We were a little worried about visiting AZ in blazing hot June but this home was a perfect respite each evening during our busy week. The kids, meaning all of us of all ages played in the pool and had a blast. The rooms were spacious and the living areas and kitchen were great for a large family group like ours. This home is our first choice when we visit again. As noted in other reviews, Jeralyn was very responsive when we had questions and that made our stay worry free. My only regret is that we didn’t book our visit for just a little longer stay. We recommend this home without reservation. Enjoy.

We had a wonderful week in AZ in February. Six adults and one infant 12 months old. The Owner is so nice and easy to work with and is quick to respond when you have a question or problem. My only suggestion to renters is if you find something that does not work or that is broken, please let the owner know as there is no other way for them to find this out. The Keurig coffeemaker was inoperable, found in a cabinet underneath. We did not really need it as there was a regular coffeemaker on sight, but I thought I would just let the owner know for the Future. Immediately there was a Keurig delivered. The Hot Tub was not working correctly, informed owner and low and behold, pool guy showed up to fix (informing us first of course). Loved everything about this home, so much area to enjoy inside and outside. We enjoyed all the outdoor furniture especially the hammock chairs, very comfortable even our 82 year old father loved sitting in them when he came to visit. Looking for some of these exact chairs for here at our house if you could let me know where you got them from. Highly recommend renting this property.

We enjoyed our stay so much with family. The big back yard was a real hit with the kids. It was cool a few days and the kids could play in the yard with many activities. Trampoline was popular. The manager responded in a very timely manner with a couple very small issues. Pool was a great temperature even on the cool days. Kids loved the water slide as well as did the adults. The only negative I could find was the landscaping had lots of weeds that needed pulled which grandkids worked on and could have some attention. We ended up having to stay an extra 4 nights because of snowstorm back in Minnesota and owners let us stay as long as we needed. That was HUGE they let us do that!! Rollaways were nice that we could move them wherever wanted them. Definitely would stay here again.

The rooms were spacious, beds and linen were very comfortable and the kitchen was completely furnished with all cooking appliances and utilities we needed. Even had Kuerig cups supplied. Nice bonus. Ample towels indoors and pool were supplied. The back yard facilities were absolutely perfect and our kids and friends had the best time swimming, basketball playing, trampoline jumping and mini golf while the adults enjoyed the spa and wood fire pit. We hope to stay there again with our next visit to Phoenix and Spring training.

We came with a group of 12, Kids and adults. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had lots of extras to make cooking meals easy. The backyard was amazing. The pool was super warm which made swimming great even with the 65 degree outside temp. We all loved it. Jeralyn was responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time, enjoyed all the activities the house had to offer. The pool was very warm which was so nice for November. We had a group of 13 (6 adults,7kids) and there was plenty of space for all of us. There’s a fridge in the garage which was really nice to have for drinks. The owners were very quick to respond about questions. We will be back!

This home has everything (and more) that you would want or need. It’s absolutely beautiful! We took our kids and grandkids- family of 9- and it was more than enough room. The outside area is fantastic. More than enough yard games to keep all ages happy and busy for a week. The pool area is amazing and the hot tub was perfect for early mornings and evening. The kitchen is very well stocked and had more than enough equipment to make a thanksgiving feast for our family! Everything is so clean and the hosts are amazing! I would recommend this property to anyone looking to take their family on a fun and relaxing vacation! Our kids ages ranged from 7 months to 36 years old and there was always something for everyone to do…… nobody was ever bored. The extras provided for the baby and toddlers was so appreciated. We will definitely return!

Perfect home for a family getaway! The property was clean, well maintained and loaded with amenities. Our host was great and responded quickly when we needed to reach out. The pool was amazing and the putting green/turf kept us entertained throughout the whole week. The location was great, we would absolutely recommend and plan to book again in the future.

