Le Sea Shack est situé dans la charmante ville de Beach Haven, NJ. Cette maison se trouve en plein milieu de l'action de tout ce que Beach Haven a à offrir. Garez vos voitures et laissez les clés. Vous pourrez marcher ou faire du vélo à tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. 3 pâtés de maisons de la plage et 2 pâtés de maisons de la baie. Courtes promenades dans les restaurants locaux, Fantasy Island Amusement Park et Thunder Surf Water Park (préféré des enfants de tous âges), golf miniature, courts de tennis, terrains de basket-ball, parcs, boutiques, Bay Village et juste derrière les agrafes de la ville "The Bagel Shack "et à un pâté de maisons du Poulet et de l'Oeuf. Notre maison est récemment nouvelle sur le marché locatif. La propreté et le mobilier haut de gamme vous font vraiment vous sentir chez vous pendant vos vacances. Il y a 3 BR au rez-de-chaussée avec cuisine, salle à manger et salon principal. À l'étage, le maître sucré avec une salle bonus est idéal pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants à garder à proximité ou juste un espace supplémentaire pour se détendre. Il y a beaucoup d'espace de stockage ainsi que 2 buanderies, une à chaque étage. Hors du salon / salle à manger principal, il y a un balcon # 1 où vous pourrez déguster une tasse de café frais et le petit déjeuner le matin. Au-dessus de cela, le balcon # 2 offre deux tables à manger en plein air, un gazebo avec bar / grill fermé et un grand bain à remous. Un autre escalier monte le balcon # 3 qui mène à la terrasse ensoleillée. Ici, vous pouvez vous perdre dans la vue imprenable à 360 degrés sur Beach Haven ou vous allonger sur les chaises longues et vous détendre!

We had a great stay in Beach Haven. The house was really great and we spent a lot of time on the roof deck. So many restaurants within walking distance as well as the beach we barley drove all week.

We spent a week at Tim’s house with our teenagers and the setup and location were amazing. Tim was a great host, everything was really easy! Clean and plenty of room for all!

This was a wonderful home for our family staying in Beach Haven for our sister’s wedding. Spacious, perfect location close to great eating places, beach & shops. Our host was very accommodating & super informative. We would definitely stay there again! THANK YOU!

Me, my husband, 20 year old son, 16 year old daughter with 6 of her closest friends had an amazing time at this property. The rooftop deck with hot tub was a great retreat after a long day on beach. The girls could venture out anywhere as everything was in walking distance and the complete feel of safety you have in Beach Haven makes it easier for a parent to let them venture. The home was clean with open kitchen area that accommodated our large group. Tim, the property owner, was available at all times to answer questions and address any issues to quickly resolve. A definite 10!

We have been coming back to this house for the last few years and have always had a great time. The amenities, including the hot tub on the roof, and location from Beach Haven activities and the beach itself is unmatched. Tim is also very easy to work with and is very responsive.

We very mich enjoyed this property! Lots of bedrooms and beds for a family group. Well furnished and stocked house. The outdoor rooftop space is absolutely beautiful! I will definitely be considering this home again in the future

Home is very nice. Pictures don’t do it justice. Large kitchen and dining area was perfect for our party of 6 adults. All the bedrooms are good size and the top flow master is huge. Beds are comfortable (memory foam?). Lots of room and the two decks give some nice views. The covered bar/cook area is spectacular.
House location is great and near all of our Beach Haven favorites.
Tim was a great host and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this house for adults and families.

Our trip could not have been better. Owner was a fantastic communicator. House was as described and was in the best location. Easy to walk to everywhere! Had the best view of Fourth of July fireworks on the top of the roof decks. Highly recommend this property.

7 of us stayed very comfortably in this beautiful house. Tim supplies the house with all the amenities you can imagine. The hot tub was a real bonus and of course the outside shower made my day! I personally liked the lighting in the rooms and the decor was beautiful.

We rented this home for my daughter’s birthday in March. It’s very close to restaurants, the beach and Fantasy Island. The hot tub was a hit with the girls and so was the close shopping so it was a great weekend all around!

