Ce condo 2 BR est une unité au 3ème étage à Sand Pebbles, un complexe en bord de mer bien entretenu. Sand Pebbles a un accès privé à la plage avec un stand de maître nageur à proximité, deux piscines privées et quatre douches extérieures. Notre unité offre une vue imprenable sur la magnifique plage de sable fin et l'océan bleu et à seulement quelques pas. Nous faisons des réservations partielles à la semaine toute l'année.
Nouveaux meubles et Smart TV 50 "avec Roku en streaming dans Living Room pour 2018. Nouveaux bois durs en novembre 2017. Toutes les chambres peintes en 2017. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit. Il y a de petits appareils et ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires pour cuisiner en famille. La suite principale peut accueillir un lit queen avec sa propre salle de bain privée et une télévision avec câble étendu. La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux, télévision et lecteur DVD. Un canapé-lit queen-size est disponible dans le salon pour des invités supplémentaires. Une chaîne stéréo avec lecteur de CD est disponible dans l’appareil. Une salle de bain complète est à la disposition de tous.
Notre condominium est notre condo personnel. Nous avons des fournitures de cuisine, un accès Internet haute vitesse sans fil, des chaises de plage et des jouets. Tous les meubles et les appareils sont bien entretenus. Une salle à manger pour quatre personnes est fournie et des sièges supplémentaires pour quatre personnes sont disponibles au bar. Il y a des sièges à l'extérieur sur le balcon privé pour que vous puissiez profiter de la magnifique vue sur l'océan.

The building has obviously been there for a while and has had its share of leaks, DIY upgrades, etc. However, it was well-equipped with everything necessary to cook full meals and enjoy a day on the beach. We were very comfortable for the long weekend and enjoyed the lovely view of the beach from the balcony.

This was our second time staying here in 2 years. We love the location, steps from the beach. Perfect size for our family, has everything we need and an fun walk to the boardwalk for food and entertainment.

The condo was very comfortable and included everything you could possibly need. Easy walk to the pool and beach. Far enough from the boardwalk for quiet, but still a short distance if you like to visit. The covered balcony has great views of the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo has a great location as it is on the beach and in walking distance to boardwalk and many restaurants. Having the umbrella set up on the beach every day was a great addition! We didn’t have to worry about finding a spot and it was right at the end of walkway to beach. It is on 3rd floor so be prepared to climb stairs. The bathrooms are dated and toilets are small and sit low. The beds are not very comfortable even my children complained. Older child (20) opted to sleep on couch instead of twin bead. Kitchen has everything you would need. Overall location made it worth while stay. People were all very nice we encountered.

Great place to stay whether you're traveling with adults, teens, or younger kids.
The condo is super clean, and the building was relatively quiet during our stay. (No rowdiness). Great location very close to the private beach access and a nice 15-minute stroll to the boardwalk, ferris wheel, and other amusements.
The hosts were very attentive, leaving nice touches like a basket of snacks :) But the best, in my opinion, was the beach umbrella set up daily from 9-5 and included with the rental - NICE :)

The condo had everything we needed. I recommend packing beach towels as we did. The one time I forgot our Over the door travel hooks is when I could’ve used them, but there are some hooks on the back bathroom door .
We loved the beach umbrellas set up for us. There were chairs available to use at the condo balcony. Cute vibe almost like a courtyard overlooking pool. Only disappointing part was someone had thrown up in the pool so we couldn’t enjoy it. We weren’t there long enough to ask about the other pool & preferred the beach anyway, so fortunately it didn’t really matter that much to us.
The owner was very accessible, and if we had wanted to stay a little bit longer on the beach after checkout, we could have. The kitchen had everything we could need. It was a nice short walk to the beach & The fireworks we walked to as well.

Loved the relatively quiet beach while being close to popular activities and walking distance to restaurants. Three flights of stairs a worthwhile challenge for us but not a good idea for anyone with ambulatory problems. This property had everything we needed plus some! A bit dated but very comfortable.

My children enjoyed the assortment of beach toys and floats and my husband and I appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella.

Once we arrived at the condo on Sunday, we didn't realize how many steps to the 3rd floor (elderly people, no go) and bringing all our stuff up and down all week was a bit of a pain. Inside the condo smelled cleaned when we arrived but some things could have been cleaned a little better (no biggie, I cleaned it up before taking a shower with hair, dirt and a dirty washcloth still left in the main bathroom). Carolina Beach was very laid back and definitely great for older people with no kids or younger kids. Teenagers had nothing to do besides the boardwalk so they drove to MB. Communication by the host was delayed response by 2 hours on check in day and over 12 hours on check out day.
Overall, we liked the place and location but all the stairs, lack of communication, and expensive we will probably not visit CB again.

