We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this property. Extremely clean, well maintained, and the attention to detail for comfort made us feel like the owner has had hotel management experience. Super pleasant stay!

Low key , enjoyable… no drama…

This property is exactly how it's described. The location is secluded and yet super convenient to restaurants, wineries and hikes, and is 10 minutes from downtown Geneva. They have a room filled with brochures which was really helpful. They were very kind and welcoming. I recommend staying here for the price, convenience and hospitality!

We needed a place near kashong point and this was wonderfully walkable! We biked and hiked a bunch too. The roll-a-way beds worked best for kids and allowed us to flex for 5 people. The kitchen was thoroughly and thoughtfully supplied and the living room and dining room were especially comfortable. Plenty of fans to make sure everyone was cool and comfortable too. Scent sensitive folks should plan for some windows-open time after unplugging the air fresheners. We found them initially overwhelming, but it didn’t take long to make that minor adjustment to suit our needs.

My family and I stayed for 3 nights while in town to participate in a race. The property was very well maintained and comfortable and overall we would stay again. Communication was excellent and the host was very helpful. A few small neutral issues were: The plug in air fresheners were overwhelming but we unplugged them and they were no longer an issue. We also could hear a good amount of traffic noise from the roadway and did hear the train during the night. Also I prefer a contactless check in during a stay, especially when arriving late at night like we did when I just want to get the kids into bed. We did have a good stay and it was a very affordable comfortably place to stay in this gorgeous area!

This is a great place. Very clean, plenty yard space, easy to access and in close distance to the town. Matthew was very attentive and provide us with everything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience.

Great spot next to the finger lakes

Location was everything it said. Very comfortable and clean. It was very hot out and the house was extremely comfortable. Plenty to do and see in close proximity... will Def do again.

Owner was friendly and great to work with. House was clean, private, and well-equipped with linens, kitchenware, games, and books. Wi-Fi worked well. The property is close to Geneva, Penn Yan, Seneca Lake, and numerous wineries. Would recommend!

This property was everything it said it would be and more. The owner was wonderful. The place was delightful and had everything we needed. It was extremely clean and the location was great. It was perfect for 4 people because there is only one bathroom. I would imagine with 6 it would be a little tight, but still a very nice place.

Was a wonderful stay at this cabin with easy access to Geneva and surrounding areas around Lake Seneca. Matthew was great in helping us get checked in and very responsive to our queries and requests throughout our trip. Nice property equipped with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

Property was in a great location. We were Impressed and very pleased with the cleanliness of the rental. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short but we will return.

I visited with friends and family for the race weekend at Watkins Glen. We've been going to the races every year and this was one of our more enjoyable places we have stayed at. We met Matthew at the check in and he was a very gracious host sharing a lot of info about the property and local knowledge of the area. One of the back rooms has a welcome centers worth of literature about the region. There is a great firepit that is far away from the house so those wanting to stay up later do not disturb anyone wishing to turn in early. And the location away from any ambient light from businesses and such allow for a great view of the stars on a clear night. We spotted satelites going by in the evening sky. The AC is very powerful and greatly appreciated as we had a couple of very hot and humid days during our stay. There is highway running along what is the back side of the property but it did not disturb anyone in our group. On our 5 hour ride home I checked with everyone for their thoughts and all enjoyed their stay and are looking forward to next year already.

This house is absolutely the charm. It was clean and very private for us to enjoy a fire at night. Thanks a lot we would stay again.

Great place and clean. Matthew was amazing and went through everything with us before we checked in which was amazing. The road noise people mentioned wasn't that big of a deal at all. There was one truck that went by that was loud, and that was all. The bed in one of the bedrooms was slightly caved in which caused us to roll a little, but it was with my wife so worth it! The other bed was very comfy. Definitely would stay at this property again if we had to come in the area. Highly recommend this place.

The host was very accommodating, helping us deal with unexpected car issues. The 3rd bedroom was small and only appropriate for kids. I wish that had been more clear. Very clean, well cared for place to stay. Brochures about the area were available and helpful.

Great location near wineries, distilleries and microbreweries. Total privacy. Near to stores in Geneva. Great firepit. Owners son was nice and very knowledgeable and helpful concerning the local establishments.

Perfect location and perfect size property for a couples getaway! Right along the line of vineyards and close to so many things. Contact was responsive and helpful! Can't wait to stay again!

Excellent time- very ptivate- huge yard area and nice firepit for evening fire / cocktails. Short drive to several nice wineries--would definitely stay again if going to that area

Place was as described, everything we needed for a weekend stay. Quite a bit of road noise when in the yard (and some in the house), a bit of spider webs and bugs in the house but otherwise very clean and conveniently located.

Great place to stay in the Finger Lakes. Close to several wineries, breweries and hikes. Also, near plenty of restaurants in Geneva and Watkins Glen. The property was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend provided (towels/sheets/coffee/wine glasses).

The location of this house makes it charming and has a trouble. The place is beautiful itself, you will not miss anything and you can explore and reach the Finger Lakes region easily. To allow this easy traveling a high traffic road is next door, which generates a lot of noise. During the night mostly ok, during the day many trucks, cars, pickups and motorbikes. The Seneca lake is close by, but you need to know that the shore is mostly private owned and there is no nearby public access for swimming or bathing. The cleanliness and Covid measures were very positive.
