The good: house is spacious – plenty of room to spread out 2 families of 4. Layout worked great with 1 family downstairs & 1 upstairs. Zac was very responsive whenever we reached out....that’s where the good ends. The bad: when we walked in, we immediately spotted a leak in the doorway. The 2-year-old traveling with us found a mouse trap and tried to eat peanut butter off it. When we called Zac to tell him about the leak & the mouse trap he told us that if we left immediately, he would refund us, which I thought was a bit extreme given that it was already dark out and it was snowing, so the roads weren’t great. Essentially the message that was conveyed was that he has 4 other properties and doesn’t want to deal with us. Also, if you are booking this property in the winter, just note that there is no access to anything outside due to the snow (deck, BBQ, firepit, chairs, etc). Although you probably won’t want to go in the hot tub. The hot tub probably hasn’t been cleaned ever. We opened it when we got there, and it was MURKY. There was a solo cup floating in it that you could barely see. When I sent Zac a pic, he did try to fix it by sending the cleaning crew over, however they came inside the house & proceeded to hang out & organize a closet on the 1st floor where everyone was for an hour or 2. After all that, they told us they didn’t have what they needed to clean the hot tub & they had to come back, which was more of an inconvenience to us so we told them not to bother. I wanted to get a pic of the hot tub during the daylight so the next day when I opened it, I saw an orange floating in it LOL. Who eats oranges in a hot tub? All in all, Zac provided an extremely SMALL, pretty irrelevant refund for the inconvenience & offered to take our garbage to the dumpster when we checked out, but in all fairness, there is a SUBSTANTIAL cleaning fee. There was a huge stack of garbage on the side of the house when we checked in, so seems funny that taking the garbage out isn’t included in the insane cleaning fee. This was BY FAR the dirtiest house I’ve ever stayed in in all my years of renting properties. The kids were walking around barefoot and their feet were BLACK. The house was definitely not cleaned at all. Also, there was a smashed window that being held up with tape. Thank goodness the kids didn’t touch it. I'd say this house is better suited for a group of young folks who live in a frat house and I would not recommend for families.

Had a great time! House was beautiful and Zac was very accommodating! Would come back again!!

I go with a group of elderly female sisters every year For a long weekend. This property had a few bedrooms on the first floor to accommodate those who can’t do stairs. There were a few to get in that created a small challenge but we managed! We had a small issue while there but Zac was quick to respond and everything was resolved quickly without the need for him to come out to the property. The hot tub and fire pit were perfect! I would recommend this place to anyone

Zac was great at getting back to me . The house is very clean and spacious . The kitchen is well equipped . The directions to the garbage disposal could be clearer. Also there is no heat in the game room . The hot tub is awesome . We did see some splash marks on the ceiling of the entrance to dinning area and were a bit concerned we would be held accountable . Other than that I highly recommend for family and or friends trip .
