2019 s'annonce comme une grande année pour être à Rehoboth. Grands tarifs hebdomadaires en septembre avec piscine chauffée. Location 3 jours disponible à partir du 24 septembre. La piscine est ouverte jusqu'au 15 octobre. Cette toute nouvelle maison a été achevée en 2015. Le premier étage spacieux comprend une cuisine / salon / salle à manger à aire ouverte avec des plafonds de 10 pi, des planchers de bois franc massif, un foyer au gaz, une grande cuisine gastronomique avec des comptoirs en granit exotique, des appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris 2 lave-vaisselle. Le maître du premier étage comprenait une douche ronde personnalisée, une double vasque et une baignoire jacuzzi. Vestiaire d'entrée latérale, laveuse / sécheuse et carreaux de céramique.
La cour arrière privée comprend une piscine creusée de 13 'x 24', une terrasse arrière de 12 'x 19' avec barbecue à gaz.
Le deuxième étage a 5 chambres de maître, toutes avec salle de bain privée. Le maître principal au deuxième étage dispose d'un balcon privé donnant sur la cour. Le bar au 2e étage a des comptoirs en granit, un évier et un mini-réfrigérateur, il n'est donc pas nécessaire de descendre pour cette première tasse de café.

This house was great for our family and location was perfect. We all enjoyed the heated pool . It was our 5 time staying at this house and we love coming back . David is a great host he is there always for help with anything we needed .

The house is as advertised. It is roomy and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the grounds in the back and the two living areas, both with big TVs. Some areas show signs of wear and some parts of the cleaning process could have been better.

The house was beautiful and spotless. It was the perfect set up for four couples. The host seemed to anticipate anything we could possibly want. The kitchen was well set up. There was even a tool drawer that came in handy. The location was ideal for walking to the beach, hitting all the shops downtown, and tons of restaurants. We appreciated that the host David stopped in to tell us about a little glitch with the alarm. Because sure enough, it went off at 2 AM and we had the heads up and could fix it. We are looking forward to returning next year!

It's a beautiful property. We loved the space. Each room having it's own bath was wonderful for privacy. Gorgeous kitchen, well stocked with cookware and utensils. The huge dinner table was great for our family. The family rooms were quite comfortable. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool. There weren't many things wrong with the space . However, the light switches were a bit of a pain. They weren't marked and some were installed upsidedown. I wasn't a fan of being jarred awake by the sound of the dumpster nextdoor being dumped. Had the lights been less of a pain and the home not right next to a restaurant parking lot it would have been perfection.

Fantastic house which resulted in a fantastic vacation! I’ve been coming to Rehoboth Beach for over 35 years. We have stayed at many, many houses during this time. The Pines has been hands down the best! A beautiful house, clean and very comfortable for two families. The pool was terrific after a nice day at the beach. David, the property manager, checked in with us in person upon arrival and made sure everything was just right. I would love to stay at this house again in the future.

INCREDIBLE!!!! The house was immaculate and extremely well appointed. Every bedroom having its own bathroom was amazing. The pool got a ton of use to soak and float with cocktails! The location to “downtown” was the perfect distance and the beach was an easy, healthy walking distance (half mile).
We were initially concerned with one “neighbor” being a restaurant parking lot (my wife and I aren’t night owls:)) however there were zero issues with noise. The Neighbor to the other side is an owner and he was pleasant and welcoming.

This is a great house. It is spacious, with high ceilings and plenty of room for a large group to gather together and yet to have separate space when desired. There are two big seating/living areas, two eating areas as well as the pool and back patio (with a dining table), and each bedroom has its own bath. The house was very clean and well-equipped. David was easy to deal with – he is very responsive and helpful, and is nearby if you need him to stop in. The house made for a great experience for our family beach vacation.

We are a group of six friends that travel together frequently and spend one long weekend each October in Rehoboth. This property was perfect for us. There was plenty of comfortable sitting areas for both eating and relaxing and we each had our own room with comfortable beds and ensuite baths. The location is one block from the main road and we walked everywhere. The host couldn't have been more accommodating. So much so that we are planning to return next year. Thanks David for sharing your home with us.

Perfect for a group trip!
Came with friends for a low key bachelorette weekend (7 of us total). The house is beautiful, well kept, and comfortable - and best of all, steps from the main drag and all the bars and restaurants.
David was an excellent host, responsive and helpful both in the booking process as well as when we were at the house.
10/10 would come back again - already thinking about dates!

Great space, everything in walking distance
The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking for large groups. The location is accessible (about 10 min walk) to the beach and boardwalk. The driveway can accommodate 3 cars. Restaurant is next door, another down the block, and coffee shop is at the end of the block. The manager is very accessible and responsive to any questions.

Extremely comfortable house for 6 adults and 5 young kids, even on a rainy day. Great location to the beach, boardwalk, playground and Rehobeth Ave with all the shops/restaurants. Very clean and incredibly stocked kitchen.

The home has every amenity and comfort you could hope for....private bath and large screen tv in every bedroom, fully stocked kitchen with high-end glassware and cookware, fireplace and more than enough room for our family of 8!

Great girls weekend house
This is our 3rd yr in a row staying in this amazing house for girls weekend! Working with the property manager is always a breeze and he’s very kind and responsive. Cant wait to be back.

Beautiful house, fresh, like new, spacious, great pool!
The house is wonderful. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is perfect. The pool nerds to have the tile scrubbed. Dumpsters at the restaurant next door are noisy in the morning when emptied.

Great Place
Great house for a large group with ample spaces to gather together and spend time apart. We took full advantage of the pool on days we needed a beach break. Location is close to restaurants with beach and boardwalk within walking distance.

Perfect Beach Getaway
From the location to the amenities and the responsive service this house couldn't be beat. The heated pool was a favorite for the kids on cooler days while the beach and boardwalk were a short 10min walk away. Lots of space to spread out with a clean modern design. Would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful house and great location
We are so happy that we have stayed here for our 5 days vacation. It is a beautiful house with heated pool. The property location is very convenience. The house is modern and great layout of 6 bedrooms with 6.5 bathrooms. The kitchen has a lot of tools and equipment. All the space are used in the house and good size for 15 of us to move around. The only thing that is not prefect is that on Saturday early morning(around 6am) the trash truck came by to pick up the trash. There is a restaurant right next to the house and the trash can is right near our fence. It was very noise. Anyways, this is a minor problem. Overall, great experience and fun vacation. My kids did not want to leave. We will be back next year.
The owner David has stopped by twice to check if we are all good. He came when we arrived and when we checked out the property. He is a very nice person.

Rehobeth beach!!
David was AWESOME!! The neighborhood was superb the children loved the house! The pool was a little piece of heaven. the beaches are clean everyone was so pleasant. We will definitely be back.

Great Stay in Rehoboth
Our family stayed here over the New Year's holiday. The house was great for our extended family and had plenty of room for the kids. David was an excellent host, very responsive and easy to work with. A bit of a walk to the beach but great location to downtown area.

Located in downtown Rehobeth with easy walk to beach and restaurants. Fabulous home with ensuite bed and baths. The only negative is it is located my to a busy restaurant
