanging out on lower level! We could walk to all the restaurants and shopping on Main St. The 2 negatives were the traffic noise, the home backs up to Main St which is heavily traveled! You do not see the road in posted pics. There is no air conditioning so upstairs in July was warm even with the windows open.

The accommodations did not disappoint. The 3 bedroom condo had plenty of space, 3.5 baths and modern decor and amenities! The views of the mountains from the living room or second floor hot tub were breathtaking. We enjoyed the outdoor deck/patio. It was walking distance from town with plenty of restaurants, shops and activities. The unit was clean and well maintained. We would definitely go back! Thank you for sharing this lovely property!!!

Great location to skiing and downtown shopping, as well as restaurants. 10-20 minute drive to tubing, snowmobiling and dog sledding. Enjoyed day trip to Keystone. Walking distance to gondola, Nordic center for cross country & snow shoe. House as clean and comfortable for 4 adults and two kids.

We had an amazing experience staying at this house. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the home, location to Main Street and gondola, kitchen being completely stocked with everything you’ll need, and responsiveness of our host. We had a few minor problems but Ryan was able to address them right away.
One minor note: if you’re planning to use either the pullouts, it’s not a great experience for adults. The beds are falling apart but Ryan hooked us up with an air mattress right away. Otherwise, this house is darn near perfect. If we come back to Breck we will rent again!

Beautiful property. Ryan was available for questions/problems. we followed the "rules of the house" very carefullly, because clearly everyone else has been taking care of the property and it is really immaculate. I especially liked the private location of the hot tub.