This is a fantastic house in a fantastic location in Beach Haven. There were just a few of us (my husband, our 3 friends) who stayed here for a quick 36 hours for a friends' wedding and it was absolutely perfect. In fact the house was walkable to all of the wedding locations (Station 112 and Parkers Garage) as well as other restaurants that guests would be interested in. The house is super clean, easy to access, has everything you would need. Since we were not there very long, we didn't bring any groceries, but were able to get take out from the bagel shop on the block and enjoy our bagels around the table on the beautiful roof deck. The owner provided a really great list of what's nearby and a super comprehensive list of what to bring. Thank you again for renting to us, we really hope to be back.

Great location. Great place. The outdoor deck is awesome! Owner is very responsive. The only downside is you have to bring all your own sheets and pillow cases for the beds. Since we only stayed for there for 2 nights it was kind of a hassle because all of the other couples staying with us were flying in for a wedding leaving me (the only local) responsible for bringing all the linens. I ended up having to buy sheets because I didn’t have enough of the right sizes. That being said it wouldn’t stop us from recommending the place/ staying there again in the future! We had a great time!

This house was very clean upon arrival, and has a very spacious living area and kitchen with nice furniture. The deck is really nice with a grill and very large hot tub, which we were able to enjoy. Everything is super renter-friendly (labeled clearly, code to enter, etc.). The house is in an awesome location and very close to restaurants, bars, shops. We didn’t have to drive or Uber anywhere during our stay! Tim, the owner/property manager was very communicative and responded very quickly whenever we had any questions. Highly recommend!!

Great location!
We had a wonderful vacation in beach haven! 2 blocks from literally everything ! House was wonderful ! Loved the top bedroom with our little ones could stay in the master with that back bedroom! The deck was amazing we could see everything and the fireworks were outstanding from the deck!

Delightful family vacation on LBI
We had a marvelous few days on LBI - we enjoyed walking to the beach, local restaurants, and attractions. It was pre-season so the area was quiet and the beach was lovely. We enjoyed using the beach chairs, boogie boards, and toys that came with the house. Having access to the hot tub was a treat, though it was heavy on the chemicals which burned our eyes so we couldn't stay in long.
Our only frustration with the location was its proximity to the bagel place which meant we were awakened at 6 am on Thursday morning by the loud sounds of a delivery truck and 3 workers that were stocking up the shop for over an hour. I'm not sure if this occurs weekly, or we just had unfortunate timing to experience this disturbance.
All in all, a lovely vacation and easy communication with the host. Thank you!

Ideal Location
This home is in the heart of it all! Situated between the bay and the beach, you can walk to restaurants, attractions and shops! The house was clean and spacious, I would definitely stay here again.

Best time, amazing location
This property is just like the pictures, and it is in a great location. We had to use an Uber for one dinner but everything was within a 5-10 minute walk! The beach is right up the block. Tim was responsive and helpful throughout our planning and during our stay. I highly recommend this rental!

Second time staying at Tim’s property. Awesome house with great rooftop deck. Hottub available but we did not use this weekend. New grill on the roof. House had everything we needed and the location is great. Would definitely recommend.

Beach Haven in the Fall
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. It was very clean and has a wonderful open space kitchen and living room. Even though it was a little chilly, we were able to make good use of the multiple level decks with grill and hot tub.

Great home with plenty of space and in the heart of LBI.
Clean home and the owner was lovely to deal with but I will say the lack of basic toiletries such as toilet paper along with having to bring your own sheets and towels was slightly inconvenient considering what we were paying for the off-season. Regardless a beautiful home and great for friends and families

Excellent location!
Wonderful location with beautiful space and amenities. The only critique was that the mattress protectors were dirty, most likely that the the last guests did not know to bring their own sheets! Property owner answered the phone promptly and there was detergent in the lower laundry room, so very minor inconvenience that was easily remedied! I would stay here with my family again.

perfect location
we walked mostly everywhere. The rooftop decks are amazing! hot tub was relaxing and the inside was clean and comfortable! The owner was always available to answer any questions we had and we had quite a few! :)

Had everything we needed
Perfect location (parked the car and walked to everything), clean house, kitchen fully stocked (though we didn’t really cook). Great to have two fridges, two laundry rooms and bbq grill available. Tim was very helpful and prompt in replying to any questions. Definitely recommend.

Another great stay!
We had another great time staying at this perfectly spacious and perfectly located beach haven beach house. From the downstairs play space to the upstairs hot tub this beach house really had all the perfect amenities to entertain our young kiddos ages 2-6. Walking distance to the beach, amusement park, bay, restaurants! Also the owner is so accommodating and responsive - all around a great experience and stay!