This condo was the cutest, and so clean. The owner made sure that we had absolutely everything we needed. And it was a great location because we could just walk across the street or up the street a little bit to eat out. Very nice location, very nice condo, and so immaculate. Highly recommend.

My friend and I decided to do a get away together and found this condo. It was pretty affordable compared to other options and in a good location. I liked being a little further away from the boardwalk but also very easy bike ride. Great restaurant and ice cream spot right across the street. It was nice to have a view of the ocean from the balcony. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked out perfectly. The kitchen was fully stocked and it was nice to not have to run out to grab zip lock bags or spices to cook a basic meal or prepare a snack! The only thing I did not realize was the beach chair and umbrella service does not start until May 24. If you are coming before then there are 2 useable beach chairs, the other one seemed to be broken & you will have to rent an umbrella. They come by on the beach throughout the day so they are easy to rent. Tonys is $15 / day, pleasure island is $20/ day! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back someday!

Property location is good. We walked to the boardwalk and restaurants every day. Property layout is great so every balcony has a great ocean view. While our unit had everything we needed, I felt it could be updated better with minimal $ and effort. Basics were clean but could use a deep clean… baseboard and tubs. Also the property amenities say hot tub however there is not one. All in all a good stay for price.

Stay was very comfortable. Unit was clean and neat except we had to clean hair out of bathtub, walls, faucets in master bedroom.
I was a little nervous when I didn't hear from property manager two weeks before the trip. However, one call was made to her and she responded the same day with an apology for the delay!!

We stayed here for a long weekend. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. The Roku smart TV helped a bunch so we could watch our own streaming services when it rained outside. We had great nights of sleep, the showers had descent water pressure, and there was plenty of variety of kitchen cookware and utensils. The amenities were better than average compared to other places I've stayed along the beaches in the Carolinas. The use of the owners beach equipment was definitely a plus. Although this condo is not directly facing the beach, the angle is plenty sufficient to get a broad ocean view. The covered patio to soak in this view was a pleasant place to eat breakfast or just relax.

We loved our stay at this condo. It was fully stocked and we were so close to the beach and pool. We had a wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony. Several restaurants are nearby within walking distance. The owner was easy to communicate with. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stopped here on the way to my daughters dance competition and wished we had more time to enjoy the beach more! The condo was beautiful and clean. We all had the most comfortable sleep and beds and the balcony was lovely to sit out on and listen to the ocean waves with coffee. Great communication with the host and was able to check in early which helped us out so much with getting to a dinner show we had booked. The condo was steps to the beach, had beach chairs and noodles etc on the balcony for guest use, and games on the inside for days you wish to stay in. We highly recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future!

Location is A+. Balcony has perfect view of the ocean. Beach access is right there, and secured from rando’s coming and going in our location. The condo was stocked with snacks for us (thank you!) and had everything you could want for cooking. Host was responsive to questions we had. Couldn’t have been more accommodating.

A lot of PROS: great location with easy beach access and walking distance to restaurants. Beach chairs and toys provided which is a huge plus since we flew into town. A well stocked kitchen. The ocean view was nice to have.
CONs: it didn’t feel that clean. The outside table hadn’t been wiped down, a used sponge was left for us but very stinky and quite a few things we took out of the cupboards needed cleaning first. The place could use a good deep cleaning. 4 chairs for the outside table would have been nice too. overall our stay was great and the host was very responsive and accommodating.

Loved how close it was to the beach. Prefect for getting up and starting our day with a walk along the beach. Also close enough to walk to the boardwalk with the kids at night.
Condo was the perfect size for the 4 of us. It was clean and had everything we needed. Hope we can come back again soon.

All but checkout was fine. We had 1 parking pass, left in refrigerator as that was where we found it, but I am told I would be charged, for it. Was Left where it was found! ?????

We loved our 2 nights in this cute condo. The location was wonderful. We had the beach to ourselves at the condo’s beach access. It’s only a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk. Loved the ocean view also. Would love to come back!

The condo was clean and just the right size for the two of us with room left over. It was also very close to the beach. The balcony picture is a little deceiving because it does not face the ocean but you can still sit and see it. Also you have to walk up and down three flights of stairs every time you leave and come back. We went in March so it was quiet and peaceful.
