comfortable big rooms with great stuff. a little bit far away from center but train is super close. has a little kitchen too. party was also cool with free drinks! will come again

Nice cozy atmosphere in the lobby, good connection to the city using S8, Lidl very close by for shopping.
Room was too cold to feel comfortable in. Windows were not sealing properly, and cold air was cooling down the room more then AC could heat it up. Thermostat goes to 23c max but room was probably 18-19c max.

The Hotel was located very close to the S-Bahn. The bed was comfortable.
The kitchen was fine but there was no cleaning equipment, a t-towel and dishcloth would have been a step forward. The carpets in the corridors were not very inspiring, there were a lot of staining on the carpet. If the reception was manned during the day there was little evidence of that. Also some of the facilities that were claimed in the hotel's web page were not openly signed that I could see. Because the reception was not regularly manned asking for help finding them was not easy.

Room is very spacious. Comes with working electric stove, no microwave however. Good location right across from Lidl and next to the S-Bahn (overground train). If being 30 mins away by train from Marienplatz is acceptable to you, this is a great location. Quiet Munich suburb, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Laundry and drying available
Room had a very clinical and unromantic feel. Sometimes there was a bit of noise at night from partying guests.

Price, location, cleanliness
No kettle (cost extra), no cups, glasses or crockery (cost extra?), parking cost extra (EUR 10 per night) - was surprised by all the potential extra costs. (at least there were towels and toilet paper)

Nice architecture building and easy navigation by the halls.
First hotel I have visited that have no coffee and/or tea in the room for the visitors.

The building itself, the courtyard, the interior and decoration, super friendly and helpful staff, easy access and stable internet connection, spacious room, paperless billing, an excellent coffee machine in the reception area!!!

Worth for money with walkable distance from S8 Freiham station just 200m.
Room is not cleaned, lot of dirt and dust on floor.
