Unit is in an exceptional location, right in pier village, with a reserved parking space (although we had one poacher, briefly). Unit seems brand new and is in excellent condition. There is, predictably, some noise from the stores and bars along the street but there seems to be a noise curfew. By 1030 pm it was silent and dark. You can walk out to the pier right out your front door. Other service and shoppiong areas are an easy bike ride away. Extraordinary unit, perfectly equipped, and an excellent company. We will definitely use them again- thank you!

This place was PERFECT for 2 couples. It is right in the middle of the main shopping/restaurant district. We already can’t wait to come back.

Amazing and huge property in the heart of Mallery Street— just down the street from the pier. Very open feel and excellent for families and anyone wanting to relax in a beautiful place.

Big, beautiful, clean and comfortable condo. Perfect location for walking to all the shops, restaurants and pier. Would definitely stay again. Also, the rental company was very nice and helpful, and went out of their way to let us check in early.

We loved our stay in St Simons. The condo was beautiful and just as described. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. I would suggest a new coffee pot. There is a Keurig in the unit but we prefer a traditional coffee maker. We will definitely stay here again. We loved the small village and the shops. It is a short walk to the pier and the lighthouse with beautiful views.

Great location in quaint building. Across the street from what turns out to be the one bar/restaurant that doesn't close for hurricanes. Amazingly updated & pristine. HUGE...2 large bedroom suites plus 1/2 hallway bath, spacious living area with comfy furniture, very modern kitchen, cute outside balcony. FYI, steps only to 2nd floor so could be tough for someone with mobility issues.

Very contemporary, clean, and spacious. Everything we needed for a friends get-away. We walked to restaurants, the pier, and shops. Management was quick to respond to our questions, with suggestions for restaurants, parking, etc.

The location was amazing and perfect for anyone who loves to people watch. Very convenient for shopping and walking to the pier. Extremely roomy bedrooms, baths, and large walk-in closets. We had an issue with miscommunication on a broken fridge, but management followed up and made it right which I greatly appreciate. The steps up to the rental were a bit of a challenge while we were unloading our luggage so if you have any issues with steps, this might not be for you. We did have some spotty internet throughout our stay, but wasn't terrible as we barely needed access to it. The wall of doors that lead out to the veranda had a few issues staying closed and we FINALLY figured out the correct way to lock them on our last night (Lift up the handle while locking). There is one parking space reserved for the rental, but parking spots on Mallery Street are usually available in case you need to bring more than one vehicle. Overall a very modern, clean and SPACIOUS rental with a few hiccups that were resolved quickly. It is quite a gem for it's location and I would highly recommend!
