Niché parmi les pins et les bois durs et situé sur la propriété riveraine, la cabine est un excellent moyen de simplement se détendre et profiter de la vie sur la rivière Caddo.
La suite comprend un four et une cuisinière 4 feux, un réfrigérateur de grande taille, un four micro-ondes, un grille-pain, du café dans la chambre, une télévision (sans câble / satellite), un lecteur de DVD uniquement (il existe une sélection de DVD en commun. vous souhaitez regarder la télévision), 2 chambres avec lits queen-size, 2 salles de bain (1 avec baignoire / douche et 1 avec douche), foyer au feu, terrasse couverte avec barbecue, petit bain à remous pour 4 personnes et Wi-Fi limité propriété si nécessaire. Les deux chambres et la terrasse ont vue sur la rivière Caddo. La distance à la rivière est d'environ 100 mètres en aval de la pente.
Avec votre location, vous aurez un accès complet à la propriété et pourrez vous détendre au bord de la rivière parmi les nombreux arbres et profiter des sons merveilleux et paisibles de la nature. Le centre de location de canoë Arrowhead est situé juste en face de la route pour ceux qui souhaitent faire du canoë sans avoir à se mettre en peine de démarrer leur voiture!
Nous sommes situés à environ 45 minutes du parc national de Hot Springs, à 45 minutes du parc de VTT Wolf Pen, à 45 minutes à une heure du camp Albert Pike et des chutes de Little Missouri, à 45 minutes des mines de cristal ou de diamant, à 45 minutes de Magic Springs, Wild River Country, Oaklawn racing et le casino Oaklawn, à 10 minutes du club de golf Glenwood Country Club et du parcours de golf, à 1 minute de la location du canoë Arrowhead et à environ 2 secondes de la détente et du divertissement.
La rivière Caddo est connue pour sa beauté naturelle exceptionnelle, ses promenades sereines en canoë-kayak et sa grande pêche. Les brownies, les achigans à grande bouche et la perche abondent car il est très rarement pêché si vous aimez pêcher le poisson.

The pictures dont do this place justice! Extremely clean and spacious inside. The porch and grounds are beautiful. Walk right down to the river. Would def stay again!

This was everything expected and more. Directions were perfect and check in was smooth. First thing we noticed was how clean it was. Walked outside and saw just how peaceful it was. Spent the whole time relaxing in the river and the back patio. Everything you need is there. And if by chance you need anything, Marc and Tracy will definitely accommodate. If you are looking for somewhere somewhat remote (Glenwood is 6 miles away), this is the perfect place. My son caught lots of fish and not once said he was bored-he’s 13. We highly recommend this stay and will definitely be back.

Marc and Tracey are phenomenal hosts. We had originally scheduled our trip for the week before we went, but the weather ended up being rainy and cold. We rescheduled with the hope that we’d be able to get out on the river and kayak, but Mother Nature decided to freeze us out. Luckily, our stay was perfect enough that it made up for us not getting out on the river. My husband was able to fish from the riverside while I spent time in one of the hammocks on the property. I also spent (probably too much) time in the hot tub. While there were other guests staying on the property, we still felt secluded and had plenty of privacy. We had stayed in this particular cabin before and knew there was no tv in the bedroom, so knowing the weather would be a little chilly we brought a small tv, a dvd player, and a bag of movies. Don’t think this is a must though because there is a tv and dvd player in the living area and they have plenty of movies to choose from. It was just nice to have a lazy day in bed while the weather decided to not cooperate. 😅 We will definitely be back and hopefully very soon. Thank you both for being such great hosts as always.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The host was fantastic. He helped us out with a bunch of stuff. We were at the house in early April after a mild winter, and we were able--just barely--to swim in the river and see a variety of fish. I could see it being super fun to swim in the river May on, once it's warm enough to stay in for long periods of time. If you like plants, the property is really interesting too. The hillside down to the river is full of native plants (probably 100+ species; I counted more than 30 in just a short period of time). We were able to enjoy their spring blooms.

The host was very helpful and welcoming . He greeted us when we came in and let us know about a few places we could visit . The place was very clean with everything that we needed . The girls enjoyed the hot tub all night and we were able to grill outside and make a few bonfires. I loved that you can just walk down to the river, in better weather you can float the river or canoe on the river .
Wifi is not great but it was nice to enjoy the nature.
The only thing I would want is to have a washer and dryer but besides that everything was so nice and loved the views .
The owners are right next door which is nice in case you need anything, which we asked to have sugar one morning and did not hesitate to give us some .

