French Country Farmhouse on Baron's Creek - w/ Pool/Spa, Steps from Main Street!
Nouveau au marché mai 2017 !! Creekside Farmhouse est une maison rénovée professionnellement à deux pâtés de maisons de la rue principale qui vous transportera vers la campagne française. Isolé sur près d'un acre, la propriété abrite Baron's Creek et possède une intimité et un espace extérieur difficile à trouver dans le centre-ville de Fredericksburg. Les hauts plafonds vous accueillent lorsque vous entrez dans le superbe salon - orné de plafonds de 17 pieds, d'un magnifique lustre et d'un mobilier français. Une cuisine ouverte et entièrement équipée est adjacente au salon et à la salle à manger / salon qui dispose d'une table à manger en zinc-dessus de 10 pieds, d'un grand canapé sectionnel, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un système de sonos Sonos. Le maître de l'étage comprend un lit king avec des draps luxueux et une salle de bain attenante avec baignoire et douche à l'italienne. Our friend group thoroughly enjoyed this property. It's conveniently located on a large quiet lot with gorgeous views, while still within walking distance from downtown Fredericksburg shops and restaurants. The house is spacious with an open floor plan and fully stocked kitchen if you're planning to cook. And the property owner was quick to respond when we reached out while we were there. We will absolutely return to this property on future group trips to Fredericksburg. Highly recommend.

Cute house. Quiet. Very easy walk to downtown Fredericksburg. Enough room for everyone to spread out. Beds in two master bedrooms very comfortable. My only suggestion would be window screens so people who like to sleep with windows open could have insect defenses. All together very nice experience though.

My group of 10 ladies had the best experience here! The house was beautiful and spacious. Check in and communication were very easy. The big comfy couch was big enough for us to have a little movie time. The house was within walking distance to a few late night spots. It was a wonderful experience! Would highly recommend for anyone that is considering it!

Our group had the most fantastic time! The house was perfect in every way. We enjoyed wineries in Fredericksburg. The host was great to communicate with and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our girls weekend!

We stayed in this lovely house a few weeks ago for my husband’s 50th birthday and it was all around wonderful!! The house is better than described and the backyard/creek were perfect for my husband’s party. Beautiful furnishings and had more than enough room for our 9 family members. We always had excellent communication with Buck and even got the chance to meet him briefly during our stay. Great guy! You will not regret choosing this house for your Fredericksburg rental and the location can’t be beat!

We had a fabulous stay at this home and the Carriage House! Even with our larger group, everyone was very comfortable. The owner was responsive to my questions and accommodating. Check-in/check-out was super easy and they had everything we needed and more! Great location and beautiful property!

This property is amazing! Beautiful and clean. Beds were amazing per our whole party. Location! Location! Location! We were there when it was cool and rainy but you are literally steps away from everything. Shops and restaurants to the right. The pier and beach to the left. We attended a wedding at Casa Romantica. We were all in love with our stay. Every one was happy from my 7 year old granddaughter to my 86 year old mother. I felt as if I hit the jackpot with this vacation. The rental is perfection even though the weather was not. Cathy was amazing and responded to our very few questions. No complaints at all. Hint to future renters…takes a minute or two for the master shower to get warmer. Once we figured that out…we were in heaven. TVs streamed perfectly. Coffee maker worked well. They even start you off for with a few amenities. Loved this!! I want to go back…right now.

The house was a perfect accommodation to our girls weekend. We had 10 guests and all fit comfortably. Buck was easily accessible when I had any questions. We were able to make the short walk to and from Main Street for shopping and eating! Great stay!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful home! It was beautifully decorated- simple and elegant.
We had two families staying here - the two master suites were dreamy and the bunk room for the kids was more than enough space- the girls LOVED having their own space! Two large living rooms, and a loft for lounging. Kitchen was well stocked- we made breakfast each morning. Everything was perfectly clean and the views were dreamy out back. We loved the location- at the end of Main Street, yet right on your way to stonewall. The owner was so friendly and hospitable. We can’t wait to come back! Such a lovely home!

We stay to celebrate my Mom’s 64th birthday. This has everything you will ever need to have a really great time. The kids really enjoyed the bunk room and the bedding was so nice, you could really tell they were very high-quality. The fire pit outside had fire wood and the barbecue by the back door had some lighter fluid so that we could get fire going every night with really nice lights. I have to say that was our favorite part was our nightly wine fire pit time. We definitely will be back. The kitchen is fully stocked. Even had Ziploc bags for us to bag up leftover chips to go home with. Very thoughtful and can’t say enough good stuff.

The house was beautiful, comfortable beds, nice sheets and pillows. We loved the fire pit outback. The space is small but but they used the space so well. It is within walking distance of most places on Main St. The owner was very nice and responsive.

I rented this home for the weekend and it was perfect for ladies trip. It was beautiful, clean, plenty of space and in the perfect location. The only thing I would change is the amount of time that we stayed. Wish we would’ve planned to stay longer. Great home and we would love to rent once we return.

Weekend getaway
We just got back from a wonderful weekend getaway celebrating sisters birthday with family. Beautiful home and furnishings and very comfortable beds and bedding. We also enjoyed gathering on the back patio and around the fire pit, backyard is so peaceful!

The French Country Farmhouse was a wonderful place to stay, the location can't be beat and the outdoor areas were so peaceful. Mornings were awesome on the back porch with coffee, and we really enjoyed the view (the swings were so cute). We had a group of 8 girls, celebrating my birthday and the house was the perfect size. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen is open concept and has two living areas, which was plenty of space to spread out and visit. This house is so close to Main on a nice quiet street, it was just a short walk to shopping which made it nice not to drive our cars. The owner was fast to respond when I had a question about parking, I can't wait to return for another visit!
