Amazing Lincoln Park Rowhouse - Perfect for Groups, Reunions and Cubs Games!
Notre unique Lincoln Park Rowhouse est située au cœur de Lincoln Park et est parfaite pour votre prochain rassemblement de groupe à Chicago. Notre maison a été construite en 1891 et a subi une rénovation complète en 2014 pour moderniser et maintenir les caractéristiques de construction élaborées de cette McCormick Rowhouse de l'ère victorienne. La maison spacieuse est située au cœur de Lincoln Park et peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 12 personnes. L'arrêt CTA de Fullerton est à un pâté de maisons et ouvre la ville pour un accès facile et sans voiture. Wrigley Field est un court trajet sur la ligne rouge CTA et est à seulement deux arrêts; alternativement, prendre la ligne rouge vers le sud peut vous amener au centre-ville de Chicago en quelques minutes, Cellular Field for the White Sox, ou des milliers d'autres options dans la ville. I lived in Lincoln park for a long time. I loved it and was so happy to return for a long weekend with my family. This is an ideal location to experience the neighborhood, Lincoln Park itself, the lakefront and easy access on public transit downtown. The townhouse itself is classic and beautiful highly recommend!

We had an a fantastic stay at this beautiful, unique property. Plenty of room for our family - the extra sleeping space in the basement is amazing as is the bathroom. The kitchen was nicely stocked, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels and linens and bath towels. The rooftop patio was perfect and ideal for a view of air show practice. Love the neighborhood. Stephanie is an excellent host- responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this property. Close to the L but if you know that going in it’s fine- and didn’t disturb anyone’s sleep!

What a beautiful place! It was everything we hoped it would be. Our only complaint is not staying long enough. Excellent location, free street side parking (unassigned) excellent host. Clear instructions, beautiful craftsmanship and historicity. We loved it. 10/10, highly recommend. We would recommend hiring a carpenter to rebuild the door knob and lock on the front door, and it would be cool if they had some information in the house regarding the history of the building- but we’re needs like that. But otherwise- this place is fantastic.

We had an excellent experience. The house is perfect and the location is excellent. Lots of great restaurants and shops in walking distance. The owner is cordial and helpful. It is priced appropriately. Kitchen is fully stocked. The neighborhood was safe and clean. Our entire family (plus a French visitor) highly recommend.

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Chicago. This row house was completely redone and felt extravagant in everyway. From the Restoration Hardware towels to the little things like bottles of water left in the fridge, it was fantastic. It's close to a major "L" train hub that can you pretty much anywhere you need to go in Chicago. Because it's close to DuPaul University it felt super safe and even had campus security across the street 24/7. There were also a bunch of great restaurants, coffee shops and bars all within a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The owners were also super helpful and quick to respond when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the home. 10/10 would highly recommend!!

We stayed at this property with our family to celebrate our daughter's graduation from DePaul University. It was perfect for that as the school is across the street! Stephanie was so helpful and responsive and we would recommend this property to any family!

This is a beautiful, well-appointed home in a great neighborhood, with lots of walkable restaurants.
It is a busy city neighborhood, with lots of DePaul University students making noise late at night and the L running every few minutes very close to the back of the house. If you want quiet this is not your place, but if you want a bustling city neighborhood this is an excellent find!

This home was a wonderful place to stay in Chicago! We loved the neighborhood and the listing photos of this home do not do justice for how beautiful it is. The host was very accommodating and friendly to work with. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice, safe place to stay and personally would love to stay here again.

Perfect stay for 9 of us on a girls weekend. Walking distance to get spots, plus so close to the L. The house is beautiful and the bathrooms so accommodating for us women! Loved everything about it.

Lots of room and had everything we needed. Comfortable place to stay for our two families with young children (ages 6 - 11). Stephanie was responsive to our questions. Great location--near restaurants, ice cream, and the El.

The house is a beautiful, historic place that is very well maintained. The location is perfect to explore Lincoln Park and the city of Chicago. The linens were all very new which we appreciated. We used the kitchen for family meals and enjoyed playing games on the deck and in the dining room. We would stay there again.

This was in a great location near DePaul University. We were in town to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. It was close to a lot of the places that we wanted to go to…..we took the L train (2 stops) to Wrigleyville for the St. Patty’s Day Pub Crawl, short drive to Wicker Park for dinner and the next day to Boystown for a drag brunch. The place was awesome! Had everything to meet our needs. We had 7 people in our group, but it could easily fit more people. Thanks, Stephanie, for an amazing stay!

This property delivered as advertised. It had plenty of space for 7 adults and one 2 year old. Well appointed! Everything you need is here if you plan on eating in. Great safe neighborhood with plenty of shopping options close by.

The townhouse was very comfortable and well appointed. It is located on a busy street on the DePaul campus so there is a lot of people walking by at all hours. The el tracks run right behind the property as well so there is a lot of external noise. It’s a beautiful old building so there are a lot of stairs and narrow staircases.

Could not have been a better experience! Our host, Stephanie was so accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The home was beautiful, spacious and comfortable with 9 of us and family visiting. The outdoor spaces were wonderful with the warm days and cool nights. I highly recommend this beautifully cared for home! I’m certainly going back!

We had a very good experience overall. Very clean and well stocked. Beds and bathrooms were comfortable and nicely done . No issues finding a parking spot. Limited out door space. Would recommend new smart TVs.

Beautiful property and amazing location!
We had an amazing stay! Stephanie was super communicative throughout our process which was greatly appreciated. The property itself is beautiful and spacious. There was ample room and we loved the updated feel while still keeping the historic charm. The best piece for us was the location! We were able to walk to so many restaurants/bars/stores and loved walking through the Lincoln Park neighborhoods. Would absolutely come back to this property!

Very nice larege place near near Lincoln Park and Depaul University
This rental was perfect for our needs. We had a family reunion of myself, spouse, and our three kids with their families. Room for all and the location was excellent. Easy walking to restaurants, bars, Lincoln Park and the L. Location felt very safe and would definitely rent it again.

Perfect place for DePaul visit
Our extended family came to celebrate my son’s graduation from DePaul — and this was the perfect home. Plenty of comfy spaces to relax, huge dining room for family meals, comfy bedrooms, large, modern bathrooms, a fully equipped, huge kitchen, and two bonus outdoor spaces!

Family wedding trip
This home was located perfectly for a family wedding. We had tons of space and the added value was being able to stay in such a well cared for vintage home. We all only wish that we’d had more time to actually spend in the home as it was equipped for cooking and social activity. Thanks again for making everything easy regarding check-in and parking!

Highly Recommend!
Stephanie was awesome! The property was great. Highly recommend for any occasion in the city. I will be back for sure! There was one small issue with a toilet upstairs. Stephanie answered at 11p and had a plumber there at 8a in the morning.
Great space for family, friends, etc. Pictures do not so the property justice.

Lovely Lincoln Park Townhouse
I rented this home for my bridal party to stay at the weekend of my wedding.
The house was beautiful and well cared for. I loved how spacious it was for a large group. I particularly enjoyed having a top floor suite all to myself and my husband.
It is the definition of “centrally located” as it was a mile from my rehearsal dinner location, a mile from my venue, and a mile from our picture location, all in the Lincoln Park neighborhood.
Stephanie was super responsive to all my messages leading up to our stay dates, which significantly lessened my pre-wedding stress.
Highly recommend this rental!

The row house is beautiful with tons of space, and the rooftop deck is amazing! My wedding party stayed here before my wedding and got ready here, and it was one of my favorite parts of the entire weekend. I wish I could stay longer!
