The property was great and wonderful for our family. Punta Mita was so nice. The condo comes with access to the beach clubs, which were amazing. Maria, with the concierge service, was so helpful and provided great suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Note: top bunk does not have railing and the stairs are a little tricky for a group traveling with young kids.

Nice rental with plenty of space for everyone!

This condo was spectacular! The pictures don’t do it justice- it’s huge and spacious with beautiful living spaces both indoor and out. We lived using the pool at the building and had easy access to beach clubs as well. Will definitely be coming back here!

Good location, good layout, adequately supplied kitchen. Housekeeper pleasant, prompt and efficient. Insufficient lighting throughout the house. No lighting near outdoor grill. Bunk bedroom does not have a railing on the upper bed, so it isn’t usable by children.

A great property for a very large family or two families staying together. The penthouse unit had wonderful views and a delightful plunge pool that is private. The property is ideally located at the epicenter of Kupuri Beach, the St. Regis, Four Seasons and town and provides access to Kupuri, the St. Regis Beach Club and Residence Beach Club, all great locations to enjoy sand and surf. The property also provides access to the development's two private pool areas, both that we found excellent, private and relaxing. There is also a six passenger golf cart that comes with the unit making getting around very easy. We look forward to returning!

We just returned saturday Jan 21, 2012 from a 6 day rental at this beautiful and well kept unit in the punta mita gated community and will definitely look to return in the future. I highly recommend staying in the unit. Very clean and has everything we needed as a party of 6 traveling with 2 small kids. Unit is far more beautiful in person and super spacious. As a first time traveler to this part of Mexico, the host Ernesto made us feel extremely comfortable as far as safety traveling out of the gated community and assisted with the arrangements we needed from airport transportation to and from the airport, golf cart rental etc. Upon arrival to the unit, we were greeted by a lovely lady who showed where everything we needed was. Unit is equipped with everything we needed. We traveled with 2 young children ages 2 and 4 years old. We bought grocery from walmart and was able to cook breakfast and snacks daily for them. After our first night there the 2 year old was sick with a fever, I called Ernesto and he recommended the Medical Ctr on site. My brother and wife took their son to the DR there who responded really quickly, assessed his condition and provided the antibiotics he needed to begin care. The community has wonderful people who greet you and provided guidance whenever we needed it. Beach club at residences club is PERFECT for kids. The kids pool area is very nice, the water is HEATED for them, (a major plus) and it is the perfect height where they can free play on their own with out you holding them the entire time. Restaurants in the area are FABULOUS, good variety to choose from. We ate at ST Regis Sea Breeze and other restaurant. However, in the town, Cafe Des Artist is to die for. Si Senor is excellent too, a little less expensive but what i like is that all the restaurants on the strip are romantic and set on the beach one after the other. Concierge can book tours or you can go to the strip to book them also. We did outdoor adventure with Vallarta Adventures. A MUST DO!!! Super Fun. Thank you Ernesto for being a great host. Cant wait to plan another trip to Punta Mita.

We stayed in the condo with three other couples . The condo itself was beautiful, spacious and luxurious with all the comforts of home.The condo is exactly as nice as it looks in the photos, if not even nicer in person. the location is great and just a quick golf cart drive to the beach club, and the little town the is on the outside of the gate. The unit is furnished with anything you may need on the trip. The service and hospitality are great at the condo and at the Residents' Beach Club, I would highly recommend this to others.
