La villa climatisée comprend une très grande suite avec un lit king-size, une salle de bains carrelée avec douche, une cuisine entièrement équipée et une salle à manger qui s'ouvre sur une grande terrasse avec un bassin profond et un kiosque ombragé. Là, vous apprécierez vos boissons tout en regardant le coucher de soleil sur la baie Longue et écouterez les oiseaux dans les palmiers et les fleurs d'hibiscus.

Villa was very nice and clean. We had a very relaxing trip. Beaches were nearby. Lionel was very accommodating. One item to note is that laundry service is available and will be returned to you the next day. The washer and dryer are not in the villa.

This villa is kept very clean and has everything you might need for your stay. Several private beaches are perfect for a day in the sun without any crowds. The host was very accommodating. Note that there are (friendly) dogs on the property. Being a countryside villa, we did have an issue at night with mosquitoes entering through cracks in the front door and a couple very large cockroaches lurking in the bathroom.

WE had a wonderful sty at Lionel and Micheline's Villa Zenitude. We stay in many VRBo properties and this is the best stocked one yet! The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and stocked, there were SO many towels, there was snorkel equipment, the island info was informative,... it had everything we needed. The villa is situated so there is plenty of privacy, just perfect for a week with your loved one.
We will definitely stay here again. The Terres Basses is perfectly situated to enjoy Plum Bay, Long Bay and Bay Rouge and Happy Beach and Pinel are within a 30 minute drive. L'Express is wonderful for morning pastries and coffee and we highly recommend BE KOOL at Marina Royale. This is a gem of a VRBO!

Planning our vacation in St. Martins, I checked way over 100 villas , studio's appartments. I'm sure I couldn't have made a better choice , than choosing the Villa Zenitude. I was contacted by the host , Lionel, very soon after I booked the villa, and he gave me all info's I needed, including, the contact of the best car rental company. Lionel waited for us at the Airport on arrival, showed us the way to the villa, and together with Micheline , told us where we can find shop's , gas stations, supermarkets and everithing else.
Regarding the Villa Zenitude, is everything you hope to be, you will find inside everything you need, for the beach, for cooking, and does't matter what kind of coffee you like, you will find an appliance to prepare it. The view from the outside deck is amazing, specially at sunset.
To make the story short, our vacation was perfect , and I congratulate myselff for choosing the Villa Zenitude as our home base.

We loved our stay. Plum Beach (super close) was the best beach, security was awesome and we always felt safe, hosts were super nice and we couldn’t believe how clean it all was. The pool was great, the deck was wonderful, and the house was super comfortable. Thank you for a great place to stay while we were there!

We had the privilege to stay at the Villa for 8 days. Lionel and Micheline were wonderful and very knowledgeable hosts. They have beautiful property. The stay was very quiet as well as restful. The restaurants that they suggested were great as well as places to go. It was a perfect blend of being on our own but having someone you know you could go to for advice.

Micheline met us at the airport after a long day of travel and immediately made us feel welcome! The property is beautiful and well equipped; everything you could need was provided. Beach chairs/towels, umbrella, coolers, snorkeling equipment...everything. The welcome champagne was so thoughtful and appreciated. She was helpful with dining and shopping suggestions. Above all, the property was quiet, private, and peaceful. We can't wait to return!

Villa Zenitude is such a beautiful Villa. Micheline was a perfect host, very kind, friendly and eager to please. The Villa is private, in a secure neighborhood, near 2, beautiful, uncrowded beaches with the most gorgeous, turquoise water. We had a magical experience at Villa Zenitude! Micheline and Lionel were fantastic hosts - Lionel even met us at the airport and took us to pick up our rental car! The house and the property are relaxing and so comfortable. The house is a quick 10 minute drive from Marigot, and everything on the island is within 30 or so minutes. They prepared a full book full of maps, restaurant and beach recommendations and we loved every single one of their suggestions. We can't recommend this villa enough!

The perfect place to unplug and reconnect. Privacy and tranquility to lounge indoors & out. The villa is brilliantly designed and artfully decorated. The walled garden estate is serene and secure. Located within a gated community near quiet, white sand beaches. The in-deck pool felt calming day and night. Swim under a galaxy of stars. Spot evening fireflies. Bask in the sun or enjoy a comfortable seat in the shade. Sweeping coastal views melted into stunning sunsets. The open, well stocked kitchen was loaded with quality implements and solid appliances. (One pulled perfect espresso shots in 20 seconds.) Extras included a large fruit basket and bottle of champagne. Our gracious, cultured hosts thought of everything, down to spare euro adapters, snorkel gear and curated a custom guidebook locating fine dining and offering local tips. Hosts Lionel & Michelline were exceptional, responsive and kind.