Misleading online; a “suite” (they call it), I found out after arriving, is attached to their main two-story residence. It was described online that the owners lived “nearby”, not connected to my rented space. I thought I was renting a separate cabin. The outside wasn’t clean when I arrived; the owners mistakenly thought my arrival date was the following day! They apologized, and I was told I could put my refrigerated items (that I had just purchased), in the refrigerator of a nearby unlocked cabin, and could use its restroom as well. After about 40 minutes waiting for them to arrive from errands that had to run, I was finally able to occupy my “suite”!
During my two-week stay, I could hear loud talking on the other side of the locked door connected to the “suite”, a dog barking and a vacuum running. A couple of nights, there was loud laughing and talking around a fire pit at the cabin next to my bedroom after 10:00 p.m. The area is next to a highway with noise of cars and trucks passing in the night. Not at all peaceful and quiet as one would imagine.
There was not a closet or even a hook to hang my clothes (except a few wooden pegs in my bathroom that was about to fall off the wall). However, there was a small wardrobe in the front bedroom with a short rod that fell three times when I tried to hang my clothes. I gave up.
I did have a couple of guests only one night. Two of my well-behaved great-grandsons (ages 12 and 14).
No partial refund was mentioned or even offered by the owners for my initial inconvenience, so I definitely will not be staying there again, nor will I recommend Caddo Crossing to anyone.

We enjoyed stay at the cabin, the hot tub was top notch, our pups liked swim in the river, walking around the property and lay down on the grass.
We are completely satisfied with this place, the host is very kind and attentive.

Facility was clean, bed was comfortable, and host was very helpful and friendly. River was low but the view was still nice.
We enjoy fishing and Marc was nice enough to tell us about some good fishing spots close by.
We rented a canoe from Luckys at Marc’s recommendation. We had a great time canoeing and fishing and caught a lot of smallmouth bass as well as other species. Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable trip.

I'm so happy that we found Caddo River Crossing for our short trip to Arkansas. The home was clean and we had everything we needed. The property was beautiful and peaceful with easy access to swimming and stargazing on the river. Marc was friendly and available. We really appreciated his excellent recommendations for hiking in the area. I highly recommend this property for an adult or family get away. You won't regret it!

Absolutely perfect!
I can’t say enough good things about this whole experience! The cabin is so cute and comfy and is equipped with all you need, including fresh beach and bath towels, and all the stuff for grilling and cooking while you’re there. The deck and grill space is awesome! The whole property is very well-maintained and beautiful! It’s a short walk down to the most perfect spot in the river, if all you want to do is sit in the water and relax. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of all the canoes and kayaks, which makes it quiet and peaceful. But if you do want to float the Caddo, you’re right across the road from a rental place! We loved that there was a little store so close. Marc and Tracey have done a fabulous job of making their place the most relaxing environment, with lawn chairs, hammocks, and even a hot tub! Oh, the hot tub was the perfect way to end the day! I could say more, but suffice it to say the weekend was exactly what we needed and we will be back!

We had an amazing 5 days at Caddo river crossing. I’ve already recommended to friends. Marc is a great host. Property was peaceful and quiet. The riverfront part of the property is amazing for young 5-10 year old kids. We never got bored and didn’t do much! About 35 minutes from crater of diamonds. Pictures do not do the property justice.

We really enjoyed Our stay at the cabin. The river was beautiful. I wish it had been warmer so we could get in the river and explore! The cabin was about an hour from Hot Springs, maybe not quite an hour hour. I had never been to Arkansas for anything and I wish we had more time to explore. Cabin has all necessary items....could use some counter space in the kitchen. Remember you are not in a hotel, there is no limitless hot water 😉 the kids loved the hot tub and were in it multiple times a day. The owners were super nice and I love the fact that they live on property. They have dvds, games, and puzzles you can borrow. We had a fire in the fire pit almost every night. Overall we did enjoy the stay and If you want to get away from it all this would def be a good pick.

We loved this property so much! It was so peaceful, the owners are incredibly sweet and courteous people. The cabin was beautiful and clean, Tracy was out working in the yard and met us when we pulled up which made us feel right at home. The views , the hot tub, the riverfront access.. it was perfect. We will be recommending this place to all of our friends, we cannot wait to come and visit again soon!
