Spacieuse et confortable maison front de mer de ranch avec niveau inférieur sur le magnifique lac Keowee. Accueil se trouve à la fin de cul-de-sac dans un quartier calme dans la section Crooked Creek. Accueil dispose d'une rampe de bateau privé avec quai et un grand espace de stationnement pour remorque à bateau. Quai de bateau a jet ski glissement. Maison est entourée par de grands feuillus matures et avec de grands jardins.
Accueil est de 3000 pieds carrés avec de nombreuses zones porche / patio extérieur. La grande cuisine est entièrement équipée avec de nombreux sièges pour 10 personnes pour les repas à table et l'île. Séjour a canapé-lit et une belle vue sur le lac. Accueil a Véranda hors de la salle à manger avec table de patio et un autre de 10 places.
La chambre principale a un lit queen avec vue sur le lac. La chambre principale a 1/2 salle de bain avec salle de lavage. La deuxième chambre a un lit double et un lit queen size. Toutes les chambres disposent de grands placards. Troisième chambre est face au lac sur le niveau inférieur. Il a un lit queen et salle de bain complète. Téléviseurs à écran plat partout, y compris les chambres.
Niveau inférieur a un autre salon avec belle vue sur le lac. Niveau inférieur a une salle à manger séparée et un autre porche bord du lac en plein air avec table de pique-nique.
Cette maison est idéale pour des vacances en famille et rencontres amicales. Parfait pour Clemson week-end de football. Arbres feuillus matures offrent des couleurs d'automne spectaculaires.

We loved that there was so much room to spread out and relax. My adult son enjoyed having his own space downstairs with his own TV space. We, older folks, enjoyed the peace and quiet upstairs. The views were beautiful and we spent many hours on the back screened porch enjoying them while eating or playing cards. The remodeled kitchen was beautiful with everything you needed to cook your own meals. We loved every minute and would return to enjoy this place again.

This was a great house. The owner was very helpful. It was much more spacious than I thought from the online description. It’s basically two separate apartments which my young adult son loved. It was very easy for my elderly parents to maneuver. It’s on a great spot on the lake in a quiet Cove. I was worried that it would be too far from Clemson but it really was easy to get there. Well stocked kitchen. The only thing I can imagine some people wouldn’t like is that the decor is dated. It’s a Lakehouse… We loved it. We don’t want to stay someplace super fancy when we are just hanging out at the lake.

The house is pretty beat up. No toilet paper or basic supplies were included. Great location and would rent again if repairs were done. TV’s were very old and some did not work.

Lake front position and natural setting was very beautiful.
The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Large home with a lots of space. The screen in back porch in front of the lake we very nice.
The only thing that could make it better would be to have some toys for the lake (flotation devices) and a gas barbeque.
The communication with the owner was excellent making us comfortable upon arrival and departure.

Sons enjoyed a little fishing & caught nice size catfish from dock. Check-in easy. Owner provided detailed instructions before check-in & was very responsive. House is comfortable, kitchen is well stocked; lay out was perfect for adult children to stay up late without keeping rest of house up.

Perfect for Game day weekend
House was very spacious, including the long driveway which fit 5 cars for our group. Perfect spot on the lake - boat ramp was awesome and closed in sun room over looking the water!

Lake time
This is our second stay here and we have enjoyed it both times. The house is perfect with a big kitchen, big bedrooms and a downstairs! The boat dock has a wonderful top to it to protect our boat while we there from sun/rain and the boat ramp is a major plus! Thank you for allowing us back for rest & relaxation!
