Ferry Walk House est équipé à un niveau élevé, conçu pour anticiper vos besoins en fournissant tout ce que vous pourriez souhaiter pour un séjour confortable. Des articles de toilette, un sèche-cheveux, des peignoirs et des serviettes de plage sont fournis en standard.
Il y a des salles à manger à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, un salon avec un confortable canapé en L, deux fauteuils et une cheminée, une télévision de 50 "avec Netflix et TSN, et un bureau pour ordinateurs portables.
Une grande laveuse et sécheuse sont dans la suite et un fer et une planche à repasser sont fournis. La cuisine entièrement équipée a beaucoup d'espace de comptoir et tout ce dont vous aurez besoin, jusqu'aux cuillères à mesurer !! Les bases, comme le thé, le café, les assaisonnements sont standard, ainsi que le papier d'aluminium, les produits en papier, etc.
La salle de bain dispose d'une baignoire pleine grandeur avec douche et vous pouvez profiter de serviettes moelleuses, de peignoirs en éponge et d'articles de toilette.

We stayed for 9 days in this wonderful home in idyllic Horseshoe Bay. Everything about the home and Valerie’s very personal touch and hospitality is top notch. The location is convenient for restaurants, Nanaimo ferry trips, Squamish, and nearby Whytcliffe Park. It was warm for a few days, but having AC at the home is a much appreciated luxury. West Vancouver and Vancouver are worth the short car treks. Would highly recommend Ferry Walk House.

A friend and I stayed at the Ferry House for 8 days in late June and early July. It was exactly as depicted in the listing and Valerie' was a delightful host. She was not at all intrusive, but checked in periodically to see if we needed anything, and was very responsive when we did have a question. The proximity to multiple ferries ( literally 5 minute walk) was a great asset, allowing exploration of areas that were not reachable by car. Vancouver is 20 minutes away, and staying in Horseshoe Bay enabled us to avoid the traffic jams of the city as well as enjoy the quaint seaside village. The private lush garden of Ferry House was one of my most favorite things, allowing us to sit outside most nights with daylight to almost 10. This was our first visit to the area and Ferry House was 5 stars all around. We would absolutely stay here again.

Horseshoe Bay is delightful and gorgeous! This house is close to everything and just steps from the ferry. The Sea safari was spectacular, saw humpback whales! Don’t miss Bowen Island great food at Doc Morgans. A great place to stay!!!

We stayed at the Ferry Walk House for one month while we transitioned to a permanent apartment. This place is awesome! It’s clean and has everything you need to make it home away from home. It’s a 1-2 minute walk to the ferry. There are some restaurants and shops nearby. Easy access to the freeway if you need to go to the city or drive up the mountain. If you bring your four legged family member there is a trail close by (about 200 ft).
Your host, Valerie, is a phone call or text away and very responsive to whatever you need. She greeted us on arrival and was there to bid us farewell. All in all I’d say this place is great as a home base for staying in Vancouver.

This was the perfect location for our week in Vancouver. Close to everything we wanted to do. Whistler, Squamish, Capilano, Bowen Island ferry, and into Vancouver. We caught the express bus into downtown.. so convenient. The walk to the waterfront and cafes in Horseshoe Bay was literally 2 mins! So close to everything. Valerie was a wonderful host and the apartment was very nice and comfortable. The little touches were much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this rental! It was pleasure to meet you Valerie and hope to visit again.

Our family of 3 enjoyed the comfortable and well appointed accommodation. The location is perfect for quick walks to the coffee shops, stores and restaurants. Nice trails around town to walk the dog too.
Valerie is a wonderful host and was very quick to respond to any question or request we had.

The attention to detail that host Valerie gives is topnotch. She is so kind and friendly. The apartment is so cosy and the bed is so comfy, and has a gorgeous view of Horseshoe Bay only a 5 minute walk away. Easy to get on ferries and highways. Horseshoe Bay is small and quiet with excellent restaurants and unique stores, especially the Spirit Gallery. We'd highly recommend this spot. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love the fact, that the hiking trails were so close, the ferry and ocean also, right there.. A short drive to a great grocery store. or more restaurant options.. The unit was outfitted with absolutely everything a person could need.

