Our entire group enjoyed the stay! Kids loved the zip line, pool, and trampoline! Plenty of space in a beautiful setting. Jearl and Barbara are amazing hosts! Can’t wait to come back again!

House was great for our golfing group. I can see this would be a great place for a multiple family get away and would recommend to any who asked. (Only critique...all other places I have rented over the years provided bath soap of some sort......there was none in any of the showers.....not a big deal.)

Everything was just fantastic for the occasion.

Where do I begin? First, the owners are wonderful and gracious. The ENTIRE property is simply amazing. The house is very spacious with such beautiful decor. There was plenty of extra linen and towels. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything we needed was provided even down to insect repellent and sunscreen! The backyard was spectacular. Like a tropical paradise. We had a family barbecue with around 50 guests and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. Between the pool, the zipline, trampoline, rope swing, wooden playhouse, treehouse, and waterfall there was plenty of activities as well. My family wants to travel there again just for a Staycation at this property. We loved it! I forgot to mention that the theater room was awesome entertainment for the kids . The really enjoyed watching movies and popping corn in the old fashioned popcorn machin

Barbara was amazing and her property was as well. We had 14 adults 7 children ages from 13 to 2 and this property fit everyone’s needs and more than enough space to sleep. The children has a blast on the zip line and the pool. We didn’t get a chance to utilize the tv on the pool deck area due to the WiFi strength was not strong enough to reach. All in all we had a wonderful time.

Amazing amenities, great neighborhood, tons of room to spread out and convenient to plenty of nearby points of interest. Plus Barbara is super-responsive and very easy to work with. We’re looking at spending more time at this home next year for our family reunion!

Owner and property manager could not be more friendly or helpful. They were quick to answer and try to resolve any issues that we had. Would recommend getting more eating utensils (only 3 dinner knives), if advertise a gas grill, make sure to supply the gas that is needed, and have the bedding available needed to use the sofa sleepers, blankets would be nice also. Location is close to Memphis and very nice neighborhood.

Property was outstanding and well located to everything. Clean and well appointed. No negatives, but a suggestion would be to add a few skillets(only one available). We would certainly use this location again if we were in the Memphis area...

Our family had a combined Graduation and family reunion. We needed a large place and we found it here. The amenities are outstanding and the house is beautiful. In fact our granddaughter was telling everybody she was staying in a "mansion". We did feel like we were in a mansion. The house is equipped with most anything you would need. We have another graduation in three years and everyone wants to stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

This property was incredible! Beautifully maintained and clean but more importantly, Barbara made us feel right at home. We were there for a graduation and had people from 72 yrs to 10 yrs old. Even though it rained, we were able to sit outside on porch and enjoy the sights and sounds. The younger boys enjoyed the pool, zip line, rope swing, basketball hoop and movie theatre and were never bored. Recommend this for large to small families. Absolutely perfect and just a short drive to downtown Memphis. Thank you Barbara!!

I rented this beautiful property to host a surprise birthday party for my Mom. We had a small group of family and friends that attended. The age range was from 2 to 75 and everyone absolutely enjoyed themselves. My Mom was tremendously surprised at the the beauty of the home. She did not want to leave. She is hoping to plan another stay in the very near future. The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful. And the outside is so relaxing and there is something to do for everyone. We had a speaker outside and my mom loves to sing karaoke and we did this on the upper deck while others sat below and enjoyed her performance. The layout of the property is great and very spacious, everyone had plenty of room to spread out move around. The property manager Donna was very informative and helpful when I had questions about the property during my stay. And the owner Barbara was absolutely amazing with addressing any issues we had and someone was there within the hour to ensure things were functional and working properly. The home certainly exceeded our expectations. You will not be disappointed renting this lovely property. The beautiful flowers were so nice and welcoming. The owners are amazing and thought of everything that you would need during your stay.

Wow! Words can't convey our true feelings regarding our stay at this property. We were greeted by Donna, the manager of the property, she greeted us in a very warm and respectful manner which made us feel right at home. She gave us an awesome tour of the property; the house was spacious, immaculate and beautifully decorated.This property truly met our needs and purpose for coming together. However, we had a few minor concerns which Donna addressed immediately. We departed this home with a feeling of a lifelong connection. We pray that God will allow us to return in the near future. It definitely was a great experience! Thanks so much for accommodating us!

There were 4 households that occupied the rental. We came together to celebrate Thanksgiving and my dad's 75th birthday party. When my family and I arrived our breath was taken away at the beauty of the home. I knew from the moment we stepped in there was something special about it. A home filled with love. Everything inside and outside was immaculate. The owner Barbara was so gracious and went over and beyond what our expectations were of making sure we had what we needed. We left this home inspired to dream even bigger and watch God work. We appreciate the opportunity and look forward to future stays.

The property was lovely, we enjoyed our stay. It was a girlfriend's trip of 9. My one complaint was with the televisions. The property had several tv's but only one of them was functioning properly. Does little good to have a theater room and the tv doesn't work. We contacted the property manager several times over this issue. She either came or promptly sent someone however they were unable to fix the problem. One thing that I did appreciate about the owner was that she promptly responded when I contacted her and very quickly returned our deposit.

Great facility for large extended family gathering together. Some kitchen gadgets were a bit difficult to find!! We only located the can opener late in our stay ! Thankyou for the waffle maker !

That was a quote from my grandson. We thoroughly enjoyed our family gathering here over Labor Day. There were 13 of us ranging from 7-69.The house was beautiful, private, roomy, very comfortable, and with a well-stocked kitchen, bathrooms, games, movies & pool toys. It really is like your own private resort in a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. We went swimming, played basketball, used the trampoline, zip line and climbing rope. We watched scary movies in the theater room with popcorn, watched college football, played games, grilled out....and still found time to see the Pyramind, Memphis Zoo, Graceland and eat at our favorite Huey’s. Donna welcomed us on arrival, and both she and Barbara were very responsive when we had to contact them with some questions. They take your comfort very seriously. My only regret was the we couldn’t stay for a few more days!

The house was absolutely beautiful! The atmosphere was wonderful! The manager was very kind and caring! I loved everything about it
