Notre maison de luxe est parfaitement située dans la vieille ville de Park City - à seulement quatre minutes à pied de la rue Main et à quelques minutes de la station de ski de Deer Valley, de Park City Mountain Resort et des Canyons! Il est niché à flanc de montagne à l'entrée d'Empire Pass, entouré d'espaces verts boisés. En plus de sa proximité avec la nature, il est à quelques pas de la navette de ski-bus gratuite et des restaurants et magasins de la rue Main.
Cette maison est parfaite pour au moins deux familles et grands groupes. Vous allez adorer le bain à remous privé, et à 3500 pieds carrés, il y a de la place pour tout le monde pour se détendre. We were a group of 10 men, so this place was one of the few that could accommodate us all with individual beds. It's a short walk into downtown, and a short drive to the slopes.

As the organizer of annual friends trip, there is a lot of pressure to find the right place. I went through dozens of Park City (and Salt Lake) listings to find this gem. And these reviews do not lie! 11 guys and everybody got their own comfortable bed. The quality of everything in the home was top notch and yet no signs of owner's belongings so it didn't feel like you were 'crashing' in somebody else's home. Location was phenomenal - very easy walk to Main Street. Home still felt private. Owner was super easy to communicate with. It is a real struggle to find a single negative thing so the only minor one would be the living room which will feel tight if you are trying to watch a movie with a huge group - but we didn't because who comes to Park City to watch TV!!!

We travelled to Park City with two other families and this house was perfect. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. The hot tub was perfect after being on the slopes. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. You can take an easy 10 minute walk to downtown and Sally was easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this house.

Property owners were very helpful to us prior to our arrival (phone conversation to help with ski logistics, grocery options, transit system help) and during our stay (super quick responses to answer questions ie. Sonos system, ice maker, trash). They were happy to help make our stay a 5 star experience from start to finish!
The house is in fabulous shape with a beautiful, well appointed kitchen, an easy to use Sonos system, smart tvs with remotes that work, and a clean and well-functioning outdoor hot tub that was inviting at the end of a long ski day. Bedding and linens were abundant, soaps and lotions at every sink, plenty of paper goods. The pantry is available to use including many cooking basics- oils, spices etc.

The owners were responsive and allowed our group of 12 to get settled in a bit early. The convenience of the house for walking to Main St. as well as beginning our MTB rides from the house was nice and saved us from needing to rent a car. The house was very comfortable for our large group.

Great time with friends
Beautiful house and fun time with two other couples and their five kids. Made dinner nearly every night and spent plenty of time around the kitchen. Highly recommended.

Perfection
Our family of 8 adults thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness, cleanliness, and incredible comfort of this well-located and appointed luxury home. The photos do not do the home justice, and it is remarkably close and easy to walk to Main Street. We had loads of snow during our stay, but driveway was plowed by morning each day if needed. The gas fireplaces in LR and 2 master suites are a delight, as is the large hot tub on the deck. Both kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked with necessary items, and I have no doubt that if we had needed anything not already supplied, the owners would have responded promptly. We feel very lucky to have booked such a great property for our ski vacation, and would definitely book this property again. Many thanks to the owners for sharing their beautiful home with us during our holiday vacation.

Great place for our Mountain bike trip!
This was a perfect property for two families with 6 teenagers. Layout of the rooms and beds was perfect and we were able to ride to the trails in Deer Valley and Park City....and a short walk to Main Street. House was well appointed and spotless when we checked in. It is off a main road so there was some traffic in the am but that was not a huge issue for us. Owners were very responsive when we had questions.

Summer family vacation
We enjoyed our time at this downtown Park City home. The home was clean, spacious, and conveniently located near Main Street. We walked to Main Street multiple times/day. The kids loved the proximity to all the shops!

