This was our 4th time staying at 105. It's like a home from home for extended stays with well- equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine. Great wifi and tv package for the longer evenings. We love the location - close to beach and essential facilities. Great spacious balcony for sunbathing and watching the sunset. Already booked again for 2023.

Apartman is like on the pictures. Clean, spacious, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big kitchen, living room with smart tv and a huge terrace with dining area and relaxing area. Apartman has everything, kitchen is also very well equipped. Flat is on the first floor, there is an elevator. We travelled with baby twins, the host organized us all needed baby equipment for a decent extra price. Pool area is very nice, 2 pools, the little one was perfect for the kids, other for swimming. There are sundbeds there dedicated to the apartman. Lidl and bus stop is in front of the apartman. Venus beach is 5 min walking, it is a nice sandy beach, however the way there is not easy, especially with children. Bus goes every 10-15 min to the harbour, trip is around 10 minutes. Communication with the host was excellent, agent supported us with medicines because of a small illness. Highly recommended accomodation!

The way to the Venus beach is not easy and not clean, rocks, rubbish, I hope city will take care of this. Buses around 17-18:00 can be full and you can wait for the other one. There is no mosquito net, and there was some. These are minor things, still very nice place.

Apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Located near the beach, bus stop and Lidl, some restaurants are near the house, more can be approached within 15-20 minute walk. Sunsets can be watched directly from the terrace.

We came offseason, over Easter, there were renovations going on in the neighboring apartments - drilling and hammering from 8 a.m. Apart from this - all was good.

Home from home extended Winter break. Close location to Restaurants, Promenade walks and easy access to local transport. Close proximity to major Supermarket made life really easy and made car / taxi hire of minimal importance. Apartment facilities were excellent and the massive balcony was the 'Icing on the cake'. The balcony is West facing and gets any sunshine from 10.00 a.m. 'til sunset. It is a sun-trap so when the temperature was 17 degrees it increased by 8-10 degrees more ( ideal for sitting out). The Balcony size is massive ( 30 feet in length minimum) and is equipped with sunbeds chairs, tables, barbecue, sun towels etc., What's not to like?

The complex consists predominately of privately owned apartments and there was quite a lot of remedial construction work taking place because we went during the Winter months.

Perfect aparrment with very welcome host!

This was our third stay at 105 Kings Palace and we stayed for a total of 5 weeks. The location of the apartment and the daily sunsets were wonderful. The apartment is like a home from home, with all amenities required for a long stay, a large balcony for sunbathing and a great sea view. Local amenities are within walking distance or a bus ride away. The new smart TV and sunbeds were much appreciated. Contact with owner and management company were excellent. We had the added bonus of free entertainment as three kittens have made the balcony their home. We look forward to staying in Paphos again in October 2022.

The down side to having the kittens on the balcony was that they used the garden area on the balcony as their litter tray.
