Beaver Island Chalet est plein de lumière, situé dans une belle crique boisée. Les fenêtres entourent le salon ouvert et spacieux. Détendez-vous près du feu, jouez du piano et d'autres instruments, lisez un livre, préparez un casse-tête, préparez un dîner, construisez un feu de camp, faites une courte promenade (1/8 mile) jusqu'au lac ou conduisez un mile vers Donegal Baie pour les couchers de soleil spectaculaires! C'est moins de deux miles en ville, donc prévoyez une voiture ou des vélos. Explorez cette île magique!
Les clients ont un lit queen privé et salle de bain privée avec douche en bas, un loft spacieux à l'étage avec lit king size, écran de confidentialité, salle de bain complète et beaucoup d'espace au sol moquette pour le lit d'air de taille normale. Le canapé du salon en bas se plie à un lit futon.
Toute la maison est à votre disposition et je ne serai pas sur place pendant votre séjour, mais je communiquerai avec vous. Je peux contacter les voisins si vous avez besoin de quelque chose d'adressé pendant votre séjour.

My husband and I spent the week at Ruby’s chalet-our second visit. If you are looking for an extremely clean, cozy, and restful experience, this is it. We thank Linda for opening her home to us. We very much hope to return.

The cottage is such a peaceful and beautiful chalet in the most serene setting! We had a wonderful time exploring the island during the day and relaxing and playing games in the evening. The chalet is clean, spacious, well-stocked and invites one to decompress from the daily grind of life. Loved all the little touches from the beautiful artwork to the games and art supplies! Thank you, Linda for maintaining a little piece of heaven nestled in the woods!

Exactly what we needed. Beautiful and quiet place! Owner was extremely responsive and such a sweet lady. Even called after we left to make sure we had a great time. Highly recommended!

Five adults stayed in the cottage. Super comfy.
Super cute cottage with plenty of amenities. Thank you for having coffee in stock, I forgot to bring it along. Easy access to town and a driveway to park our truck. Everyone on the island is friendly. We had a blast at your place.

After getting our bearings we found Ruby's Chalet and it was a real treat. It was everything the owner said it would be. It is secluded in the woods but a short distance from Donegal Bay. It is close to town which was a plus. Well stocked kitchen too. Both bedrooms do have showers, that was a plus.

This was in the top two of places I’ve rented in the past ten years. It was clean, comfortable, and really charming! We felt very much at home while we were there which made our experience more relaxing and enjoyable. It was quiet, private, and surrounded by gorgeous woods. Linda checked in the day we arrived and the day before we left to make sure everything was going well. I personally love Beaver Island due to the natural beauty (the beaches, woods) and the fact that it’s not commercialized and full of tourists. If you’re looking to get away from it all and spend time in nature this is a wonderful place to visit!

Comfortable Ruby Chalet
Tucked into a small wood lot, Ruby Chalet was a comfortable retreat for myself and three sisters. A short drive to Donagel Bay made it easy to view evening sunsets and walk the beach or take a swim. Many windows made it easy to enjoy an evening bonfire from inside or outside the chalet. All the amenities of home made a wonderful retreat after spending the day exploring all outlying areas of the island.

We had a very good experience with this Chalet in the woods. Very clean and very well stocked. Linda did a very good job with all the details. The only suggestion is to replace the grill, it has seen better days. We ended buying a disposable grill to use Facebook r our stay. Otherwise, it was wonderful!

Wonderful Space
Lovely rental that accommodated our 5 adults well. Appreciated the piano (!) and eclectic CDs and albums. Within easy walking/biking distance to Donegal Bay and a family friendly beach. Love the island and the accessibility that Linda's place offered.

Quiet Retreat
The location was ideal - quiet, tucked away in the woods but still close to beach and the little town. Loved the old time records, books, and art supplies for our granddaughters and us to enjoy. The Chalet was very neat and clean. Everyone was so friendly and helpful on Beaver Is. We would enjoy coming back to this beautiful little retreat which provided such a peaceful stay for us. Linda was very attentive to any emails. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home. We look forward to possibly returning for another stay in the near future.

A beautiful cabin in beautiful woods
Very quiet and peaceful—a perfect place to retreat on Beaver Island. Modern and clean, beautiful inside and out. As a bonus, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. One suggestion would be to add a table for eating outdoors. Overall, a great place with a terrific host!

So happy we found this little retreat for our vacation. It was a nice place to wind down after a full day exploring the island. It was calming and comfortable. It was nice being close to town but far away enough to only hear nature. There are so many beautiful places on the island and this chalet was no exception.

This is a charming cottage, in a good location on Beaver Island. It's close to town, but still in the woods, for that "getaway" feeling.
We love Beaver Island, and the home was an extra nice way to enjoy our stay here. Washer and dryer an added bonus.
