Bienvenue à notre place. Un paradis de vacances entouré de chênes qui vous met en mode de relaxation.
Notre place est une maison loin de la maison de 2 chambres, 1-1 / 2 salles de bains appartement. Il dort 6 avec un lit king dans le maître et deux lits doubles dans la chambre. Tous les deux ont de grands placards, forment des miroirs et des téléviseurs. Plage thème des décorations avec des ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque chambre et un nouveau système de chauffage / air vous gardera confortable toute l'année.
La cuisine ouverte est gracieusement fournie avec une batterie de cuisine, ustensiles, un grand réfrigérateur et un four micro-ondes, ainsi qu'une table à manger pouvant accueillir six personnes.
Un téléviseur à écran plat de 50 pouces avec lecteur DVD est dans la salle familiale avec un canapé-lit, siège d'amour, et un fauteuil avec pouf.
patio Retour a un gril à gaz avec table à manger qui donne sur un terrain de jeu et piscine. Le porche a des sièges confortables pour quatre aussi.
La piscine (fin mai-Septembre) a beaucoup de sièges ainsi que le tennis de table et une laverie automatique.
Notre place est livré avec un espace de stationnement réservé juste devant la porte d'entrée et se trouve à moins d'un mile de la plage avec deux immenses parkings publics gratuits situé sur Ocean Blvd. (Coast East Beach Guard Station et Massengale Park) à la fois meublé avec salles de bains propres et des douches.
Les frais de ménage comprend une entrée de serviettes en papier, papier hygiénique, comprimés lave-vaisselle, liquide vaisselle, savon pour les mains, savon de bain, et un sac poubelle.

Everything was as described by the host! Great experience.

Carol Ann's condo is lovely--just the right size for our family of three--and it is located conveniently to East Beach and to the village, either a 3-5 minute drive or 15-20-minute walk. Plus, the pool is only steps from the back door. You'll need a roll of quarters ($10's worth) to do two loads of laundry in the washer and dryer in the pool house, but that was the only inconvenience in an otherwise perfect vacation spot. We'll definitely book here again!

We had a great stay at Carols Place. Location is central to everything on island. Kitchen was well equipped. As a note, there was no toilet paper upon arrival which we found odd. Overall we’d stay again

Three adult women shared one full bath. The listing on VRBO stated two baths. The second bath was a half bath downstairs. We were disappointed and cramped with the bathroom situation.

Our family stays on SSI every Fourth of July. We love staying at the town homes when we are there. This one is so neat and clean that we try to book it every time we are there. It fits our family.

My stay was a dream come true- very light, bright comfortable accomodations. I was able to walk the beach every morning that I was there due to the proximity of the beach. Communication from Carol Ann about the facilities was on point and timely and Carol Ann was very responsive!! Loved staying there

Great Stay
This made for a great getaway. Having spent a lot of time on SSI, we knew the location worked well for us. The owners we pleasant and easy to deal with.

Nice, Clean, Great price!
We had a great weekend at this property. The kuchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable, and the location is close to the Island pier .Not on the beach but the price to stay here was very reasonable, and the beach is maybe 4 or 5 minutes max away. I would recommend this property to family or friends.

She has PLENTY of clean, quality linens - towels, even piles of beach towels, extra sheets, blankets. From the cleanliness of every square inch and her attention to detail, I felt assured that covid-19 was not a concern here. The grounds are beautiful, such a nice green space behind the back patio, very well landscaped. My favorite are the big trees with moss, so beautiful and relaxing. There is plenty of green space for children to run around and the pool is big with a nice area around it.Carol was very quick to respond to all of my questions and very helpful in giving recommendations for restaurants with outdoor seating. We would definitely love to return and stay longer!!

Very Relaxing Vacation
We love SSI. We also love staying at Island Townhouses. This unit was very clean and neat. We needed a place to relax and unwind. We got that and more. We will definitely be staying there again in the future.
