Idéal pour se détendre après une journée à la plage, au centre-ville ou à l'achat car cet endroit est proche de tout. Cuisine spacieuse avec salle à manger pour 6 plus un petit coin repas. We came over for a weekend of fun and this property delivered in a BIG way! The property was exactly as advertised, properly cleaned, and tastefully appointed.
The back yard was a DREAM and we LOVED hanging out there and letting our dogs investigate every inch of this wonderful landscaped paradise.
In closing please note that we have been staying in pet friendly VRBO rentals on St. Augustine beach for years, and the hosts for this property went over and above in every aspect of hospitality. There were SO MANY special touches, but they absolutely captured our hearts with homemade doggie treats for each of our dogs, and bottle of wine, and fresh baked artisan bread waiting for our arrival!!!
We will absolutely stay at this property in the future, and encourage everyone to give them a try!!!

This place was so perfect! The neighborhood was very quiet, no traffic or traffic noise. We were within walking distance to the beach & many popular restaurants. The house itself was so charming from the decor to the beautiful backyard set up. The owners provided everything we needed to get started for our week stay & even had a beautiful welcome gift when we arrived. You can tell they put a lot of thought & great care into their property & want peoples' stay to be enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The cottage was adorable - the hosts had decorated with a nice “beachy” vibe. The courtyard was amazing with gorgeous landscaping & lighting. Wish we could have used it more but because of the time of year the mosquitos were pretty bad. My husband’s biggest issue was the steaming on the TV - not easy to use. The welcoming bottle of wine and homemade sourdough bread was a really nice touch.

The house was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host's attention to detail was evident in the thoughtful amenities provided including fresh baked bread, wine, and treats for my dog. We especially appreciated the quick responses and helpful tips from the host.

The owners have done a fabulous job providing everything you will for the perfect getaway. The space is beautiful, comfy and super clean! The backyard is amazing-we loved sitting on the deck watching the squirrels play! Situated right across from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and bars!

I loved how the property was. The location was perfect and the accessibility to the beach was awesome. I encountered one little mishap where the shower faucet broke and when I informed the owners they resolved the issue and installed a new faucet that same night within less than 2 hours. I was very pleased with their attentiveness and quickness in resolving the issue. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to return whenever I am back at in this area.

This rental is very clean, close to beach, nicely decorated and good for families with or without dogs. Everything you need and are afraid you forgot to bring is already there…cookware, bathroom/bathing essentials, washer and dryer with soap even. Lela is very welcoming and willing to arrange welcome gift and even Happy Birthday decorations, in our case! We hope to be back! Having just about everything you could need for a vacation and time at the beach was there…this made it sooo stress free for a family/Mom!

The Home was exactly as pictured. It felt just like a cottage on the beach. The backyard oasis was enjoyed by our dogs as well as us day and night. Very close to restaurants and St Augustine Old Town and Fort.

Island Cottage Haven on St. Augustine Beach!
Very cozy and island cottage ambiance! Perfect size for a family of four. Beach cart/buggy, chairs, umbrella and kitchen complete with cookwares and seasonings a big plus! About 7 min walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We plan on visiting again! Thanks for such a relaxing place to stay at. "Elsa" did not bother us at all.

Perfection on the beach
A wonderful, very well maintained property with many amenities including a private courtyard and deck with use of gas grill and furnished with comfy furniture. Unit is spacious , well furnished and a short hop to the beach!! Beach chairs ,towels and umbrella are for use. Landlords are helpful, gracious yet unobtrusive! Our second visit and can’t wait to return next year!

Perfect island getaway
So happy we found this wonderful rental and it’s amazing owners - Lela and Alan were wonderful hosts and made our month long stay such a pleasure! We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and cupcakes from Lela’s cupcake shop - a real treat !The unit is two blocks to the beautiful St. Augustine beach with a full complement of beach accessories available for use. The private deck and garden are an extra bonus after a day on the beach - a grill is provided to cook the great local fish. Look forward to our return visit!

We loved our stay at Alan and Lela’s home. It is in a great location..walking distance to many restaurants,the beach and the Farmers Market. The unit has everything you need and many extras. The backyard is so private and beautiful we didn’t want to leave! And Alan and Lela were great hosts!( I will miss seeing Little Bean )

This was the perfect place to stay. My family truly enjoyed your home. It was way more spacious than the pictures make it appear. Also the back yard was perfect for the pets they loved it also. We had 6 people and we were never crowed. Thank you it was perfect. I highly recommend this property. Oh and perfect selection of the wine and cupcakes.

Alan & Lela have a great little set up! They were super easy to work with! The house is very clean and well maintained! The cupcakes & wine are the perfect little touch. The patio was my favorite- fenced in backyard with string lights made it the perfect spot to hang out at night. Short drive to the "drive on" beach access point. Will definitely be staying here again :)

My husband and two daughters stayed on the top level of this adorable beach house. It was clean and comfortable and perfect for a weekend getaway. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. She made us feel at home upon arrival. Would definitely recommend staying here.

BEST PLACE ON THE ISLAND!
This was our third stay in this duplex. We always stay upstairs and it just seems like a second home. Susan (the owner) takes great care of the property and it looks as good now as when we first stayed in 2014 when it just opened. She also is very generous in supplying so many things one does not expect to find at this type of rental - laundry supplies, bottled water, toothpaste, plenty of great hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc. We love Susan and we love coming to this property. We think you would enjoy it too!

On a very quiet side street. The beach is 3 minutes away. Comfortable furniture. Light, airy wood floored rooms, all with ceiling fans. Spacious deck looking onto trees. Great having my morning coffee there, watching the sun come up, hearing the birds and watching the squirrels and tiny lizards. The owner is very welcoming and helpful. Restaurants and bars in walking distance. Good supermarket a short drive away. Our second stay, going back again next year.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this space. Every detail of our stay was attended to down to the high quality bedding, stocked Keurig, laundry and dishwashing pods, ect. The place was beautifully decorated and SO clean. The outside area is a tropical oasis and also was expertly styled. I can imagine staying anywhere else on St Augustine Beach. Nothing will love up to this place.

Amazing stay
We just loved Susan's property. She thought of everything and is a true professional. It was our first experience renting thru vrbo and it was a great one. The home is gorgeous and the location is close to the beach yet so peaceful. We finished our vacation at this lovely home, and are so glad we did.....didn't want to leave! Perfect ending to a great vacation in our favorite town St Augustine. We would recommend this home to friends and family and will certainly be back! Thank you for everything, Susan. :)