We were totally satisfied with our stay at Ferry Walk House. It's updated, has air conditioning, comfortable, and has all the necessities and includes a private outdoor patio garden area. Valerie is friendly and very responsive to any questions. The location is beautiful and convenient! The ferry is right there, buses can take you into the city, and shops, stores, and restaurants are all within walking distance. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Vancouver.

We stayed at Ferry Walk House in late June/early July and it was a great week! Valerie was such an attentive host, she even came to the rescue when our rental car wouldn't start.
Ferry Walk House was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed - including a washer/dryer and all the kitchen things you might require! Nice patio, too.
Horseshoe Bay is absolutely lovely. Everything is less than 5 minutes away (walking) - coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacy and a store for quick necessities.
The drive into Vancouver can vary a bit, depending on the time of day you go, but you can make it to the far reaches of Vancouver in 30-40 minutes. Stanley Park is a mere 20 minutes away - pending traffic on the bridge.
We explored Stanley Park, Science World (a MUST if you have kids - it is worth every penny and then some!), Granville Island (park near Science World and take the AquaBus - it's so tiny and fantastic), and some other parts of the city.
However, we actually found the best adventures away from the city.
Whale Watching - We booked with Seabreeze Adventures (in Steveston - cute town), but all the tours talk to eachother as to where the whales are, so just go with whichever is most convenient for you.
Whistler - The mountain & the drive there is amazing. Plan a stop at Shannon Falls.
The ferry - across the street from Ferry Walk House! Take it to Nanaimo, which is very charming. Download URide for transportation on the island.

We had such a great time in this delightful property we were so lucky to find. Located and nestled in horseshoe bay west Vancouver with walking distance to shops and restaurants. Picturesque community with BC ferries just next door. Will definitely be back.

Very happy with our stay, the place was just as nice as it appears in the pictures, Valerie was fabulous, going out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ask for, and we loved that we could do our laundry in the suite, I would highly recommend this property.

A home from home, a very comfortable property matched by a great host. Perfect location to explore the islands and park walks, downtown easily reachable with regular bus services-the scenic or express. Definitely a great location to stay if visiting Vancouver.

Ferry Walk House
Our stay at Ferry Walk House was amazing, Valerie (owner of the property) is lovely and very helpful with everything you need. The photos and description of Ferry Walk House is true to every word, it is simply home from home, very dog friendly too. It is a gem of a place in the middle of Horseshoe Bay, walking distance to the bay, local shops, restaurants etc. Lots of places to visit, lots of trails to visit if you like hiking, lovely drive to Whistler, Squamish stopping off at points of interests : Brandiwine Falls, Alexander Falls, Shannon Falls.
Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for anyone wanting to explore the area - easy bus and ferry links while maintaining a village atmosphere. Fully equipped apartment makes for a comfortable and easy stay and Valerie is an exceptional host.

Cozy, comfortable and generous
Valerie is a generous host and the place is refreshing and clean. Well stocked, thoughtful “extras”, wonderful soft sheets and a comfortable even with back problems... I could sleep in the bed! Fur babies were welcomed and we felt right at home. Great place for a week stay. Close to West Vancouver “down town” area with lots of shopping and food choice - car was super helpful and there is a place to park on the premise.

In a vacation home and more. Valerie is an exceptional hostess and she does everything to make your stay a perfect one. Very helpful with all of our questions and made great suggestions on things to do and places to eat. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend to anyone who wants a clean, quiet, perfectly located, place to stay within walking distance to the BC Ferry. Home Away From Home
The Ferry Walk House was like a home away from home. Valerie has thought of everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay from a beautiful comfy bed to a kitchen packed with utensils and appliances. The location was perfect for us away from the hustle and bustle of Vancouver but still close enough to take in the tourist attractions near the city. My husband and I will certainly be recommending Ferry Walk House to all of our friends and family.

Wonderful Vacation by the Sea
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ferry Walk House and our gracious host, Valerie. The house provides everything you could want - clean, cozy and comfortable with great amenities like a washer and dryer, wi-fi, cable TV, fully furnished kitchen and a very comfortable bed. We loved the location just a block from the ocean and central to many activities either in downtown Vancouver or a beautiful drive north on the Sea to Sky highway.
Valerie was so gracious in helping us with directions and advice and also provided information about local restaurants and shops.
Valerie made our stay in Vancouver very enjoyable and relaxing - we highly recommend Ferry Walk House.