My wife & I were in St Maarten for a week for our nieces wedding but wanted to have a relaxing holiday at the same time and the villa suited our purposes perfectly. Great location but I would suggest you would require a car if you don’t want to just chill at the villa which it is perfect for. The only issue we had was with the fridge freezer which Lionel dealt with swiftly and offered to recompense us for any lost food which wasn’t required. Hopefully we’ll be back sometime!

So, you read these reviews on line and I think who are they paying to write this stuff. In the case of Villa Zenitude their reviews are spot on accurate. This home is truly Heaven on Earth! Complete privacy, beautifully appointed with all the modern high end appliances. Garden shower and an air conditioned bedroom. It has an excellent location! Our hosts met us at the airport gave us detailed information on how to navigate the island and a list of must sees and places to eat.
The beaches are also private and safe.
We are looking forward to our next visit.

The property was gated within a gated community with access to the best crowd-free beaches ( great snorkeling and swimming). Towels, and chairs were provided. The kitchen was stocked with basics like fruit water, beer, champagne and some cereal so we didn't have to run out for supplies after a long day of travelling. We loved this property - it is indeed perfect for a romantic getaway!

Great Romantic Getaway
The wife and I had a GREAT time at Villa Zenitude. The stay started with Lionel meeting us at the airport and making sure we knew exactly how to get to the Villa.
Speaking of the Villa. It is perfect for a couple. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had all items needed for a great dinner in.
The soaking pool and deck is where we spoke to the majority of our time while at the Villa. It is perfect and the views of the ocean never got old.

As soon as we arrived at the airport, our experience at Villa Zénitude was well beyond our expectations!! It is obvious that Micheline and Lionel have thought of everything well in order to make this villa the most comfortable and the prettiest on the island. It was a memorable stay for us where even the dogs added their enchanting charm! I loved the living space to be able to dine outside and admire the ocean and the sunset! The most difficult thing is really to leave this heavenly place!!

Perfect Stay
Micheline and Lionel’s villa was perfect for my wife and I to get away. The view never gets old and the outdoor deck and pool are perfect. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to make dinners and have our morning coffee. Above all, Lionel and Micheline take great care of you from helping to arrange rental cars, dinner reservations, COVID testing, etc. Lionel even met us at the airport and guided us to the villa. The location is pretty far west on the island, so you will spend a fair amount of time in the car to go out to dinner and some of the other beaches, but it’s only about 20-40 minutes max from anything on the French side. It’s worth it for the great private neighborhood and views from the hill. Stay and enjoy.

We had a great time our tend days there. This place has EVERYTHING and is perfect for two people. Just enough privacy away from the main house. But they are there when you need them! Just perfect!
We could not have chosen a more perfect place to stay on St. Marten! Beginning with our gracious hosts, who met us at the airport and handled our rental car mix up, gave us a great breakdown of the island and what to do and where to eat, and even booked our reservations for us! The villa is a private oasis with every comfort you could think of. Loved the neighborhood for walking and the private beaches, all away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the island. This property has everything one may need during a vacation, it's a perfect home away from home. The location is private and safe, with a fantastic view. Perfect, private oasis!
Lionel and Micheline are terrific hosts. Quick to respond and extremely hospitable. They shared excellent recommendations with us and offered to make dinner reservations. So kind! They have a beautiful property and have set it up nicely with everything you need. It felt like staying with family. Beach chairs, plenty of towels, coffee maker, Nespresso, coolers, dishwasher, nice king size bed, well-stocked kitchen. And this house is perfectly private; Looking out from the deck you just see lush vegetation and the beach in the distance. You only see or interact with the hosts if needed as their house is a hundred yards away. Or if you say hello to their pups who will greet you at the gate! What makes this spot special is the location (nestled in the private neighborhood of Terres Basses w/ access to two stunning beaches), the view (sunsets!), and the pool… just wonderful. The house and the deck are bigger in person! The bedroom and sitting room are mirrored by equally sized kitchen and open air dining/sitting room. And then there is the deck with the plunge pool and an outdoor shower. We loved our time at Villa Zenitude and hope to be back soon!
