Very clean, nicely furnished, and comfortable. Easy beach access. Miriam, our contact, was very pleasant and helpful, even giving us a welcome gift.

We had a great time in Andreas’ place, the property was great for a family of four and was perfectly situated right on the beach but still within reach of both San Diego, La Jolla and other places to visit. It's a very pleasant experience to stay in this townhouse. We enjoyed everyday we stayed there. Check-in and check out were very smooth. The owner contacted in advance before the check-in day to make everything arranged and planned. We'll rent this property again for next visit to San Diego.

The home is located steps away from a beautiful stretch of the beach. The views from on top of the bluffs are breathtaking. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a very short drive. Miriam is amazing when you arrive and throughout your stay to make sure everything is just right. The pools, hot tubs and tennis court are all very well kept. The home is very clean and comfortable.

Nice stay. Lots of steps but lovely

This townhouse is located a short walk away from the beautiful bluffs of Solana Beach, and a few more steps away from the beach itself. Nicely kept cluster of homes, with two pools and whirlpools and beautiful gardens with a stunning array of flowers (we were there in spring). Across the street we found a nice coffee shop for morning breakfast in the sun. The location worked well for us: it’s a 20 minute drive to La Jolla or a little longer to San Diego, Coronado etc. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The house itself has one large MBR suite and a smaller adjacent bedroom, making this a perfect place for a family of 4. The upstairs open living-dining-kitchen floor offers everything you need in case you just want to spend an evening at home.

Everything was top notch and we completely enjoyed your stay. We hope to be back next Spring. The office area in the Master bedroom was a extra plus as my husband and I both work virtually so there is great working space for those who work on the road.

We loved our time at Seascape Sur and the rental unit was lovely. It had all that we needed, was very comfortable and enjoyable to be there. We were steps from the ocean and enjoyed the glory of Solana Beach in this comfortable condo. Miriam, the property manager was lovely and answered all of questions promptly and helped orient us to the area. We had a wonderful month-long vacation in Solana Beach.

This place has every thing you need to have a wonderful Time in San Diego . Great location. Beautiful finishes. Well organized and well stocked. Everything works. Will love to come back.

Andreas’ home is clean, the decoration is gorgeous, the beds are really confortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The rooms are large. Everything is nearby and the ocean is really some steps from the unit. We spent wonderful two weeks relaxing. Marian was absolutely great welcoming us after a long journey from home and giving all information about the place and Solana Beach area. This is everything we want from a home away from home. The unit has a great layout for a family, with bedrooms away from living space. The front patio is great for sandy beach stuff, to keep sand out of the house. The kitchen is very well stocked and equipped for day-to-day use. The property contact was very warm, hospitable, and flexible, and it was easy to contact her with questions. We love the location in Solana near beach with tennis, pool and jacuzzi access. Overall a wonderful place to stay!

We truly enjoyed Solana Beach. The condo was perfect! Really enjoyed the location. The house had everything! The pool area was nice and being close to the ocean was another plus. Would highly recommend this place.

Our family enjoyed a two-week stay at this very comfortable condo. It is quiet, a two-minute walk to the beach with beautifully manicured landscaping throughout the property. The staff, the onsite contact and the locals all were so friendly. Great restaurants within walking distance.

We arrived late at night on a Saturday night, we were exhausted. I called Mariam (who is the administrator for this place) to let her know we had arrived and it was 10 pm when I called her. We did not have any food so I told her we needed to go to the store. She right away looked online and told me the nearest supermarket, she also said she had brought some food so we could eat something. I said we needed some personal stuff because I was with my mother and my 4 year old as well so it was better for us to go to the supermarket. She was so nice and welcoming, eventhough it was late she said take your time and I will meet you in the house. We came to the apartment around 11:30pm and she was the nicest person, she took her time showing us the apartment and giving us instructions. The apartment was spotless, beautiful, organized, confortable..........the list goes on. I always worry that the place is clean and I was really surprised to find this apartment PERFECT. The location is beautiful as well, the complex is right infront of the beautiful beach but the unit is on the back with beautiful gardens and it is only 2 min steps away from the gorgeous beach. Also, there is two nice clean pools and 2 jacuzzis. There is a bunch of restaurants like: Pizza, sushi, frozen yogurt, burgers, bars and if you have little ones there is a park 5 minutes away walking distance. There is also a train station 10 min walking distance and parking in a closed garage as well as parking in the street. I am sad to leave this place, I wish I could stay for a year at least! another thing I wanted to mention was that the beds and pillows are sooooo confortable 5 star hotel specially the master bedroom. The showers are amazing! the whole apartment is completley remodeled. It also has a deck where Andreas has a very nice grill very easy to use. I travelled a lot around the world and been fortunate enough to stay in nice hotels and apartments. By far, this is one of the most confortable, organized, clean, beautiful apartment I have ever stayed. Thank you Anderas and Mariam for making our stay amazing :) Sincerely, Cecilia