The Apt.is cozy and well appointed and having the owner on the premises made it even more enjoyable.

Excellent location and beautifully equipped apartment
I have nothing but praise for Ferry Walk House apartment. Comfortable and very well equipped - a lovely area with cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance - and an express bus service into the city centre every 20 minutes (and a slow and scenic bus every 30 minutes until late at night).
The kitchen is one of the best-equipped I've encountered, the bed is comfortable and there's a good shower. Excellent wi-fi - we've both been working remotely while here with no problems at all. We've had a brilliant 8-week stay here - many thanks to Valerie.

Wonderful apartment, location and host
My wife and I stayed at the Ferry Walk House to kick off an 18 day vacation to British Columbia and Washington State. It was the perfect place to start a wonderful vacation. The apartment is clean and spacious with everything in working order and thoughtfully laid out to make for a pleasant stay . The garden behind the apartment is the perfect place to relax and we spent several hours there enjoying each other's company, the weather and some down time. The apartment location conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and a park. We enjoyed visiting with and talking to our host Valerie. She is absolutely charming and had several great suggestions about things to do, where to shop, etc.

Great Location - Great Property
The Ferry Walk House was perfect for our stay. The property had everything we needed, & was in walking distance of several restaurants, & shops. Beds were so comfortable, we got great nights of rest after long days of being busy, & running around. Perfect location, outside of the busy city, but still close enough if we wanted to venture downtown. Also, good proximity to Whistler, it was a beautiful drive.

Cozy, clean apt with an amazing host!
We have stayed in many homeaways all over the world and Valerie was one of the most gracious hosts we have ever experienced! The apt is immaculate and goes above and beyond the normal "basics" that you need. It's a great home base to explore all Vancouver has to offer and such a great location - walkable to restaurants, parks, the ferry and more. We comfortably stayed with our 2.5 year old and 5 month old. Valerie had set up the pack and play and booster chair before we arrived and had toys and books that our toddler loved while we were there. The outdoor space/garden is beautiful and relaxing and Valerie was always a text away. We hope to return one day and explore more, sans smoke! Thank you so much Valerie!

Ferry Walk Fun
We stayed at the Ferry Walk House in Horseshoe Bay, BC for about two weeks in mid-July. We found the suite to be very clean and well equipped with comfortable furnishings, modern appliances, and useful entertainment equipment. It was also amazingly well stocked with food products that you need in small quantities for your visit like sugar, and cooking condiments.
The suite is located on the first floor of Valerie William's home and you could not have a nicer, more attentive, more helpful, or less obtrusive landlady. Moreover, its location in Horseshoe Bay is ideal for visiting Vancouver, Whistler, and the many nearby small ports and islands that can be reached by ferry. One can board the ferries by walking five minutes from your door.
We highly recommend the Ferry Walk House as a wonderful vacation destination!

Wonderful host, great base location to explorer Vancouver and Whistler
Valerie is a wonderful host, she will make you feel like home and more! My family of 3 loved staying here. It was a great base to take tours of Vancouver, and to explorer everything between Horseshoe Bay and Whistler - that path has a lot to offer! Right next to ferry to Vancouver Island - do not miss that! We hope to come back one day and stay with Valerie again.

Shhhhh. Don’t tell anyone.
We always wanted to visit Vancouver and after staying in the Ferry Walk House, we can't think of a more relaxing place to stay. It is an absolutely gorgeous area, the apartment is fantastic and we leave having gained a friend in Valerie. She has been so kind and always concerned about whether we were warm or cold. She was always a quick text away. Her hospitality was simply outstanding and many could learn from her.
So for now, we say goodbye to a new friend and hope to be back again when the flowers are in full bloom.

Clean, comfortable and well located.
Valerie’s apartment is conveniently located in walking proximity to many amenities. It has a fully equipped kitchen and being able to use laundry facilities was a bonus for my two-week stay. Horseshoe Bay is a wonderful community and only 20 minutes away from Vancouver. Driving along Marine Dr. was very beautiful. Valerie is a very attentive host and made sure that my stay was comfortable. I would recommend this place without hesitation.
