Construit par des innovateurs dans la construction à Manhattan, la structure a un béton et une isolation dans les sols qui donnent une tranquillité inégalée. Juste en face du parc CiCo. Si cette unité est pleine, consultez nos autres suites patrimoniales. Ils sont tous meublés avec le client à l'esprit avec des meubles de qualité qui sont capricieux, amusant et intéressant. The property is centrally located and allowed us to visit family and work with businesses that we had appointments with during our stay. This is our 2nd time staying in this unit and will do it again should we need to before we move there.

It was great as usual. It is so easy just arriving and entering code. We love the size and the two bathrooms. The communication is wonderful and it is a short drive to track, stadium and school. We will be back.

Very smooth check in as well as accuracy of unit as described. Notably spacious rooms and hallways. We discovered first morning that coffee maker was kaput. We were able to make a quick and easy exchange with the property manager on site within minutes. Thanks, Tara. With family to visit, we will return.

We enjoyed the apartment and it really fit our needs for the weekend with two bedrooms and two baths. Everything was very clean and exactly as stated on-line. Our only complaint was the depth of the steps. They weren't very deep. It might also be helpful to list in the description that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and the main entrance to the complex is on the 2nd floor. We discovered this reading the reviews. All-in-all we enjoyed our stay and it was fairly close to the football stadium and easy to get around town!!

The apartment was great, very spacious. Some minor repairs were needed, but did not affect the quality of our stay. The pool was awesome. Our family really enjoyed our time here.

We were so pleased with our stay here. Everything you need for the stay. Considering the price of hotels, this is the winner hands down. You get so much more for less. Very clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly, if you need them. If you don't, they politely stay out of your way. Thank you for a wonderful week.

I’ve stayed in multiple apartments at this property over several years and they are always well appointed and seamless. A bonus in the summer is the large pool which is great for laps. The host allowed me to check in a few hours early which was appreciated.

Our son is a music major at K-State. This was our first time staying in Manhattan to see him. We booked this property so that we could attend his weekend recitals and bring our dog. The key code on the door made checking in a breeze. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed! Tara was very accommodating when we needed to change our check out time so that we could attend the last recital and pick up our dog afterwards. Would definitely stay at this property again and would highly recommend!!

This is our third stay at this particular unit and we love it. The communication and ease of check in is still amazing and they have added new black out curtains in the bedrooms since our last stay which made it even better. If you have a kid at K-State, this is a great place to rent to spend time with them. We will be back.

Property was clean and had plenty of space. Fully stocked kitchen. Faucets in bathrooms were broken and it was hard to tell which way was hot/cold with the handles able to spin in full circles. Kitchen and baths could use some updating and TLC. Beds were comfortable. Would have liked extra blankets to be available to use. Plenty of pillows and towels though. Easy check in and out process. Overall we were satisfied with our stay for the weekend.

We booked this condo for a KSU basketball game. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and close to KSU. Great location. Easy to find. Very clean. Well stocked. Even provided coffee pods! Maybe pack an extra blanket or throw, but that’s the only thing we felt like we were missing.

This is a wonderful property. The apartment is spacious and there is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space.
Check in and out was a breeze. A couple of helpful comments: bring an extra blanket if it is cold and bring your own skillet if you are planning to cook and you're picky about cookware. My elderly mother had a little bit of a hard time going up and down the narrow staircase.
Otherwise, it's fantastic and I'll plan to use this property again when we are visiting Manhattan. Thanks!

I rented this location to celebrate my daughter's birthday and her college friends. It was just as described, very clean, centrally located and a great place to stay. I recommend it and would stay here again !

We stayed at this apartment for 3 nights for a long weekend and K-State football. The apartment complex is a little older but I loved the layout of the spacious unit and the fun, eclectic decor. I would love to live there!
On the second evening, we came back to find the apartment was 78° so I called the maintenance number and someone was there to repair the AC within minutes.
This unit actually has 2 bathrooms so even more spacious than expected. There were just two of us but 4 people could stay here comfortably. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen had all the basics and we had coffee and breakfast each morning.
This unit is on the top floor. I'm sure all the other units were rented for the weekend, but we didn't hear anyone else.
I would definitely stay here again.

The rental was super clean and quiet. We loved using the space for sleeping and showering while moving my son in. The unit is tastefully decorated and the beds are super comfortable. We arrived at 9:00 PM, though, and because these apartments are set up in several similar-looking buildings, we could not find our rental. The buildings are not well lit or well marked and I had not received directions as to how to find the unit once we arrived at the address. Better directions for finding the unit would be my only suggestion for new guests. The rest of our stay was perfect! We would stay again.

This rental was perfect for our needs. We we were moving our daughter into a dorm and had driven from Texas and this was so much better than a hotel. The communication was quick and we had key code and instructions and were able to walk right up and in. It is very roomy and clean. Parking was right right out front and they even provided coffee pods. I will be back to this rental in Oct for football game and will continue to book this rental every time we go if it is available. The bed was comfy and plenty of extra towels and blankets. My only suggestion is curtains. It was a full moon.

Conveniently located on west side of campus close to restaurants, churches, shopping, etc. Seemed to be a safe neighborhood. Clean apartment. Good communication with host. Would stay here again.
