Beautifully Updated, Ocean View, Beach Club 432! Steps to beach!
Bienvenue au 432 Beach Club! Ce condo impeccable de 2 chambres à coucher / 2 salles de bain a été rénové en 2014 et constitue l’évasion idéale au Beach Club St Simons. À quelques pas de la plage, ce condo est doté d'un sol en pierre et en bois franc. La cuisine mise à jour avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, laveuse et sécheuse, une table à manger pour quatre et des sièges bar pour deux vous fera sentir à la maison. Le salon dispose de nombreux sièges avec une télévision à écran plat 43 "qui mène au grand balcon du quatrième étage où vous pouvez sentir l'air salin et admirer une vue magnifique sur la plage. Les deux chambres ont également accès au balcon. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une salle de bains privative. La baignoire dans le bain principal est le moyen idéal pour se détendre après une magnifique journée à la plage. La chambre d'amis dispose de deux lits jumeaux avec une salle de bains couloir. Les aménagements du Beach Club sont incomparables sur St. Simons. La propriété comprend un garage avec entrée sécurisée, une grande piscine en bord de mer, une piscine pour enfants, deux bains à remous, des ascenseurs, des courts de tennis, un centre d’affaires, un centre de remise en forme, un service de location de vélos sur place et plus encore!

Our family had always booked hotels when on vacation. The wonderful experience has spoiled us forever. Beginning with the ease of booking and checking in without ever having to stand in line or wait. The accommodations were spot on. The property was secure with a keypad controlled gate. And the grounds were well kept. The beach was easily accessible and once over the very small dune the wagon we used rolled smoothly out to the Oceanside. It was incredibly peaceful in the evenings and not overcrowded in the daytime. This being our first family stay in a two bedroom condo type setting with two bathrooms and a comfortable living area really helped make our trip more enjoyable. We definitely would return to this specific property or any other available option on the grounds. In the future our family will search out this option for lodging before we consider the standard hotel room setting. Saint Simons Island was a great place to get away from the huge crowds normally seen in most coastal towns. We definitely will return to this area in the future. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. You have raised the bar for our future family trips.

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Club but mostly stayed at the pool. The beach is a pretty far away walk carrying your gear so be aware you can rent chairs/umbrellas that are already set up which will reduce the gear you have to carry. We were there for a wedding. The condo book had great suggestions for restaurants and activities.

Property was clean and well kept. Parking is not fun under the building during spring break. Might suggest a coat hook/wall hook by front door. Otherwise we greatly enjoyed our stay.

This property is fabulous! Excellent location, clean and comfortable. Perfect for a beach vacation. Thank you for the accommodations. We had one issue with the lighting when we arrived and it was fixed promptly. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was so nice and comfortable. We spend a lot of time in the room in the evening since we had small kids. So the comfort was important. The check in/out process was super easy. Thank you for having us!!

We had the best time on our favorite little island! The condo was just as it was listed and was perfect. It was very clean and furnished for what we needed. The pool was amazing and just a very short walk to the beach. My family enjoyed it very much! We will definitely be back! Thank you!!

We were in town for a family wedding and this was a great place to stay! Walkable to beach and a few restaurants. The town home was more than spacious and very clean.

We spent 3 nights on St. Simons Island and our property was centrally located to everything. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. There were 4 adults and we had plenty of space to play cards, enjoy coffee on the balcony and not be tripping over each other. The pool was beautiful and the walk to the beach was short with plenty of things to see.

We had a great time at beach club. This condo was very clean and we loved the updated, minimalistic decor. The building was quiet. The pool and beach are both just steps away. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to a variety of great restaurants. Everything went smoothly with our stay.

The condo did not have the number of beds shown on the picture. One of the bathrooms was not cleaned properly. The mattress of the sofa bed was dirty and not in good shape. a kitchen light was not working. We ended up moving to a different place, which was really nice.

Property was exactly what I was looking for. Perfect place for my family that included myself, husband and two year old. Excellent location and amenities. Just a short walk to the beach. Perfect for our needs.

Ease to beach was fantastic, but the accommodations were very uncomfortable. Small couch, chair cushions were thin and the beds needed updating. Disappointed in the quality. If you have small children - the door does not lock on the inside. We had to constantly watch the door to make sure they didn’t make a run for it.

Clean spacious & comfortable condo. Well equipped with most everything you would need. About a quarter mile from 2 nice restaurants & 1 & a half miles to Pier Village (where most of the action is). Nice swimming pool which we used often..

Amazing Location and Perfect Condo
This property was amazing. The condo was modern, clean, and just the right size for our family of four. The pool was great and being right on the beach was perfect. When we weren’t in the ocean we would sit on the balcony and watch the waves roll in.
The only critique I would give is that the Wi-Fi was pretty spotty. Not a huge issue since we were on vacation to get away from our phones and computers but it was frustrating at times when you needed it.

Great memories coming back for a visit after living in SSI 20 years
The property was as expected and very quiet. We lived in SSI for several years and know the area and was comfortable selecting this location.
We had an issue with the heating and it was fixed within hours.

Great Location and Amenities
The condo was pretty much as shown in photos. Great beach location and nice pool. We enjoyed our stay. Our only negative feedback would be the linens and property manager. We registered for 5 people to sleep (1 person was to be on the pull out bed). We checked in at 6-dropped our bags -went to dinner and returned at 10. Assuming there would be linens for the pull out bed available. We went to make bed (which had some really gross stain on the mattress-which is why we gave it 4 stars for cleanliness) and there were no linens anywhere. We texted property manager for some linens and she did her best to NOT have to bring us linens until the morning. Saying she lived "off island" she really tried to put us off until the morning. I said that was not acceptable - my son needed sheets and a blanket to sleep. She finally agreed after several attempts to put us off and was there within 20 minutes with brand new good quality sheets and a blanket. (The reason for the 3 stars on communication with property manager) The twin bed had a queen size sheet folded up to serve as a twin flat sheet which kept getting tangled up in my mothers legs.
We would stay here again but the linen issue and a conversation with Property Management company is needed.

My stay at Beach House Saint Simons
I always enjoy visiting Saint Simons. So much to do and see in and around the area. This was my first time staying at Beach House and, for the money, the accommodations were great. Parking was tight and elevators in high demand. Beautiful beach view!
