Great Place for a stay in Sao Miguel. Lovely Villa with everything what you need, very clean. Good start point for Trips around the Island. Very helpful hosts. Very quiet location, but still central.

The terrace doesn’t have canopy and the pool isn’t heated, but everything else was perfect

updated and clean, we felt safe, we could walk to small grocery store and cafe. we were provided with shampoo and body wash, but no conditioner or lotion. we were also provided with milk, cheese and biscuits and coffee and tea.

owner did not respond to my text or email about not being able to operate the safe. we were not able to use it at all. we only got check in and check out emails. I like to lock up valuables and passport when I’m in a foreign country

Location perfect, Houses are really nice, super clean, we were not expecting to have the house clean and the beads done every day, so that was super. Lots of towels, kitchen was good, super hot water, fully recommend for visiting são miguel.

The mattress was too soft for us

Beautiful modern premise in "old" setting in the middle of town. Very easy to reach and/or starting point for day trips. Daily clean-up giving the "hotel" comfort while actually having a small apartment. Peaceful garden and pool. Great stay!

Fantastic location, an oasis in the center of the city - close to everything (city center, restaurants, beach, etc). Nice pool (shared with only 2 other apartments) with beach chairs, terrace, large gas BBQ in the beautifully kept garden, private parking, modern and well-equipped apartment with good facilities (including airco), there is even an outside stairlift chair to get from the street level to the level of the apartments/garden for people who have difficulties with stairs, etc..

Wifi reception was a bit poor inside our apartment (and almost non-existant on the terrace) but public internet reception (3G) worked very well.

I can't undersell the beauty of the property. The design is very modern but also very authentic. You might feel like you are on the set of Love Island! With a pool that lights up, an easy to use gas bbq and wonderfully designed inside/ out patios.

You would be sharing the beautiful outdoor space with two other villas. For us this wasn't a problem at all but others may want more privacy.

Best location in town, amazing design of the place, hospitality could not be better. Would definetely return any time.

Great place to stay, clean & cute. Self check-in and and a nice basket of local product upon arrival. Good Wifi also.

The couch could be better, but if you go to Azores to stay home then your doing it wrong, so not a big deal.