Amazing house with great amenities.
Communication with the host was fantastic and very easy to work with. They offered a couple different sleeping options for our 20 month old grandson plus a chair that attaches to the table for him to sit in. The sound system was great and the bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked including nice shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion. Our adult children used the hot tub most nights and really enjoyed it. It was a close walk to town but the walk was down hill to town and uphill to go home at night. The only downside was that it sits above a fairly busy road so there is substantial road noise for the bedrooms on the front of the house. I also let the host know they needed a knife sharpener and traditional spatula, which he made note of to add. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Property was beautiful, and stocked with everything we needed. Even some incidentals that are not normally in rentals were there - garbage bags, detergents, soaps and shampoos... The set up was great for our group of 9. Plenty of beds and even separate spaces for different groups to gather. We even had two massage therapists come over after a long day of skiing, and they were able to set up in two rooms while we all had our turns. Everything was exceptionally clean, even the crystal clear water in the hot tub. Communication with the owner was great, and we were even able to get checked in early. Thank you so much!

Over delivered!!!
This place could not be more perfect. The location is perfect to get to DV slopes quick or Main Street in Park City. House is plenty big, warm, cozy and felt like home. Everything worked perfect, kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked all dinners at the house due to covid...it went perfect. Plenty of space for the kids to have their own play room with TV's etc. and the adults have their own quite place to talk and relax. Cool sledding hill just on the other side of the street too. Special views from the house being on the end of the street. A must stay and one we will rebook for sure. The owners were very friendly and attentive to our questions.

Perfect stay for our group of 4 couples!
8 of us stayed here for five nights. The house exceeded our expectations. It was very comfortable, had everything we needed, and a perfect location. The kitchen and grill were optimal for cooking each night and the many fireplaces made the home cozy. The hosts were very easy to communicate with as well. We'll definitely look to stay here again the next time we come to Park City.

Great property/Great location
This property is beautiful and has all the amenities and comforts needed to have a wonderful stay. There is a lot of space, the rooms are large and the kitchen has everything one would need. In just five minutes you can walk into the heart of Main Street and there are walking paths that you can take so as to avoid the main road. The house is on the main road, which means you can hear a lot of traffic noise, but otherwise, this was a fabulous rental.

This property is set up perfectly for families or large groups. The home is upscale luxury and the property managers stay in communication to ensure your stay is enjoyable. The home's proximity to downtown Park City is an added plus. We've stayed at over a dozen VRBO properties and we can say without reservation that this home is one of the best we've encountered.

Wonderful Stay in Park City
We had a terrific time staying at this property in Park City. Hosts were gracious and responsive. House was clean and super accommodating. Beds were very comfortable and sheets were great. Fully equipped kitchen that enabled us to cook gourmet meals at home for our family. The house is walking distance to the tourist center which was convenient but also a bit loud from trucks rolling on the main street next to us during daytime hours. Over all a terrific stay and wonderful property. Will be happy to stay there again and recommend to friends.

Family vacation
Beautiful house on the edge of Old Town. Able to walk to Main Street yet didn’t have other houses right on top of it, which is typical in that area. Worked great to have kids in the bunk room. Loved the hot tub too. Darren was very helpful and easy to work with. Really enjoyed our stay!

Family ski vacation
Fantastic property, great layout with lots of space. We had ten people in our group (6 adults/4 kids) and it worked really well for us. Plenty of room to gather together but also individual spaces so you could get away. The location is excellent, very short (5 minutes) walk to town, so you can access everything in Park City. We skied mostly at Deer Valley, was an easy Uber ride (<5 minutes) to Silver Lake lodge. Owners were very responsive and accommodating, but we really had no issues. Will definitely come back.

