exactly like the photos. a great property which was well renovated and very clean. the staff were all really kind and helpful. we liked the peacefulness of the property, it was quiet and calming

just being picky - the room could do with a lamp , there were only bright white lights for the evening which were not relaxing

Lied to about room, pool drained and not open weeks after advertised open date, when asked about it they didn't care and said they should of changed the website.... just lazy owners... "new" bathroom walls were literally falling off and covered in mold.... no shower glass or curtain again, when asked they said room was not finished yet??? why rentable then?

located really well nice paople and resteraunts all around close to beeches and climbing and many other activities the property its self was real cloean and well presented with a gorgeous view over the sea and rhe nabouring islands

we didn’t like the open shower concept and wish there were a shower curtain, as water got all over everything when someone showered. the overhead fluorescent light was too bright for the room and too artificial-commercial for a bedroom.

The Studio was fit for purpose and everything is a little bit tinkered together. But it is perfectly clean! The terrace (directly at the studio) and at the common place behind the house are wonderful and a perfect spot to chill. The house is located in the middle of the "climber's village" and climbing crags are in walking distance. Restaurants and bars are close by (don't worry, it is not noisy). The host is very nice and helpful with everything you need - from scooter to taxi to information on ferries! If you are up for climbing, I would reccommend to go!

The staff; vaggelis and his family couldn't be more friendly and helpful. The view of telendos is incredible, great location in town, right next to the climbers nest for post climb beers. The pool area is great and the rooms are really big compared to other apartments in town.

Really enjoyed our stay! Fabulous views from the balcony and terraces. Room cleaned every day, Nice pool area and snack bar, All staff friendly and helpful. Very near bus stop -only 2 euros from the port- and close to tavernas and bars but quiet location down hill.

Beds were hard and bathroom quite basic. Access down steep path and many steps to terraces might be a problem if you have limited mobility.

Very hospitable and could not do enough to make sure you have everything you need😎

The shower was small with a curtain, but I am told that the owners are looking to refurbish the bathrooms.

Very nice apartment. Clean, nice bed, perfectly equiped. Helpfull staff. Possible to stay at the pool area after check out. Pool area is cosy, and the staff is very nice and service minded. Menu card in the pool bar is good and the food is nice and tastefull. Perfect, quiet area and stairs directly to the sea from the pool area.

Relaxing pool bar, private beach great for swimming and amazing views from balcony over to Telendos. Very clean. Lots of amazing restaurants and bars nearby. Perfect location for climbing base.

Amazing location, sunsets on the balcony were amazing. Room was clean and tidy with exactly what we needed. Big thanks to Vaggelis and Eleni for helping us with a few things and being so welcoming. We'll be back.

The location and the view was perfect. Absolutely perfect.

The room was so noisy and poorly insulated that you could hear every single neighbor or person close by even when they just talked normally. Bathroom had a smell except when recently cleaned during the day. No shower curtain so the water goes everywhere.
