Pêchez, faites du kayak, du bateau ou du paddle board depuis votre propre quai privé. Regarder le coucher de soleil tout en nageant dans votre vue plein écran véranda. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de vos vacances, c'est votre valise et votre crème solaire. Le COZY CAPE COTTAGE 3 ch, maison de bain privée 2 a une piscine chauffée à l´eau salée, véranda, patio et est professionnellement décoré dans un style de plage côtière. Le maître est d'un côté avec une salle de bain privée; les chambres sont de l'autre côté et partagent un bain double vasque pour un maximum d'intimité. Toutes les chambres donnent sur un rare point de vue croisé sur quatre canaux offrant des couchers de soleil incroyables et un accès au golfe. Les chambres divisées de style de la Floride ont des curseurs qui ouvrent sur la véranda et la piscine filtrée. La véranda avec moustiquaire comprend un barbecue à gaz, des jouets de piscine, une grande table de patio, des meubles de jardin et des chaises longues. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour la cuisson. Nous n’avons épargné aucune dépense pour en faire une expérience cinq étoiles. Salles de bains récemment rénovées avec carrelage de métro blanc et pommeaux de douche à effet de pluie. Des lambris, des moulures et des sols en carrelage de faïence rappelant le bois italien complètent l’ambiance du chalet. Garez votre propre bateau ou nous pouvons vous aider à en louer un dans une marina à proximité. Asseyez-vous et observez les lamantins et les plaisanciers flotter ou observez l'incroyable nage de mulets sauteurs. Nous fournissons des kayaks, des planches à pagaie, un chariot de plage, des parapluies, des jouets de plage, des vélos, des serviettes de plage et essentiellement tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances reposantes. Things happen and perfection is an unrealistic expectation... but when things go wrong you get to see what people are really made of. Stu was an amazing host. He was proactive and communicative from the start and quick to respond to us. He was thoughtful and really made us feel like he cared about our experience. He went above and beyond to ensure that all the 'imperfections' were managed and we had an amazing vacation.Thank you for everything Stu & Kathy!

Our family of 4 had a great time staying here! It was just what we needed. A cozy home to stay in where we didn’t need to leave much (except for groceries). We enjoyed the pool! As a mom I especially appreciated that it had all that I needed for the kids. Booster, pack ‘n play, games, etc. We had fun using the fishing rods and gear available as well! Were a fishing family so it was nice to enjoy that and catch many catfish off the dock. Thank you for making our first time stay in Cape Coral one to remember!

The kids and I had a wonderful relaxing stay. The pool and canal access kept the kiddos entertained. We loved having the kayaks and paddleboard available. The screened pool deck made relaxing by the pool and grilling out lovely. The house was as advertised, clean and well stocked. We would definitely rent again if in the Cape Coral area.

We had a blast in Florida, and this VRBO was perfect for it's location and size. We were able to go on a Gator hunt, and we spent most of our time fishing at local parks and canals and relaxing. The lodging was extremely comfortable and perfect for our stay.

Our family loved staying at this property. We greatly appreciated how well stocked the home was. The neighborhood is quiet and felt remote, yet the home is just a short drive away from stores and restaurants. Pool was very nice and the veiws were spectacular. I wish I would've read the contract more closely, that we signed after booking, as the owners controlled the thermostat and set at 74. Fans were provided in each room, but kiddos we're still a bit warm at night. Other than that we had an amazing stay.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at the Cozy Cape Cottage! Stu and Cathy are wonderful hosts and were extremely responsive when needed. The location is beautiful and perfect for toddlers. I would definitely recommend this property for a vacation for anyone looking to relax by the water.

The pool and views from the backyard are wonderful! The setting is peaceful and there are some amazing sunsets. The house is fully equipped and very clean. We hope to stay here again next time we visit the area.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The location was central to everything Cape Coral has to offer. The pool was perfect for swimming and the sunsets across the canal were fabulous. Check in and check out were easy and well communicated. Home is spotlessly cleaned and loaded with everything amenity possible. My wife and I stayed five nights at the home. It was exactly like the pictures and very well stocked. Location was good as well as it. Kind of put us in the middle of the different things we wanted to do. We would stay there again.

What a beautiful house and great location! We found ourselves doing a one or two things in the area each day but rushing back to enjoy the house. Perfect spot for rest and relaxation with all the amenities one could enjoy for a variety of ages. Our family had a a great time and made memories to last a lifetime!

This house is located in a cute neighborhood on the canal. We are a family of six (kids ages 15 -20) and the house was a great fit for us. Super clean & well maintained inside and out. The pool was nicely heated. The house had everything we needed to cook meals. It's a great little property.

From the minute we started our vacation to the day we left we enjoyed the peaceful beauty of this well appointed cottage. The views are beautiful from morning to well after nightfall. Great holidays in this beautiful house in Cape Coral with wonderful views over pool and garden to the water canals. We have seen manatees and dolphins. The house is very well equipped with kitchen, living room and bed rooms and is also equipped to go to the beach. We rented a boat and have unforgettable memories of driving in the canals and the river. We also drove by car to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers (sunsets are phantastic). We already miss it!

We had the best time stay at the Cozy Cottage. The kids LOVED the pool, crabbing, fishing and animal watching. Every day we saw dolphins swimming in the canal. The house was packed with everything we could possibly need. Highly recommend!!!

The house was probably the most well-equipped VRBO home my family and I have experienced. We literally did not have to bring anything. The house was super clean and extremely comfortable. Our 3 kids spent most of their time going from the pool to the game area in the garage. We didn’t have to leave the house to keep them entertained. The hosts communicated very well leading up to the trip, and they made the check-in and check-out process simple and seamless. This was definitely a 5-Star vacation experience.

We just returned from our vacation in Cape Coral. We had a great time at the Cozy Cape Cottage, we have 4 children between the ages of 6 and 12, and the house was perfect! We all loved the backyard pool area, and had fun fishing off the dock. My son even caught a large Jack fish! We rented a boat for two of the days and it was great to have the canal in back. It seemed to be a great central location, we visited downtown Ft. Myers, FMB, and Sanibel. The house was super clean, and communication was easy and prompt. Thanks for the great home to stay at, we hope to stay at more of your properties in the future!

This clean, comfortable, well appointed house is in a quiet, convenient location with beautiful sunsets. The house is fully and thoughtfully equipped for everything from cooking and grilling meals to doing laundry to relaxing in the wonderful pool. Check-in and out was easy, too. The owners truly anticipated every one of our needs and more. Thank you for putting so much effort into the property so that we didn't have to!
