We stayed three nights at Robin’s VRBO. It had everything we needed, was very clean, spacious, lots of room to park, easy stairs to take luggage up, huge bedroom area with lots of windows looking out upon beautiful forest behind house. Lots of cute decor, loved, loved ! the book selection upstairs. One request we had was taken care of immediately. Highly recommend. Very pretty, private neighborhood. Kennebunkport lots of fun- enjoyed Rugosa Lobster tour. Easy 40 minute drive to Portland. It was first mother- daughter trip and stay was great !

Quiet neighborhood and beautiful landscaping. Robin is an excellent host, she makes sure that her guests have everything they need for a great stay. My husband, son and I stayed for a long weekend, and it's a quick drive to dock square. We came back from dinner and were able to meet Robin, who was hanging more lights to make sure we were safe walking in the rain. Robin was incredibly friendly and thoughtful, leaving a gift for my birthday and a gift for my son. The first night I made sure to save the information for her home to come back, with hopefully some better weather, to enjoy the beautiful patio and fire pit. We also enjoyed playing board games at night, and Robin's collection is unmatched! Thank you, Robin, for your hospitality!

A weekend getaway with a friend from Portland. We had a great time enjoying the great restaurants and the wonderful shops in the port, a fun time was had!

The place was adorable and was perfect for our stay. They had bikes which we used to bike in the neighborhood whoch led to a creek and a quaint 1800’s cemetery. The owner has thought of everything to help your stay be great. Loved this place. Hopefully will return!

My daughter and I stayed at Robins place during our annual getaway. She has created a truly welcoming experience. The home is spotless with so many little extras. A welcome bag greeted us with Whoopie pies, caps and a personal note. There were umbrellas, rain ponchos, bikes and beach equipment available to use. She has a gorgeous deck with a fire pit and grill and encourages guests to use. Notes throughout the home made our stay so easy. Upon opening the fridge we found bottled water and cream for morning coffee. There was also coffee pods. Robin has thought of everything! She is located in a lovely wooded area, and we were easily able to walk to and from town (less than a mile).
This is a place that should not be missed! 10 stars for Robin!!!

My husband and I started our Maine honeymoon here in Kennebunkport, and it was truly perfect! Robin went above and beyond, leaving us with congratulatory gifts for our honeymoon. The house was beautiful and close to the town. We will definitely be making a trip back! Thank you for a fantastic stay :)

This little place is a real gem. The bedroom is cozy and comfortable with floor to ceiling windows giving you a beautiful view of the forest. There is a reading nook to stretch out and read or take a nap, the kitchen is well appointed, and the outdoor patio is great, allowing you to enjoy a cup of coffee or sit around the fire pit. Robin is a sweetheart who made us feel right at home, shared valuable local insights, and treated us like family. I look forward to returning again.

Robin is the sweetest. She thought of everything in this rental, and she makes you feel at home. The location was absolutely peaceful and perfect. Within a short biking distance to all the beaches and down town.

This property was perfect for our graduation getaway. Clean, well stocked and close enough to bike to the beach. Great patio with grill and fire pit. Robin is wonderful host and responded immediately with any questions we had.

We stayed 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. The property is cute and well stocked with all you need for a great Maine experience. The owner provided beach equipment, bikes and everything needed for a campfire. The owner was very responsive and took care of a minor issue we had right away.

Loved our stay from the moment we walked in! We have stayed in many places and Robin made us feel the most welcome and at home of any other rental. There were so many thoughtful touches and her home was equipped with everything we needed. It was close to the area attractions, but far enough away for peace and relaxation. I stayed here in August of 2022 with my husband and toddler—it was great! Robin was very welcoming and there were special surprises such as beach parking passes, local goodies, and little toys for my son. It was very hot when we were there but the bedroom had a nice AC unit that kept it comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Robin's place is very cozy and tucked away in a wooded neighborhood. Her outdoor space is very nice and welcoming however due to the rain we didn't get a chance to enjoy it. Would have love to use that fire pit! The stairs to the second floor were a bit narrow to lug up suitcases but once upstairs all good. We are fairly fit 65+yrs old but I can see how that could stop anyone who can't manage 2 flights of stairs. Location was a great stepping stone to explore Kennebunkport and drive North up to Portland for a day trip.

This property was better than the listing. Lots of large bright windows and good space. I was worried about how far it was from Dock Square but the walk was easy and pleasant (even with a 4 year old). The space at the house is connected to the owners but very much separate, even the outdoor space. Robin was a great host - she clearly cares for her property - and even had a fire waiting for us when we got back from dinner our last night. The house has lots of quirky details to explore including a good handful of kids toys and a ton of kids books (which my 4 year old loved). The kitchen was fairly well stocked and was fine for us. Not any spices and we noticed there was no casserole dish or baking sheets. But lots of utensils and everything we really needed. I definitely recommend this listing!

We loved our stay in KPT. A great central location for exploring Maine. The bed was comfy and had a beautiful view of the trees. Our host was responsive, kind. She even mailed me a pair of earrings I accidentally left behind. The kitchen was not as big as I am accustomed to so it was more difficult for cooking. We loved our stay.
