Garez-vous devant votre porte et sans attendre les ascenseurs dans ce complexe familial. Les condos Sugar Beach sont situés au bord de la plage, donc ne traversez pas Thomas en voiture pour profiter du sable blanc. Il s’agit d’une unité au rez-de-chaussée avec une pelouse luxuriante juste à l’extérieur pour profiter de jeux. Vous pouvez vous détendre ici et vous asseoir sur votre terrasse donnant sur l'étang d'eau douce. Nourrissez les canards et les poissons Koi ou promenez-vous le long du court chemin qui mène à la plage et profitez de la magnifique cour paysagée. Le Sugar Beach est un établissement peu élevé qui comprend des courts de tennis, une piscine, des grillades et un magnifique club-house avec table de ping-pong et coin cuisine / réunion.

The location is great (more private beach area) and the unit had decent enough furnishings but the gate code did not work for entrance to property or re-entry from beach. Luckily another guess was kind enough to assist. Both bed sheets had dog hair all over. We had to strip beds and wash multiple times b4 sleeping. Washer/dryer single unit has dog hair. We tried to clean it too...to no avail. Wifi was out of range so we could not connect TV or personal devices. The floors were sandy so we had to sweep. The hall light was out as well as a couple of lamps. There was no trash bag in kitchen or cabinets. We really could not enjoy the stay. I really hope the owner finds better cleaning and maintenance staff. These are all minor infringements so I hope they get it together. We vacation a lot and this is the worst experience I can remember.

Our stay could not have been better. Weather was perfect. Our condo was great. Kim had told us about the construction, but it was no problem at all. Couldn't tell there was any going on. The condo was clean, well maintained and just what we needed. I would highly recommend it.

Decided on a whim to go to Florida for Memorial Day. This property has an excellent location. You could literally walk out the back gate and be in the beach. The amenities were great. The pool was right next to the beach. There was a tennis court, shuffle board and bridge overlooking the koi pond. However, there was a lot of construction which the owner had made me aware of. I don’t know if there was any construction outside, but someone had an irritatingly loud air conditioning unit, right outside of the master bedroom….and was EXTREMELY loud…not the fault of the owner. The two bathrooms smelled kinda bad. Not sure if it was a sewage issue, but if someone used the other bathroom, there was a smell that seeped through the master bath. Smelled pretty horrible. We use a lot of internet, especially my son, but for our entire trip, the WiFi wasn’t accessible. On the property website it says one password and username, while the owner provided another username. We used the one provided by on the website first…didn’t work. Then I notified the owner and she provided another password and username. That one still didn’t work. We all ended up using our phones for hotspots to access WiFi…not good. All in all, I give the property 6.5 out of 10.

There was some upgrades and maintenance going on but the property owner did let us know in advance. The location is great. We walked almost everywhere we needed to go and the access to the water was just steps away. Would love to stay again.

This is a very clean spacious condo. My daughter & I stayed in September and it was very relaxing.
The bedrooms are big however the mattress in the front bedroom off the parking lot needs to be replaced IMO.
It is creaky and sags to the middle. The other mattress was very comfortable.
The kitchen is not well lighted. There was a stick up light above the sink but the batteries were dead.
Overall we a great time and would stay here again.
Also Kim the owner was easy to communicate with.

As stated on the listing, no beach view but a short walk. The condo was in a good spot for us. Easy entry and exit from the street. A couple good restaurants just across the street. Beach was very nice. Didn’t use the pool but looked nice. Nothing was crowded. Though the kitchen has been updated, the rest of the condo is dated and needs a little work but ok. Before booking I would suggest looking at all fees included. This adds near $100/night onto advertised price.

The location was great for us. We were able to get on/off the beach easy and rinse our feet/gear before heading back into the condo. We were close to great restaurants, entertainment(mini golf, go cart racing, arcades) and the marina to launch our small fishing boat. I loved the atmosphere of a garden to walk our dogs around. Nice artwork and smart tvs were on point for our lounge ac time. My daughter in law from Greece would like to come back which is a credible point of reference! Owner, Kim, was responsive with the broken dryer alternative too, so it wasn't a problem.

2nd time we have stayed at this listing. Owner is easy to communicate with. We love that it is just steps to the beach and we appreciate the owner allowing us to bring our dog.

This was by far the easiest vacation we have had. From parking right outside our door to checking in. The property was very nice. The owner was very good at communicating with us . We would definitely stay here again.

