We rented this home to accommodate our extended family traveling from Brazil for our wedding since it was very close to our neighborhood. It perfectly suited our needs. The home was exactly as described on the website and very clean. We are very grateful to have found it!

We traveled in to attend the Kentucky Derby. This location was clean, well cared for, and in a nice neighborhood. It suited us well.

Second time staying here and both times were great. The location was perfect for my friends and I. Nice to have a outside patio to hangout. Had a issue with the lock one night and owner responded quickly and fixed it the next day. Would definitely stay a third time.

Beautiful home in a lovely and convenient neighborhood. The tub was a definite plus after a long car ride! Convenient to the bourbon trail and day trips to Lexington, Bowling Green, and Bardstown. Helpful owner with fast responses to questions. Would stay again!

The house is located in a decent, safe neighborhood. The tv needs to be upgraded to streaming. Conveniently my located near major shopping.

Many items were of concern. Bedroom ceiling began leaking from upstairs tub after 1 bath. Called owners out of concern as only in house for a few hours (9pm) Owners were less then concerned, professional asking "what I would like them to do about it." Upstairs window did not have screen, safety concern. Many other windows did not remain open without items being placed in them. Minimal lighting in kitchen. Stove door was broken, came apart when opened. Lawn care company had no concern for children playing in backyard, whipping around house nearly hitting my 2 children playing back there.

We had a great stay in Louisville! This house was perfect for us. The owners were absolutely wonderful to work with! We would definitely stay here again when we’re back in the area! Thank you, Melissa and Grahame.

We had never used a house on VRBO before. We were very happy with our experience and would consider doing this again. If we return to Louisville another year for the International Farm Show we would use this house. It really met our needs for a place to stay.

Property has a lot of updates to kitchen, baths, floors. Neighborhood is quiet. Rainfall showerhead in downstairs bath is nice. Owners were friendly and responsive. Our family of four were very comfortable. Internet was fast and reliable. A couple of minor things: no TV in the upstairs bedroom, and no cable TV but they do have an HD antenna and a large selection of movies for the downstairs TV. Upstairs mattress was OK, not great with two people, but there is a downstairs alternative if desired. Nothing deserving a star deduction. Kitchen is well supplied and is very nice. Neighborhood is close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

This place was perfect for our needs during our Louisville stay. The kitchen is well stocked. The house is clean. The beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is adorable. The owners are good communicators. My only suggestion would be to add some pictures to the walls and maybe a dresser in the first floor bedrooms. Otherwise. It was a great stay ! Nice home in a safe quite subdivision. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you will need for dining. Cozy couches. Rainfall shower is awesome and my favorite would be the upstairs soaking tub. Owner is swift to respond back to questions and comments .

My husband & I & his sister spent the past week in Louisville as tourists. This home was perfect! We all had our space, she had downstairs, we had upstairs. The home was well appointed and the neighborhood was quiet but close to everything! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and easy access to main highways and KEC. Our bed upstairs was very comfortable and the large tub was a blessing! All the furnishings were comfortable and there was a good supply of towels, etc. The kitchen light was way too dim for us. We were there in January and could have benefited from having a snow shovel. We also would have liked to have a small dresser in each of the two downstairs bedrooms.

This is a beautiful, cozy house. Really nice touches on interior. Perfect for our family to gather.

Wonderful thru and thru...

There was not one dresser in the unit, therefore, we were forced to live 'out of a suitcase' for 10 days. Each bedroom needs some sort of cabinet or shelves for folded clothes. Rooms are small but something should be provided. TV VERY limited and no major news channel. We sorely missed FOX news! I have no issue with "black TV situation comedy" but 24 X 7 is a bit too much--also 24 hr. of Criminal Minds. We saw some comedies from the 1950's which my niece enjoyed--Archie Bunker--really? In this world, I would assume most people expect cable TV! The washer and dryer were as expected but, the location was inconvenient. At the ripe old age of 75--carrying laundry up and down a very steep group of steps is difficult. It is also wise to supply scissors, tape, paper etc. to guests for their convenience. Not a necessity, but sure helpful. Would also suggest some sort of information on A/C unit as we did not know how to adjust the thermostat. We had only upstairs AC for first 3 days. We found owners very responsive--Graham was extremely helpful and efficient. I appreciated his quick response to the blown fuse. My husbands cord was fried but not worth worrying about. A replacement will not 'break the bank'. The home is settled in a quiet community and very convenient--clean and well kept.
