Haven in Midtown's Historic Morton Meadows
Maison unique de 1925 située à Midtown Omaha dans le quartier historique de Morton Meadows. Notre maison confortable dispose de beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre, avec des planchers de bois franc d'origine et un plafond de 13 pieds en bois apparent. Le style néo-espagnol / mission est mis en évidence par une cheminée unique du sol au plafond.
2 chambres et une salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée, plus le niveau inférieur avec demi-salle de bain et une grande salle à manger, le rendent parfait pour les couples, les professionnels et les familles. Détendez-vous dans la cour arrière spacieuse avec des sièges en plein air au printemps, en été et en automne.
Ce quartier sûr et haut de gamme est à une courte distance des boutiques, des restaurants et des espaces extérieurs de Midtown Crossing. À seulement 10 minutes du centre-ville et du vieux marché. Le quartier abrite le centre médical de l'Université du Nebraska et des offres de divertissement à proximité dans le quartier de Blackstone. À quelques minutes de Baxter Arena et du village d'Aksarben.

Morton Meadows was perfect for our family. It is such a cute house with everything we needed to complete our visit. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, we'd come back to this on our next visit. The hosts were very helpful and communicative.

This house was perfect for our family of four! It was in a quaint, safe neighborhood and within 10 minutes of all of Omaha’s biggest attractions. The owner, Mary, was incredibly helpful, giving us info on local restaurants and sights suited to teenagers. The home itself was clean and had all the basic necessities. We would stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in Omaha!

We had a really great time at this nice and interesting home. It was fun looking at all the unique features. The neighborhood was really nice and close to downtown and to Offutt AFB. Communication with Mary started immediately as I asked questions before booking, as time got close and throughout our stay. She is super nice!! We would definitely stay here again.

The house was very clean and well stocked. The water pressure in the shower was good but the shower head is low. If you’re very tall you won’t be able to stand under it.
The owner checked in with us during our stay so I felt they would be responsive if we had an issue. The location was convenient to the activities we had planned.
Would stay again if we return to Omaha.

This was the PERFECT location for all things OMAHA! The neighborhood is a bonus, just driving around looking at all the vintage unique houses was a pleasure and the inside of the home itself was gorgeous. We couldn't have asked for a better stay, better location, better neighborhood or better communication.

My college roommate and I spent three nights here. The house is great. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to pretty much everything in central and downtown Omaha. The best part about the experience was dealing with Mary who co-owns with her sister. If I had an issue, I texted. She texted to check on us and ask if we needed anything on an almost daily basis. The only “problem” was when neither he nor I could figure out the Roku TV. Not the tv or owners fault. We are both 59 and not great with stuff like that. Mary was gracious at every turn and made us feel welcome. I do not believe you can go wrong with this house!

We were in town for a couple appointments Rather than driving back and forth this was the perfect location. Close to the VA and in a quiet neighborhood. Owners were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Easy access to zoo, old tiwne market and other sites of interest. House was very clean. The hosts were very helpful and communicated everything we needed to know and were quick and gracious to answer any questions or concerns. Would go here again.

Excellent communication and neighborhood
This property is an amazing stand out of Italian design. One of my friends is from Greece and pointed out some of the Italian influence besides the obvious architecture. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. Perfect location for access to many places, but secluded enough to be an oasis in the city. The property owners were dreams to work with. Expectations were clearly laid out and not complicated. Mary would text occasionally to ensure all is well with us and if anything was needed. Would definitely use again! BTW pay close attention to all of the hidden gems that make this house a home, starting with the doorknob.
