Situé à un demi-bloc de 4 établissements de restauration, cette unité d'extrémité du rez-de-chaussée, récemment rénovée! suite d'une chambre avec mini-cuisine en granit et bar à petit-déjeuner, combo de salle familiale avec terrasse couverte répondra ou dépassera toutes vos attentes face à l'océan. Le bain à remous ajoute à la jouissance abondante. La piscine chauffée ajoute à l'attrait des vacances sur la plage pendant les saisons plus fraîches. Situé à côté du Crescent Beach Park qui dispose d'un accès routier à la plage, votre séjour peut accueillir diverses explorations. Saint Augustine historique et la rue L'amphithéâtre Augustine n'est qu'à quelques minutes. La cour latérale ajoute à la quantité de possibilités infinies que l'on peut avoir, ombragées la plupart du temps!N'oubliez pas que seules les unités d'extrémité ont une vue sur l'océan de la chambre! Les couchers de soleil du 4ème étage sont magnifiques! Un lit king dans la chambre et un canapé-lit queen permet de multiples dispositions dans le condo.

Great place to stay. The only complaint was that we could not get the bedroom cool enough for our preference. They were window units. I did make the host aware so they could look into it before their next guest just in case.

Quaint little place! Perfect for the two of us! Probably could use some better furniture but we weren’t indoors much. The pool was heated and not crowded, easy beach access.

The property was clean. However it was so crowded with heavy bulky furniture looked like garage sale - mismatched - it was so weighed down. It just looked tired.
The patio that looked over the ocean had a pile of rusted old furniture that was very unsightly! Not to mention if you touched it and got cut you would need a tetanus shot! Totally dragged down the patio which could have been lovely.
Bedding was stained and sheets fit improperly. Will not be renting this unit again.

Everything was fine except for the air conditioning in the room that was constantly turned off and leaking, also in the shower the water accumulated because it did not go down well as well as the curtain that was very moldy.

The condo was cute and perfect for a quick adult getaway, right on the beach made it super easy to go to and from for quick trips or walks. Will definitely be staying here again in the f future if it’s still available!

This property was perfect. It was very clean the view was awesome!! The condo is very well stocked all you need is clothes and food. I would highly reccomend this property for a beach get away. The office staff is very friendly and all the locals are very friendly and helpful.

The building was clean and well maintained. The condo itself was well stocked, clean, and well utilized for a small space. The bed was very comfy. The patio had a great view of the beach considering it is a ground floor dwelling. Access to the condo was very convenient and luggage racks and carts are plentiful. The location was perfect for our sightseeing needs and on point for shopping. Very nice restaurants close by as well. We had a great experience and will be visiting again soon.

This is a great size for a couple, it has a view of the ocean, and it's just a quick walk down to the beach. The drive to historic St Augustine is only 20 minutes, and we also enjoyed the Lighthouse museum on the way to downtown.
The place is comfortable and clean, we would definitely stay here again when visiting St Augustine, or just enjoying a few days at Crescent beach.

The condo was clean and pleasant for the most part. Our only complaint was that the unit was at the end near the pet walk area, so occasionally peopled walked their dogs right past our view to the ocean.

Nice beach front get-away location for those of us who put up with FRIGID temps and snow up north. Nice property with low traffic levels, located just 10miles south of St. Augustine proper. Nicely equipped end unit with little distractions, beach is accessable via a walkover, but be aware there are steps involved with this. Beach is also a drive on type, but does require a tag to do so, just next to the property at the unmanned public access. I never was able to find how you go about getting this necessary tag, but was not a concern for us. Only thing to be aware of, since 10 miles from St. Augustine, the number of dining establishments are low and seem to be a bit more costly than those found further South in Florida. Otherwise we enjoyed our 5 day stay and would consider returning here when visiting St. Augustine again.

This could not have been a better place for my daughter and I! We felt right at home. Our walks on the beach everyday as the sun was rising were amazing. The pool was very clean! Unit is small but just right for us. Only update I could see would be the vanity in the bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!

Needs updating. Loud construction in the building. Obstructed views of beach. Need a new mattress. We booked 3 nights and left after the first night.

Place was what you would expect from the pics. Great location, 15mins from St Augustine and food options. Sunrise from the patio was amazing, building was clean and no noise was hear through rooms. Will be back..
