A Nana with four 22 yr old college grads enjoyed our stay. Loved the home, great layout. Very comfortable, clean, convenient to Disney Parks, shopping, 192 restaurants. We enjoyed the pool very much, lots of room. A beautiful and quiet neighborhood tucked out of the busy traffic, but close to everything. Our host could not be more responsive. Will definitely stay again. Thank you Laura for making our stay so special.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The property and amenities were every bit as described and more. The cleanliness exceeded our expectations.
Laura was wonderful to work with and was very accommodating. You could tell she really cared about her tenants having a good stay.
The pool and spa heat worked great, much better than some of the other properties we have stayed at in the area.
We will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

Very pleased with our 10 day stay at "Livin the Dream"! We were 11, ranging from 30 months to 72 years. The house worked great for all. Sleeping arrangements comfortably accommodated all & ready access for all to bathrooms. We found it to be a very well-equipped from kitchen, to pool to bedrooms & bathrooms– everything needed to settle in & enjoy the stay. Special note regarding all the baby/toddler equipment onsite which was clean, in good repair& saved transporting our own or renting. Our 5 grandsons (30 months to 9 years) loved the games room. They were either there or in the pool – they weren’t hard to keep track of! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood away from the busyness of Kissimmee, yet a location easy for getting to Disney parks & close to grocery stores & restaurants. Unfortunately weather& schedule limited time at the clubhouse & community areas but they're nicely equipped& very popular. A special shout-out to Laura the host who was exceptional to deal with & definitely among the best- if not the best- ever encountered. Highly responsive to inquiries we made of her, proactively reached out with information/suggestions/support. When things went awry on our end, was quick to provide solutions & help. I believe the truest test in assessing a property is would I recommend it to family and friends if they were visiting that locale. I have no qualms in recommending this house to anyone looking for a large, comfortable, well-equipped vacation home in Kissimmee

Laura was absolutely wonderful! Her communication is unmatched. We always had updates and she even checked in to report about a change in the weather for our stay. You can’t beat that level of attention!
We have rented many houses before in the area but this one we will 100% be coming back to. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of seating for our party of 10. Everything was fresh, clean and tastefully decorated (something hard to find in most of rental homes)
We stayed at Windsor palms resort across the road last year and it was nice but Windsor hills has a lot more to offer while also being family friendly and quiet.

This was a great home base for our Disney days and hang out spot for our rest days! The house was also very pet and child friendly with its pool safety and bedroom layout.

we had a great time, the house was more than i thought it would be, pretty much all you need to bring are your clothes, the property manager was easy to work with, very nice lady. The pool was warm, the hot tub was great, overall, our stay was a 10 and definitely would stay again!

This home was perfect for our large family vacation. The location was very close to Disney. The game room, pool and hot tub were the highlights for the kids in our group. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots/pans/utensils we needed to cook meals. There were no problems with our stay. We would stay here again in the future!

The property manager, Laura, was very attentive for the few small questions/issues we had. Great proximity to the Disney attractions and lots of other activities in the immediate area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is a lovely house, very spacious, clean, quiet neighborhood, conveniently located near Disney. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the house. The neighborhood also has a large pool with water slides and a playground that our grandchildren enjoyed. Host was very easy to deal with, very prompt with responses.

Wonderful vacation home! The property manager/owner was wonderful! Communication far exceeded any and all expectations, and Laura was very prompt with her responses! Anything we inquired about was answered almost instantly! The check in process was easy and detailed instructions were sent ahead of time. A nice welcome basket was available for us when we arrived, as well all the immediate staples, which made life so much easier. The home itself was well kept and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and everyone in our party slept really well. Plenty of room for our party of 7 and we never felt cramped or packed. We loved the neighborhood and location of the home. It was very quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. It was wonderful after a long day at Disney. The location is super convenient and close to the Disney Parks as well as grocery stores. 5 Stars hands down. We will be back to vacation with this host again!

We had a wonderful stay for my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary. The house was clean and spacious and the resort offered many amenities. We were within half an hour of everywhere we wanted to go and made some amazing memories. Thank you for hosting us and we hope to return again!

Nothing short of an amazing, relaxing and cozy home with all the needs. My family of 10 adults loved this home and rarely left. We used the pool and kitchen and game room mostly and had the most fun. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, was just a great stay. Top notch communication with Laura before during and after the trip. Amazing host. We will def book again with you.

We had a large group with our grown children and 6 grandchildren. The home was everything we hoped it would be and the property owners are fantastic people. We have stayed in this neighborhood before because we like the convenience to Disney. What a great place to come back to after a long day park hopping. Our family would highly recommend this property. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time. House was great. Close to all the parks. Our grandchildren loved the pool!. Laura did an amazing job fixing bedrooms to our grandchilds liking. Princess theme for the girls and star wars for the boys.

Property owner or manager Laura is pretty much always talking bout how much extra she can charge for any small service required. We requested for 2 small favors and both she wanted to charge $150 for one and other $50! We spent over $3k on the house and couldn’t get extra 30 minute or so to check out without being reminded of $100 charge for each 1/2hr. Community is gated and great surrounding only reason we stayed out for our trip.

The house was amazing absolutely gorgeous. Everything was exactly as described on VBRO. Every bedroom was so comfortable and clean no, I will say SPOTLESS. Our grandson loves Star Wars and his bedroom was Star Wars themed which he loved. From the game room to having our own pool & hot tub nobody wanted to leave the house. When Hurricane Ian hit us Wednesday and Thursday we felt safe & secure in the house. We didn't lose power thank goodness. The kitchen was fully stocked for all our family dinners we made from pots & pans to every dish we needed. Our little Corgi Kylo Ren felt right at home as well he loved running up and down the stairs when he had the zoomies LOL. The house was definitely a 5 STAR HOME! Another thing that was absolutely AWESOME was the Air Conditioner in this large home. Every room was so comfortable as with other homes we stayed at usually 1 -2 rooms never were cool enough to sleep in without a fan provided by the owner. Our host Laura was amazing as well of we had a question or 3 she would always get back to us very quickly. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future. Overall experience staying here was definitely a 5 STAR+.
