Ce condominium de 1260 pieds carrés au troisième étage est situé sur la rive du lac Dillon dans les condominiums de Point Dillon qui sont à côté du barrage du réservoir Dillon. Les fenêtres du plafond au sol et la grande terrasse avec exposition sud offrent des vues spectaculaires sur le lac Dillon, la chaîne Peak 10, la montagne Keystone et le ciel.
Vous pouvez profiter gratuitement du ski et de l'embarquement dans les stations de Keystone et Breckenridge avec nos quatre forfaits de ski quotidiens. Il y a une piste cyclable adjacente à la propriété qui fait partie d'un réseau de sentiers pavés qui mène à Keystone, Breckenridge et Vail et au nord le long de la rivière Blue.
En plus d'un lit queen-size dans la chambre principale et de 2 grands lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre, il y a 2 canapés-lits queen-size dans la salle familiale. Internet haute vitesse est fourni.

We really wanted to stay forever. The condo is as advertised. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views are beyond amazing day or night. The deck is a great space and warmer than you'd think on a fall day. Leah and Stephen were easy to reach and prompt to get someone in if repairs are needed. We stayed during the shoulder season so the resorts weren't open for us to use the passes. What a bonus for skiers or mtn bikers. We definitely recommend this property and plan on visiting again.

Highly recommend this property! The location is perfect for summer day trips to Frisco, Breck and Keystone. Many restaurants within walking distance and also a grocery store close by to get your essentials for meals to eat on the patio. Huge patio with lovely views! The beds were very comfortable which was a plus!

This condo was perfect for our family ski vacation. Cozy, breathtaking view, and really well situated. I’ve never heard of a VRBO offering 4 daily ski passes, but it made for the trip of a lifetime. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer.

This condo is centrally located to all the Summit County ski areas. Plenty of room, and in great condition. Finding a place with ski passes was awesome and appreciated! The owners were very responsive and made everything easy. Would definitely stay here again.

The pictures don’t do it justice. We spent a lot of time on the oversized patio. The condo is conveniently located next to the dam so Frisco and Breckenridge were minutes away. The Dillon Amphitheater is about 1/4 mile away and we could hear the concerts from our patio. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful location
Our family of 6 really enjoyed staying here! The view was spectacular and the location was wonderful for hiking and biking! The condo was clean and well-supplied for all of our cooking/cleaning/sleeping needs throughout the week. It was really nice to have private, secure parking and space to put our bikes. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. The facility was undergoing structural maintenance while we were there and the workers did an awesome job of working around everyone going in and out. Our only negative was that the elevator was out of order all week. We got in good shape going up and down the stairs!

This condo has one of the most beautiful views in all of Colorado! Huge balcony, great living space, gas fireplace and did I mention the VIEWS!! Close to everything. We were very happy with our 5 night stay and will certainly be back and recommend to our friends! Thanks... Bob

It was our second time staying in this condo. It’s very convenient to have the ski passes and be right in town. We enjoyed the great view from the window, the hot tub and pool, the slopes at keystone and a-basin. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The view is excellent and I loved sitting on the deck with morning coffee or an afternoon book. I hope to stay there again next summer.

Great views of lake
Our family enjoyed the condo's patio that overlooked the lake and mountains. Every morning we enjoyed a cup of coffee and evenings relaxing outside. Beautiful!

The condo was very clean, had everything we needed and had an awesome view. The location was central to all the nearby mountain towns. You can do as much or as little as you like. Highly recommend this Point Dillon condo.

Great place to get away as a family
From the start Steve and Leah were super polite, responsive and welcoming. Their place is well equipped, accessible to ski lifts, hiking & biking trails and the town. The place was clean and spacious, allowing us to spread out and had plenty of room for our gear. Waking up to amazing views everyday was an added plus! We certainly enjoyed our trip and would definitely stay here again.

There were lots of updates due to COVID and we were notified as each came out allowing us to plan accordingly.
The owners are just a call away to answer any questions and they go above and beyond for their guests!!

The condo was perfect for our Summertime trip! Clean and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked and the owners were very responsive to my many questions before and during our stay.
There are a few items I look for in reviews so I like to cover them during mine:
Items that make this unit GREAT: View- owners- elevator- secure garage parking - well stocked kitchen-BBQ grill- large deck for outdoor eating/relaxing- humidifier provided -quiet (couldn’t hear neighbors while inside) - Large sliders in living room and bedroom to deck- Ample room to unpack - Washer/dryer in unit -Tap water was good, no need for bottled.- WiFi and TV worked well- central location for all of our activities, with easy access for our bikes and my ISUP.
Not so Great- beds were a bit too firm, (personal preference), Couch and Throw pillows could use a steam clean.
Of note: the light fixture in the dining room is Amazing!