Very clean and comfy beds! Communication w/ host was very pleasant. We had an issue with the lock on the front door. It wasn’t able to lock from the outside. So when we did leave, not wanting to leave the house unlocked- we had to do so by going out the garage- host said battery on the lock was probably out, I asked what we should do and didn’t really get an answer. I’m assuming they weren’t too worried about it. The pool area was a little misleading, not the same outdoor seating in listing pictures. The stone decking around the pool was popping up and could have been a little bit of a hazard for small kiddos. You can tell they’ve been in the remodeling process for a bit. It was mentioned. Just thought the outside would be more comfortable. Neighborhood is pretty loud and busy at night -on the street facing the backyard.( if I had been traveling solo, I would not recommend. Better for bigger groups! )There weren’t any pool towels, and not many other bath towels for that matter, that we found. The water slide has been a problem for awhile, according to previous reviews, So we didn’t mess with it. The master shower really needs some attention. No where to put shampoo and stuff unless you want to get completely out. The two shower heads were grimy and didn’t work well, it was the really the only big issue for me. ..Besides pool seating and lounging chairs are very old, lopsided metal and no cushions. It was a little difficult to get comfortable, especially with no pool towels. All in all it was fine. Maybe not quite worth the money… Better for larger groups.

We rented this house for our family coming to visit from the northwest. Many wonderful memories were made at this house. The host is very responsive and helpful. The yard is incredible and overall it’s a great space to bring family together. We would highly recommend!

We loved the house, plenty of space for our family. The house was very clean and had everything. We loved the pool, trampoline and golf green. Our grandkids loved the pool slide and being able to jump off the rocks. Two grandkids learned how to swim without floaties in the 3 days. Owner very responsive. Only thing we did have was foil and plastic wrap, but not a big deal. Loved the roll away beds. We had enough to put all kids in the living room for camp out. Plenty of space, parking, and room to roam. Thanks Jeralyn-vrbo and hubby.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house is plenty big for the whole family to enjoy. The pool was was beautiful and well maintained. The added gate around the pool gave us such security that none of the young children could get to the pool and fall in. There was a slight hiccup with the grill but the owner was so amazing to work with and she very quickly solved the problem for us. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone and would definitely stay again. Thank you for lending us your beautiful home that gave our family an amazing time and amazing memories for a lifetime.

We traveled from NC to AZ for our daughters college graduation with 12 family members in tow. We searched for several weeks to find a property to met our needs and this one was a home run. There was plenty of room for everyone and not one detail was overlooked. Check in was easy and everyone was so impressed with the decor and layout of the house. Once everyone stepped outside to see the additional amenities they were amazed. We had so much fun with all the outside activities at this home plus the hanging egg shaped chairs were the perfect comfortable place for early morning coffee and conversations. We cooked a large family meal on the grill and the kitchen size was great with plenty of counter space. The one issue as mentioned in a few prior reviews was the difficulty with the pool water fall/slide system. Although it was frustrating the owners were very quick to respond with tips to try and ultimately came to the property to correct it which we appreciated. The town of Queen Creek was great as well with many shopping and restaurant options. This property will always be remembered as a great family vacation destination for us with many memories made!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We were sad to leave to attend the gymnastics meets and training because there was so much to do at the house. The kitchen is stocked and there are plenty of beds and lines. The pool and hot tub was amazing! My son played putt putt all day. My daughter was on the trampoline. We stayed there very comfortably with a few other families. Great walking trails nearby, lots of shopping choices. And the hosts were great!!!! Even the pool workers were so nice when they came by during the week. Overall great!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves during our stay. The back yard is amazing and had so many things to offer. The house was on a large lot so even though you are In a residential area, it felt completely secluded. Beds were comfortable and the house layout worked perfectly for our group. The one issue we had was addressed immediately by the owners involving an express delivery of needed items. This is definitely going on our “must revisit” list!

Very much enjoyed the back yard! Liked the layout of the house too. First I had golfing friends for four days. Golfing was approximately 30 minutes away each day. Then family including grandkids came! Both groups enjoyed the pool, and kiddos loved the trampoline and airplane teeter totter! Had to drive to restaurants and we did have bbq 2x! The major issue is you have to manually turn on the water feature. Not difficult but should be included with welcome info. Jeralyn sent YouTube video and issue was solved! Jeralyn was on top of even minor issues!

The house was beautiful. Needed to update fun activities like pool table cues, pool slide/water fall was difficult to get to work, and needing an overall upgrade on outside toys. We had a nice time though.

Something for everyone at this house!!

