La maison a subi d'importantes améliorations et rénovations cet hiver!
Belle maison principale et maison d'hôtes à deux étages à distance de marche du village historique d'Edgartown tout en vous sentant comme si vous étiez à des kilomètres dans un cadre extrêmement privé.
La cuisine des chefs récemment rénovée dans la maison principale est composée d'une grande table à manger et d'un îlot pour permettre à la famille et aux amis de se divertir. Les deux grandes portes coulissantes s'ouvrent sur une terrasse qui surplombe le vaste patio en granit, la piscine creusée et le bain à remous. Il y a un barbecue intégré, de nombreuses chaises longues et des sièges en teck pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 20 personnes. L'herbe tentaculaire au-delà de la piscine vous donne la possibilité de frapper le ballon de soccer, de lancer un fer à cheval ou de jouer au baseball!
La maison d'hôtes de deux étages donne également sur la piscine et le parc. Il a une salle de bain complète, une mini cuisine, un canapé et une télévision à écran plat au premier étage. A l'étage, deux grands lits.
La maison principale dispose de 5 chambres au total. Deux Master Suites, chacune avec des lits King size au premier étage. A l'étage, trois chambres supplémentaires (lit queen, 2 lits jumeaux, lits superposés (avec lit gigogne) et lit jumeau supplémentaire.

The pictures actually don’t do it justice, the property was even better than we expected. Accommodated kids of all age ranges. Plenty of room for outdoor meals. Superb mobile app that completely controls the home entertainment system. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Fantastic week on MV
Robin's property is beautiful. In addition to all of the wonderful amenities, the property is feels very private and is just a short walk away from Edgartown town center. My family had the most amazing week on Martha's Vineyard and look forward to returning soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We spent time every day in the beautiful pool and outdoor space. The location is fabulous - lots of privacy but within walking distance to town. The owners were a pleasure to deal with when we booked and during our stay. After 20 years at various homes, this was unanimously our favorite.

We had a wonderful week at this lovely property. Mid-September weather cooperated for sunny afternoons at the pool. Lots of fresh fish grilled for dinners poolside. Fabulous!

Great location to town. The house is beautifully decorated. Perfect place to relax and unwind. If you are looking for privacy, you'll be more than pleased. The outside living space is spectacular. You will not be disappointed with this house or outside living space. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Will definitely rent this property again!

On the days you're interested in stepping out, the house was a ~15 min walk to Edgartown's main strip and a ~10 min car ride to Oaks Bluff.

We had a wonderful time staying at this home! The location is private and a short walk to Edgartown. The house is a great layout for multiple couples or families with several bedrooms and living rooms. The outdoor area is spectacular! We had fantastic weather and sat by the pool many days! Would love to stay again.

The owners made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our week, and gave us great suggestions for things to do and see on Marthas Vineyard. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor spaces were the focal point for our family and were enjoyed by all.
This home is in a beautiful neighborhood very close to Edgartown and centrally located on the Island. Taking different routes we were able to walk daily into town enjoying the beautiful captains homes and harbor side scenery.
We could not have asked for a more perfect setting for our family getaway!

The homeowners and caretaker were very responsive and provided all the information we needed about their home and the island. The home and outdoor area are beautiful and expansive. There is plenty of space for games or relaxing in the gated yard area. The kitchen and dining area are great for cooking and eating in, with ample seating for all of your guests. The kitchen even has two dishwashers for easy clean up! We especially loved the pool/spa/fire pit area. The pool is heated by the sun during the day while the spa is a perfect ending to the evening. This is a wonderful home for families, couples, entertaining, celebrations, and amazing memories!

The property was in excellent condition, very clean and extremely well appointed. The owners were very helpful and friendly. The caretaker of the property lives nearby and was available during our entire stay to assist us any time we called him. I would highly recommend this property. It is conveniently located on the outskirts of Edgartown and is in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful grounds and a pool/outdoor living area that is exceptional. We immensely enjoyed our two week stay and would not hesitate to rent this lovely home again.
