Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good and they had an evening drinks and snacks night which gave us a chance to meet others staying there

The location and friendly staff. The breakfast was nice. Loved the regular sized fridge and the overall layout of the room.

The room was very dusty and needs to be thoroughly cleaned, the furniture was banged up, carpet ripped in several places, holes in the bottom corners of entrance near the bathroom. The shower head has not been cleaned in ages, and stains were on the shower curtains. The inside of the tub had chipped paint, or the tub was chipping. The room needed to be modernized. Still has lamp shades and old lighting fixtures.

Location and price were great.

Love the location and the friendliness of the staff!! Just recently I had to stay there for an extended period of time, and they really treated me like family. When I arrived the other night for my brief stay, they welcomed me back like old friends. Very cozy and comfortable.

Room was loud- we could hear everything going on in the hallway. Even cleaning staff were very loud in the morning.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The facilities were clean. We enjoyed our room.

It was not clean. The bathroom ceiling was peeling and had it after spots on it. I don’t think my phone worked at all in the room. I tried using it to call the help desk. the phone was dirty as well.

Great location, friendly staff, great room. Hotel was very full, but was still very quiet.

Front desk was vacant when I arrived and I could not find a note about how to ring for service. I only waited about 5 minutes, so it all worked out. The shower floor was very slick.

enjoy staying in a nice suite

staring to show age and could use updates. ie bathroom -vanity is super low, door into tub & toilet barely closes due to proximity of door and toilet.

the hotel had a great breakfast bar and was close to the event we were attending. the room stayed pretty cool and the air conditioning system worked well.

we had booked for 4 adults and sleeping arrangements were interesting. the pullout couch was a twin, so we had to make an additional sleeping arrangement for the last adult…

Beds

Breakfast was horrible, when clean didn't take trash or towels and turn thermostat up . Hot when we got back in from zoo .didn't clean while stayed there

Breakfast was third world.... there were no eggs on Friday Morning, coffee was bad, no hot milk, etc etc. $400 dollars a night, get out of here both the Staybridge Suites and Booking.com are out of my life.....

The location was good. The staff was friendly. Plenty of hot water.

In the first room they put us, there is a fire pit with several chairs around it about 10 feet from the window! Since there is very little sound insulation, the noise from the parties around the pit could be heard. There was also some lecher staring in our window before I had a chance to completely close the blinds. What genius thought this location was great. The next morning at 6:45 the maintenance crew used the power blowers to clean around the above fire pit. If you are a light sleeper, I would avoid that room. They moved us to room 111. It was away from the above fire pit (Room 134). It was better, but it outside exit was down the hallway. The door damper did not work. Every time someone enter or left the building was followed by a loud "bang". Easily fixed if the staff would check for issues like that. The mattress had a large hollow in it, so gave up and just put a sheet on the couch. I was very happy to leave. I would have found another place, but with the Kentucky Derby there, it was unlikely I could have found another place. There was a $10 a night parking charge, which was never mentioned in any of the literature. That was odd as there was plenty of parking. Suspect it was a gouge for the Derby people. I paid $1551 for 3 nights for a motel that would normally go for $75 a night. Foolish me.

A dog was in the room next door and barked A LOT. Not many in the hotel so I was reluctant to complain (they would have known it was me). Outdated cable system. I could not get HBO to work, which was annoying. Front desk couldn’t help (but to be fair it wasn’t her responsibility).
