Nous avons réservé du jour au lendemain suite a des vacances annulées et nous ne le regrettons pas. Un charmant petit hôtel, très bien placé et calme. Idéal pour explorer la région et randonner. L'accueil est impeccable, les chambres douillettes et le petit-déjeuner copieux pour bien commencer la journée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

L’hôtel est bien situé, à proximité du centre ville, avec un petit parking. Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible. La chambre est spacieuse, confortable et bien décorée. La salle du petit déjeuner face au Sancy est également très agréable. Des produits locaux sont proposés comme du fromage blanc, du saucisson, du Beaufort et le traditionnel croissant. L’espace bien-être privatisé est très agréable et l’organisation est parfaite : bain nordique, hamam, sauna, douche…peignoir et serviette sont prêtées.

Il ne manque qu’un petit restaurant.

le parking était trop petit trop pénible pour se garer et faire les manœuvre et il n’y avait pas toujours de place

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le soin et le confort apporté à l’hotel. Petit bonus pour le spa qui est merveilleux !

Nous avons trouvé qu’il faisait un peu frais dans la chambre une deuxième petite couette n’aurait pas été de refus.

The shower curtains were short - therefore water went onto floor easily

The hotel were very helpful. Helped with the bags, and then directed us to the ski hire just round the corner, where we were able to get seen right away the evening before we started skiing. Excellent breakfast!

Nothing to add about the hotel. A lot of eateries were closed (between New Year and half-term periods) which made finding a good dinner quite hard.

the manager of the property was fanatstic.any questions were delt with imediately.we accidently left a damp coat to dry near a radiator which marked the radaitor.we expained what had happened & offered to pay for the damage but the manager would not allow us to pay.remarkable in these current times.many thanks again

I liked the mountainous view and the room had a cozy and cheerful feel to it. The bed was very comfortable too.

I like a kettle in my hotel room...for a morning coffee or an afternoon tea. There was no coffee facilities in my standard room, although apparently if you pay around £10 extra for a superior room you do get these facilities...
