Les astuces des années 1950 continuent d'écho dans cette efficacité complète de 1 lit / 1 bain qui se trouve sur le rivage de la voie navigable Intracoastal, à 1/2-mile de Gulf Beach à St Pete Beach. Nous nous spécialisons dans la location saisonnière aux snowbirds internationaux et les prix reflètent un séjour minimum de 1 mois.
Un grand soin a été pris dans ce projet de remodelage pour maintenir le caractère et le style du design du milieu du siècle. Les appareils compacts européens dotés d'armoires à rangement propre rendent cet espace très actif.
Très proche du quartier historique de l'avenue Corey avec des dizaines de boutiques, de restaurants et de bars à distance de marche. La ligne de bus et l'arrêt du chariot de plage sont à 1/2 pâté de maisons. La plage se trouve à environ 15 minutes à pied. Le glissement de bateau plus ancien s'inscrit jusqu'à 25 pieds (95 $ / mois supplémentaires pour le glissement - pas d'électricité pour glisser).
L'île de la baie a été construite au milieu des années 1950 et s'adresse principalement aux snowbirds et aux retraités. C'est calme et ensoleillé. Parfait pour les personnes actives avec un sentiment de nostalgie pour le caractère et le style vintage dans un nouveau remodelage. Aucun mobilier à main dans ce VRBO!

This is a delightful space filled with thoughtful touches throughout. We’ve stayed at a lot of properties and this one is a standout! The condo size is compact yet very comfortable and feels much larger. Clean as a whistle and very well laid out. Contemporary in design with splashes of color, this private unit seamlessly blends guests needs with efficiency. Everything is here: Dishes, glasses, pots and pans, cutlery, iron, 2 flat screen tvs, swimming pool, A/C, ceiling fans, etc. Too much to mention it all! The hosts Cheryll and Peter were delightful to interact with and had great suggestions including an incredible Italian bakery that quite literally had the BEST pastries and bread. Tons of parking and the location is safe, quiet and close to shopping with quaint boutiques and unique businesses. The Gulf of Mexico is very close if one prefers sand and ocean. We will stay here again when we come back to St. Pete Beach!

This property is much more than advertised. Definitely roomier than pictures indicate and perfect for solo or couple. Well maintained and stocked with quality accessories. Pete and Cheryl are wonderful hosts and supply you with everything you would need for a great vacation That's everything from back-up batteries for your devices to beach towels to a terrific heated pool overlooking Boca Ciega Bay. Also provided are 2 smart tv's with a Roku platform which gives you free Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu etc. In addition, St. Pete beach and town are outstanding. This vacation unit gets my highest recommendation.

We had a wonderful vacation, the condo exceeded our expectation. It was clean, well laid out, in a great location and had so many little extras. Peter and Cheryll went out of their way to help us when we wanted to recycle, it meant a lot to us. They never pestered us, but were always there when we needed them.
We would definitely return and highly recommend the condo to others. Thanks again Peter and Cheryll

My wife and I had a great time in this condo. It was a very safe and in a convenient location. The condo was a good size for 2 adults and was well appointed. Our neighbors were all very nice. If you like to walk it is a perfect location to get to numerous restaurants, bars, and stores. We actually walked to the beach several times. I would also recommend bringing a fishing pole for fishing off the dock.
The only reason we are not giving the condo 5 stars is the very small refrigerator, and the fact that it was very difficult to keep from making noise in the first floor condo below us, due to the lack of sound insulation in the older but mostly updated building.

The perfect place for us to have stayed in. It was decorated very nicely with comfy sofa, seats, and bed. Owners and neighbors were super nice, helpful, fun to chat with, and very respectful. The location is fantastic with easy access to many beaches and restaurants in the area.

Once again I am enjoying my stay at this St. Pete Beach condo so much. Peter and Cheryll are friendly and caring owners. The condo is equipped with everything a solo vacationer or couple needs for a happy stay. The pool is just across the street with a scenic view of the canal. The building is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, there are laundry machines on the premises, and I am so glad to have found this particular rental. Highly recommended.

I've rented condos up and down the beaches from Pass a Grille to Indian Rocks Beach, and this is hands down my favorite rental. It's on the 2nd floor, located near the inland waterway with a lovely pool and dock for fishing, is adjacent to a community center with lots of fun exercise classes, half a block from a large grocery store, a block from a pharmacy and two blocks from Corey Avenue and its shops and restaurants. There is easy access to the Sun Coast Trolley to take you up and down the beach or to downtown St. Petersburg. The unit is thoughtfully furnished with coffees and toiletries to get you started. I am so glad I chose to stay and will return very soon.

The moment we walked in, we were relaxed: this is an adorable efficiency apartment that is very nicely furnished and very clean. We stayed for a month and had a great time. Condo is well laid-out for a couple and was very comfortable. Building is older-style Florida, and is also well taken care of with a nice mix of neighbors. We enjoy walking so took advantage of having several nearby places to eat and shop. Very thoughtful and gracious owners - will definitely return!

My parents spent over two months in Peter and Cheryll's condo in St. Pete beach. They found the place very comfortable and clean. It's close to everything and Peter and Cheryll take great care of this property. Highly recommend this cute condo and my parents will definitely return.

The thorough remodelling of this property has paid off, we were the first rentals for Peter and Cheryl and when we returned nearly 18 months later we were delighted to find no signs of 'wear and tear' and everything in good working order. On arriving from the UK we much appreciated the fresh soaps and toiletries to freshen up, without having to unpack a suitcase and could relax comfortably straight away. The weather at the beginning of our stay allowed us to open the windows all round and have a cooling breeze blowing through which was great. The Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella were put to good use, as we could arrive at a beach and spend the day comfortably! We enjoyed cooking out on the Barbeque which is down by the dock, there is always something to watch on the water. Boca Ciega Drive is a lovely quiet location, we like the quirkiness of this 1950's building and all it has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return - our regret - not using the bikes!!

The property owners are friendly and our hosts were especially attentive to our needs. We enjoyed the stay and look forward to returning next winter. Our condo was very clean and fully supplied. The gift basket left for us was especially thoughtful. We know that more upgrades planned for the property are going to make the experience even better.
