Notre maison de ville de 2600 pieds carrés, 5 chambres, 3 salles de bains (unité 11) est l'une des rares véritables propriétés de ski in / ski out au Purgatory Resort, construite directement sur les pistes et à quelques pas de la place principale.
La cuisine gastronomique a des comptoirs en granit et comprend un bar avec des sièges et s'ouvre sur l'espace de vie principal et la salle à manger, vous donnant beaucoup d'espace pour vous détendre en famille et entre amis. Et la nouvelle chambre avec lits superposés avec TV 55 'et XBox 360 est un endroit idéal pour les enfants.
La chambre principale a un foyer au gaz tandis que la salle de bain a une baignoire jacuzzi.
La maison de ville a une laveuse / sécheuse, WIFI et un garage attenant chauffé pour 2 voitures qui a beaucoup d'espace de stockage pour le matériel.

We have stayed in several of the ski in ski out Elk point condos. Great location for families with small kids. Unit has plenty of space for a large family. This property needs some cleaning. Cobwebs and dust on fans bed frames light fixtures. Shower curtain and bathroom rug needed to be washed. Shower in upstairs bathrooms had mildew and excess of hard water calcium. Unit says no pets but we found pet hair in bedrooms ended up on our clothes.The rental company supplied plenty of Toilet paper but no supplies for dishes. The couch was in poor condition and they ordered a new one didn’t get there for us but glad to know they were taking care of it.Our family had a great time as always as you can’t get a better location. The unit had baby gates and playpen which was important for the safety of our little ones.They brought a brand new crockpot same day as the lid for current crockpot was missing. Could use a bigger baking sheet pan but otherwise plenty of pans. Staff were friendly and helpful with quick response. Would rent again hopefully they get a better cleaning service as we all know how much we pay for cleaning. Unit could use some updating.

This is a true ski in/ski out. Skied down from yellow brick road right to the back door. House was perfect for us. The management company kept in touch with us throughout our stay.

Great setup and layout for large groups. No air conditioning made for warm sleeping in the upstairs bedrooms. In general the condo has a bit of wear and tear but it was totally fine for our extended family trip.

We’ve stayed at every condo on the mountain. This place was our favorite because of ski in/ out access and short distance to beach area.
The only issue was not enough bath towels and struggled to get fireplace going . We loved it so much that we already booked for next Christmas.

This house was by far our favorite so far. It was very accommodating for our group of 8 with even room to spare. The view was wonderful especially for my mother in-law that is 88. She could watch the lifts and skiers come down the mountain. Skiing right down to the porch to grab a quick lunch and right back out to the lift was a big hit. The kitchen had a variety of pots and pans and we cooked all of our meals. We will for sure be booking a stay here again.

Great place to stay
The place was almost ski in ski out, but with more snow to come, I’m sure it could be truly ski in ski out. It does have 5 bedrooms, but the bath situation wasn’t ideal. Bunk room on bottom floor had to share the one bathroom on second floor, but second floor has two bedrooms, which meant that 8 of us actually had to share the one bathroom. Other two bathrooms were on top floor which had two bedrooms. There were lots of games that the family could play. Kitchen had minimum skillets/griddles for cooking pancakes. Enjoyed the gas fire logs. Asked for bathtub plug in tub on middle floor to be fixed, but guess they couldn’t get the replacement part quickly enough. Christmas tree would have been nice, but guess some guests might stay there that aren’t Christian nice big table that the whole family could gather around for meals and games

Beautiful Property
Our stay was amazing. The location was perfect and it met our needs. There was an unexpected inconvenience as we couldn’t park at the home for 24 hours and we had to walk a good distance. This was an inconvenience as it was our wedding day and we had to alter some plans. Otherwise it was great!

Texas 9 still alive!
We had such an amazing time, and our experience in Durango was memorable. The stay in the cabin was absolutely the best. We had all the convenience needed, and the comfort was as if we were at home. They had it well stocked with all the essential supplies you could possibly need & more. Their details are on point. We were very pleased.

We had to make last minute wedding plans for our daughter due to Covid. Couldn’t ask for a more beautiful location. The house was nicely furnished and stocked. We had our small party of 18 over for a reception, and there was plenty of room. Master bedroom on third floor didn't cool down with no a/c, making nights a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, very pleased with stay.

Couldn’t have been better!
This property was spectacular! We were right on the mountain and enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching all the mountain bikers come down the mountain. Luckily, most of the attractions were open, and there was much to do.
The place was clean and exactly as pictured and we were not disappointed! We will definitely be back here, and hopefully we can find availability during ski season. Thank you so much!

Awesome Stay - If cleaned more thoroughly, would have been Perfect.
My large family group stayed at the property - sleeping 5 couples. One couple had to sleep in the bunk beds. The location is unbeatable- gorgeous view, some yard space to play in. The patio chairs need to be replaced as they were worn through, and there were many dishes that needed re-washing by hand. The dishwasher was terrible at washing dishes, which probably leads to the dishes that get put away being covered in a film and so we washed our dishes by hand all week, washing anything that was in the cupboards. That was the most unclean part of the stay. The property managers were very prompt with our requests. They provided fans along with the bedroom ceiling fans, to help with cooling the place during the day since there is no AC. Bedding especially pillows are worn / old and could use replacing. Only one set of shampoo/bodywash/lotion per bathroom, not per couple - just an FYI.
We loved having a washer/dryer to wash clothes. Very convenient.
Overall, the layout, amenities, and overall stay was wonderful. We had a great time. These few improvements to the units would make the stay perfect.

Fantastic location! Our group loved the rental and would rent again. Property was well stocked with dishes, pans, and plenty of spices in the kitchen which was nice since we cooked every meal. Ice maker was broken, but they provided us a large bag of ice for our stay. The internet went done the third day, but the management company was very quick to solve the problem and get us back up and running!

Purgatory Ski-in-ski-out
My family just got back from a fantastic trip skiing in purgatory. The condo was right on the left and could not have been more convenient! The condo was very large and accommodated our group well. It’s very well-stocked with essentials and a lot of spices and things that other condos that we rented in the past did not have. We had a problem with her Internet that was addressed very quickly. Could not be happier with the level of service we received. We will be back!

Pretty darn good
The location was great. Would have given it 5 stars but had some nits:
1) Many light bulbs were out, including all of the ones above the dining room table. It's a darkly lit unit, so all of the bulbs need to work.
2) The Televisions' "Source" kept changing to a non-active input. Not user friendly.
3) Check-out time of 10:00 AM is too early. 11:00 would be better.

Another awesome ski vacation!
Perfect location for ski-in/ski-out. Property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. The townhome was in great shape, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable. We had a great week and hope to stay here again. Thank you!
