The apartment was very confortable, in a good location, specially next to the conference center of the town.

There wasn't a good heating system and no shampoo on the bathroom.

Additional taxes that should have been included in the price, no basic amenities like kitchen paper towels, and the guests are required a lot of stuff. The communication should be done in Portuguese or a language that the hosts actually speak, since in English it was undecipherable.

The small room is nice, albeit cold at night and hot since morning. Without a HVAC system I wouldn't go back, but it is pretty nonetheless.

The location was good, comfy bed, good wifi. The communication with the landlord very good. Automatic check in.

It was a bit noisy during the night and there was no heating, therefore got a bit cold. There is a humidity on the bathroom door. 3rd floor without elevator.

Location was perfect, in a quiet area close to the city center. The kitchen was very well equipped. The shower was great, the bed very comfortable. The fact the apartment has air conditioning was very important during the extremely hot days in Braga. The washing machine was a great bonus.

Being an attic, the apartment didn't have a view, only roof windows. Because of that, it got really hot inside, hence the importance of the air conditioning.

The stay itself was okay. The property was in a convenient location for what we wanted to do and had the amenities that we required for the stay.

What wasn’t so convenient was the Wi-Fi password on the laminated information sheet had the incorrect password so we had to get the correct one from the router itself. We had to find the towels ourselves and on the last night of the stay we were constantly interrupted from around midnight until 4am with the guests in the second apartment opening and closing the main entrance door without any care of the other guests or the time of night that it was. However my biggest concern is with the owner/manager of the property. I wasn’t impressed with the countless notifications and emails via booking.com regarding information in the days leading up to our stay. After 13 I was in no mood to look at anymore. The information passed through these messages could had been condensed into a maximum of 5. The absolute worst part of the stay is why it was myself that ended up booking the stay. Originally, it was my girlfriend that booked for us to stay in the apartment for a few nights, in November, but due to coronavirus and restrictions we were unable to make the stay. The owner/manager offered her a voucher to use in the future and to let him know when we would like to try again. This is what she did but was told outright that the property was occupied during the requested dates. She could see on booking.com that the property was showing up as available. So I booked the property for those dates and faced no resistance at all. I am deeply concerned as to why it was needed to lie to her about the apartment being used? It could had even been the case that the apartment was double booked. But we tried our chances and we stayed there with no problem whatsoever. So why it was felt acceptable to tell untruths to potential customers is beyond me. Quite frankly I am appalled by this situation as I have never experienced anything like this.

Absolutely perfect! I was not all that happy having to rent a place to self-quarantine but this house made it worth the money. Genuinely spotless cleaning and helpful hosts. The Internet also better than any other hotel and that really made working from home much easier. Thank you.

Could have some spices, tea, coffee and things like that for the guests but due to Covid-19, its understandable that none of that was offered.