Best place ever. We have had many vacation family reunions over the years and all of us agreed this was the best house ever. Although the house accomodates more, we had just four couples staying at the house. It was so spacious. Our next generation and their kids stayed at other vacation rentals, but came to this "main" gathering house during the day. We catered meals and the island bar was big and accomodated all of the meal set up perfectly. Seating was plentiful. In fact the dining room table wasn't even used given other seating optioins. The house ammenities have been thought out so well for all ages. No need to look further for a great house, spacious, and entertaining. It is also the first house that met our very high expectation for cleanliness. The cleaning crew do a very good job - kudos to them!!

Beautiful home and outdoor area! Perfect for a larger group. Great hiking nearby and tons of stores and restaurants close as well!

We had a great time at this vrbo! Our kids loved the heated pool and the huge yard and all the games that were provided! The indoor gathering space was large enough for our whole group and the kitchen was well stocked. There was so much to do in the house we barely left. Also the neighborhood felt safe and the location was great! There were parks, restaurants and shopping all very close! Would definitely recommend this home for all ages! The only issue we ran into was that one of our guests uses a wheelchair full time as a paraplegic and the doorways into the restrooms were too narrow for him to use the toilet. We had to find public facilities for him to use. And the master shower has a step up, so we had to maneuver him into that. It works great for able-bodied but just wasn’t a fit for him.

We were in Queen Creek to attend a wedding. We loved the area and the house was perfect. There was a small delay in contacting the owner because I went through VRBO instead of texting her directly. Make sure you write the number down just in case you need it.

The house is huge with all the amenities that were listed in the profile. My family were all in awe of how big the house and communal spaces were. In addition, the back yard was the highlight and feature of our trip. Everything from Jacuzzi, to cornhole, to basketball court, to put-put golf, pool, etc., the family didn't want to leave the house at all. I'm definitely sure and confident that we will be returning to this probably for future trips. In fact, I was constantly asked about the address, which means the house will be rented by my siblings in the near future. Overall, breathtaking and a great way to spend a vacation or get-a-way.

We booked our stay at Queen Creek to celebrate our Dad's 60th Birthday and we couldn't have chosen a better home. We wanted a home that was child-friendly and spacious for our big family. This property fulfilled that need. There was plenty of room for everyone, most importantly the kids had lots of room to play inside and outside. The pool table and water slide were a big hit for everyone. The house provided all the amenities you would need. It has a fully stocked kitchen, wide variety of games, extra bedding, pool floaters and many more. If we had any questions or concerns, they were answered immediately. We made great memories and hope to come back soon!

The Property was exactly how the pictures show. The layout of the house is perfect and gives enough privacy while still being able to enjoy each others company. The outside layout of the house is exceptional! The owner was easy to communicate with and very much non- intrusive. I loved the property!!!

I got this house for our girls weekend and it was perfect!! There was plenty of room for everyone and the house was super nice and clean! I had a question at one point about the pool and when I emailed in, the response time was super fast and helpful! 10/10 would stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Getting a house in Queen Creek Arizona you’re not expecting an exotic getaway but you are expecting a fully functional, useable pool to escape that blazing desert sun. We didn’t get that our first night, nor the second day. The house is beautiful! Huge, comfy beds, working AC, and all extras you expect from a higher end rental in AZ. But the pool was a major disappointment. The pool was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom, with a green tint to the water color. Not appealing. We contacted house reps and they said they had a pool guy out earlier in the day. Clearly the pool guy showed up dumped chemicals and left. With all the floating debris and non transparent water, the pool was unusable! There was no circulation to the flow of the water so the pump might need some work. The water feature didn’t work like originally instructed. After multiple calls and texts to the reps we finally got another rep who told us the buttons aren’t working and to turn them on manually. Then after a good wait the water features finally came on. By night two the water in the pool got a little clearer (but not clear) and we desperately wanted to use the pool so we attempted to go swimming. There was leaves and debris on the bottom of the pool too. Pool guy sucks! I said we attempted to swim because as we stepped into the water, the water was so warm it felt like a hot bathtub! 800k house doesn’t have a aerator for their pool so there’s nothing to cool down the water. Rep just told us “ it’s AZ.” We then informed him, we have an aerator for our pools and it keeps the water cool in AZ. We had to put ice blocks to help cool it down. There’s more I could say but I’m getting frustrated thinking about it. Overall, house is nice, pool is a disaster, pool guy is horrible and reps aren’t very helpful. Not worth the price we paid to stay there, that’s for sure.
