WONDERFUL LOCATION

Great location! Impressed with the cleanliness, well stocked (didn't need a thing). You can tell it is well loved and taken care of. Love the area, walked everywhere, perfect for having an infant with us.

We loved our time at this beautiful place. The location was perfect and the home was even more lovely than in the pictures. A seamless experience and we would love to go back. Thank you!

Beautiful home with a super short walk to the beach!

Our stay was amazing. The house was so clean and easy to get to the beach. The beach is extremely crowded but get there early to put out your chairs and you won't have any issues. I would definitely recommend this location!!!!

We loved the house and location. It was clean, well stocked, and close to the beach. My husband was so comfortable sleeping on the bed, he wants me to find out the mattress and sheet set used. Lol It was the perfect house for our first stay there.

This was by far our favorite place to stay in Rosemary and we try to come every year. The house is perfect. Beautiful but also in the perfect location! Wouldn’t change anything!

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Away! The house is beautiful, bright and clean, and accommodated our family of 5 just right. It’s so close to the beach and pool, and just a short walk to all of the great shopping and restaurants in the area. Thank you for making us feel at home on our vacation!

Great property. As described.

The property is pristine. There is everything you want in the home. The surrounding area is perfect! Shops, bike rentals, Starbucks, breakfast places and restaurants are all within walking distance. What I wish that I had known....No matter what the season, the beach area will be crowded with rental chairs and umbrellas. Rent your area well in advance so that you have a chance to be on the front row. Otherwise you will feel like a short person at a parade. You won't get to enjoy the water as much. Everything is reserved. One of the best places to eat was Crabbie Steve's. You can only get there from the beach. Just start walking east and you get there in 3 minutes. Get dinner reservations in advance. The best restaurants fill up fast with parties and private events. Popular place for wedding parties and such. Just reserve before you get here and you will have a wonderful week.

I traveled here for a girls trip. Everything in this house is pristine and loaded with charm! High quality kitchen appliances, serve ware & glassware. Beautiful decks, there are several, with comfortable and inviting furniture. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrella and full size laundry facilities to wash anything you may need to reuse. Any group, couple or family would be at home here. 3 minutes or less to walk to the gorgeous, white sand, clear water, immaculate beach! A pure joy of a vacation! Thank you for a memorable stay!

We stayed a week for spring break and this is the perfect beach house with an amazing location! 1 min walk to the beach! Super clean and has everything you need from a Keurig, to beach towels and beach chairs, pots and pans for cooking and chargers for your electronics! We were so happy with this beach house, we will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

This home was exactly as described. Our family loved walking to both Rosemary and Alys. The beach was beautiful, the courtyard and deck were great for cocktails and dinners outside. The owner perfectly described check in process quickly and we didn’t need any other communication because the listing was just perfect for us!

This property was everything we could have imagined and more!! Perfect location, perfect-short walk to the beach, restaurants shopping and more! The house is clean and has an amazing kitchen to cook in! It truly lives up to your expectations! Our 4 children (9, 7, 4 and 2) enjoyed every bit of their spring break vacation! The only recommendation I have for someone booking the property- The beach can be very busy- I highly recommend renting an umbrella from the beach rental company located on the private beach. It made it easy to have a spot waiting for us! We can’t wait to book out next vacation here! Thank you!!

Location is perfect. Steps from beach, pool, shops, etc. house was spotless. Host obviously looked at every detail. Couldn’t ask for more. We’ll be back.

Unit has brand new updates and is very well furnished. Unfortunately the location is right next to where the tram lets off from Seacrest so it was worse than a public beach. We had spring breakers up late outside our windows. The beach is going to be very crowded directly where this property is so you'll be better to go to a public beach. The unit itself is beautiful but you can't remodel the location.

Perfect home for my family of wife and 4 teenagers. Easy to walk to restaurants, stores and the beach. Exactly as shown in listing pictures. Updated and extremely comfortable! We can’t wait to return!

Great location. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. So much in walking distance. Perfect home for the 4 of us. Updated kitchen with all the little touches and everything needed. Owner very responsive. Only negative is could use more than one key fab for the pool as you need it to get in and out gated of pool.

Beautiful home!!! Had everything we needed and was very comfortable. My daughter especially loved all the great children's books they provided in the kids bedroom. Location to beach, Rosemary & Alys was amazing. Can't be beat!!!

The place is impeccable and very well stocked with plenty of towels, beach supplies, kitchen for cooking and all the comforts that you would need to enjoy a very relaxing and EFFORTLESS beach vacation. I came with my husband and our 20 month old son and brought our bikes. Once we parked we never had to use our car for anything unless we wanted to go grocery shopping or get take out from a restaurant far away. Other than that we biked or walked everywhere, including the beach which is literally a 2 minute walk from our front door. The house itself is completely renovated (we have stayed in other condos in that same complex and this one is gorgeous!), and so comfortable to stay in. We loved relaxing out at the porch off the kitchen in the morning (from which you get a partial gulf view) and watch the people go by while drinking our coffee and breathing in the sea air. The kitchen was so nice and easy to cook in. Everything about this trip truly felt effortless (as I have mentioned several times before) as it is clear they have put a lot of thought into making this place a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for guests.Very special shout out to our VRBO contact person who responds immediately to any questions or concerns and our property manager who came by herself to check out a minor issue we had with our toilet that was fixed immediately! Truly a very professional team who is in charge of renting out this place, can't come highly recommended enough!

The space is used nicely in this two-story house with two bedrooms on the first floor and a third on the second floor. The kitchen is equipped with high quality products and has everything needed. The natural gas Genesis grill worked well. Had excellent communication with owner. Easy walk to the beach without having to use the tram. Highly recommended for this area.

I have only positive things to say about this property!!! Sea Away is the PERFECT beach home. The renovations were stunning, and although the home is not right on the beach, the views were gorgeous!! It is walking distance to everything in Rosemary which is so nice. The only thing I’d recommend is booking a chair service ahead of your stay… we brought chairs and a tent to set up ourselves but the beach was SOOOOO packed that we ended up purchasing rentals each day. No biggie, but just a heads up for any upcoming travelers! We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with my family!

Amazing how simple and easy the process was.

This property was amazing. The teens were impressed and loved the independence afforded by being so close to the beach and pool. The adults loved that food and shopping was within walking distance. We didn’t have to load kids in the car until we were checking out. We all loved sitting on the deck at night and chattingDo yourself a favor, and grab some bbq from Back Beach Barbecue.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Away! Absolutely gorgeous home! Very clean, comfortable and well maintained accommodations in the perfect location! Quiet community that is walking distance to beach and restaurants/shops. The owners attention detail was very much appreciated! Great home for families with kids of any age. Highly recommend Sea Away!