I felt very safe staying at this property. The location was was close to the beach and not far from the dog beach . The apartment was dirty when we arrived and contacted the owner and she sent someone over right away. The beds need new mattresses but overall things were good

The condo had a water leak before we came. We were made aware right before going in. This was not a big deal, things happen. After driving 12 hours and arriving on Saturday evening we were unable to shower until Monday evening due to water coming up in both bathtubs that smelled like sewage. Once again things happen, but the response time was not great. The condo was dirty and we had to wash our sheets before we could sleep in the beds. The patio door is broken and the glass is about to fall out of the frame. There were some outlets that did not have covers, not safe for small children. It definitely put a damper on our stay in the beginning but Sugar Beach is a wonderful place overall and would recommend it, just not this condo until it is all taken care of.

My husband and I decided at the last minute to get away for his birthday. It was so nice and relaxing. The location was good, close to a lot of eating places. Front door parking was great! Looking forward to our next visit already!

We stayed here 3 nights. The location was close to walk to alot of places. We felt safe because everything was gated and asked for a passcode. It was so convenient how close the beach was. Mostly everything was a little outdated but it wasn’t a problem to us. Unit had a wagon and other beach stuff which we enjoyed. For a couples trip it was a good place to stay.

The condo was the perfect spot for my family to spend almost a week at PCB. The unit is very spacious and on the ground level!! The proximity to the beach was amazing. I’ve already told the owner that this condo will be my first search going forward when planning a trip to PCB!! Highly Recommend!!

Sugar Beach offers a beautiful setting and opportunity to meet new friends. Our condo was more than adequate. Bottom floor so walked right out to feed the fish and turtles, walk to the beach or just sit on patio and enjoy the surroundings. A few renovations might help but nothing interfered with us and our enjoyment. Great condo and great complex.

From the fresh water pond filled with fish and turtles and the pool and clubhouse, to the beach just steps away, a great place to vacation and relax! Only minor issues with property and the check in time of 4 pm prevented me from giving a 5 star!

Great property. Gated, very well maintained with beautiful courtyard, koi/turtle pond, tennis and shuffle board court. Nice clubhouse and pool area too. Close to restaurants, shops, etc. Love the condo space, well laid out with plenty of room for 4 adults. Good kitchen and living area too. Good communication with the property owner.

My husband and I had an amazing time here! Kim the owner was so accommodating throughout the entire stay , if we ever needed anything she was available! The place was perfect for my husband and I and our dog. We will definitely be back! Super convenient walk to the beach and the place was very nice and clean!

Excellent location. The condominium is cheaply built and tight spaced. Towels are provided but worn. Showers in both bathrooms are clunky. In one bathroom toilet roll holder is missing. One bed has a terrible mattress. Bed linen and blankets are worn out. I killed 4 cockroaches in the condo- freaked out my daughters. Furniture in the living room is very worn out.

Our dog was allowed at the resort, but not at the beach, the pool, or clubhouse. That was disappointing.
The place needs to be refurbished. It was clean, but just seemed old - the bed was fair, at best. Guest Bathroom sink was loose on the wall. The toilet was dripping on floor. Shower head needs updated. Wicker table chairs were very wobbly! For price, updates needed.

The location of the property is great. We had parking right in front and could walk right out onto the courtyard, also the access to the beach was good. The unit was spacious and had all the basic amenities you would need. The downsides would be the unit as well as the entire complex are not ADA friendly. If you have anyone in your party who has limited mobility this is not the rental for you as there are stairs everywhere, even to access the beach you must climb stairs. Also, we all got sick the first night and stayed sick the entire stay. Whenever the a/c would kick on there was a weird smell similar to wet clothes coming from the vents. We couldn’t figure out why everyone had terrible congestion and headaches until my husband checked the air filter. It was absolutely filthy and has probably not been changed in well over a year. If not for this our stay would have been perfect.

I was able to spend 1 day at the Condo. It was all new to me to stay at a residence. I didn't want to disturb anything. We watched some TV. My son and friend played some ping pong. Then we had to get on the road again. The owner was very helpful and courteous.

Unit was very dirty. Tthe floors would get your socks black, the beds were not made as we got in late and had to wash the bed clothes before retiring. The bath mat in hall bath had stains and we washed it before using. Over all just had not been gotten ready for our stay.

Perfect location for a quiet stay. Close to the beach and the pool. Really easy access to everything while being tucked away. We loved the wildlife around the grounds and the friendliness of the on site property manager. It’s safe and secure too. Perfect for a family vacation. The beach was all ours and the free beach set up was a great bonus. :) Kim was very great at communication. Our family loved Sugar Beach compared to other properties we have stayed in the past. Will be back.

This place is great! We all loved it here! I walked to beach every day several times. Short drive to Pier Park and other attractions. Would definitely stay again!