Great place for a big family
My family (my family unit, plus my brothers' families, and my parents) had a great time in Park City, with much thanks to our stay at this home. It was a little bit further/uphill from Main Street than we had pictured, but it was still very easy to get there. If you need a stroller or the like, it makes the walk a bit longer because the fastest way we found was on a dirt path that had some rock steps. But my young kids were happy with the trek! The home was really spacious with various spaces for the family to spread out but also nice big spaces to hang out all together. Sally was very responsive to questions and concerns, such as when we found that the garage door and garbage disposal weren't working and sent someone over to look at them the next day. I put 4 stars for cleanliness only because we had to wash the mattress cover on one of the pull out sofas, but all of the main beds and spaces were extremely clean. We appreciated the toiletries that were there, the kitchen was well stocked, and everything was well appointed. I couldn't find extra sheets and we couldn't get the gas grill to work, but I am sure if I had asked Sally, she would have pointed me in the right direction. Overall we very much enjoyed the house--the kids especially. We would stay there again!

Pictures don't do this place justice - beautiful and spacious home!
I stayed here with 10 of my friends and this house was so beautiful! You can tell it was custom built since the built-in furniture matches the decor throughout the entire house. It's all very beautiful and spacious. Empty closets and drawers were helpful so we could settle in. I was worried the front room wouldn't be large enough for my group, but the pictures don't fully capture the layout of the top floor. It's an L-shaped room with plenty of space. All of the beds were extremely comfortable - I think they are all tempur-pedic beds, with high quality sheets. That's just one example of something not mentioned that definitely over-delivers.
I also worried this might be too far from the town, but it's a 5-10 minute walk to the center of town through a shortcut at the end of the street. This made it easy to get to restaurants and activities. We did take an uber to the ski lifts though, but it was pretty inexpensive.
Also, the owners/property managers are very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We got late checkout, which was very helpful since our flights didn't leave until later in the afternoon.
Love this place, would definitely stay again. Some of my friends are already planning separate trips to come back with their families.

Luxury near the top of Main!
My #1 rule when traveling is always to stay somewhere at a minimum as nice as my own home. This house didn't disappoint. The home was luxury and custom all the way and I definitely felt like I was on vacation! We were 3 families, with 6 adults and 5 kids total. There was more than enough room for everyone to hang their hat, have a bed and then some, congregate to socialize, as well as seek alone time if needed. If the adults were upstairs and kids were downstairs it was totally separate. The TVs were updated and easy to use, ready with BluRay/Netflix/Amazon or plug in your own game console easily. The kitchen was gourmet, well stocked and a pleasure to cook in. The main Master Bath was luxurious with it's large separate tub and spacious walk in shower. Tons of closet space and storage in each room to unpack and stay awhile. Loved the heated floors throughout - total luxury. Not to mention the boot dryers at the mudroom area. It was a great house to accommodate us snowboarders. The bunkroom was perfect for the kids but they also loved the loft area that quickly became their "hideaway". The location was great and very accessible to the top of Main Street; about a 3-5 minute walk. The only thing that wasn't perfect about this stay was the mountain access with the littles. It's not as easy to navigate the walk to the town Trolley or Transit station with 3-5 kids in tow so keep in mind if you have kids under 10 who need to be at ski school by 9 since the Trolley did not start service until 10. Do yourself a favor and just rent the car to go to the mountain every day. We ended up using Uber a lot because it was faster and easier which was plentiful but got expensive. Other than that, our 12 day stay was perfect. I really loved being able to walk to Main Street for our adult nights out. Can't wait to go back one day without the kids ;) Also important to note, the owners were great and flexible! Sally was very quick to respond to any questions that came up. New large elegant mountain home
My friend of two decades are touring the western region in search of the perfect run and experience wonderful mountain towns. Park city didn't disappoint and we couldn't ask for more from our accommodations. The home perfectly accommodated the needs of our large ski party, but could easily work for a multi family vacation. Rooms were large, comfortable with all the amenities of home. The common living space was perfect for cooking while still being apart of the conversation with dinning and living areas on either side.
Located on the southern end of Main St we had easy access to restaurants, bars and the in town ski lift. But given the size and comfort of the house most evenings we found ourself just hanging at home playing games and enjoying the hot tub.
I strongly recommend this home and can't wait to come back to park city. Thank you
