Au premier étage, il vous suffit de glisser ouvrir les portes de Lanai, prenez une serviette de plage, faire quelques pas à travers la promenade des dunes, et couler vos orteils dans l'une des plus belles plages de bombardements de la Floride. Si vous êtes un lève-tôt, profiter d'une tasse de matin de café sur le coin salon de promenade et regarder le lever du soleil et les dauphins jouer.

This was our second stay at this beautiful condo and we loved it just as much as our first time. Neal and Patrick have thought of everything to insure our stay was comfortable and stress free. The condo is beautifully furnished and very clean. While there the handle on the beach cart broke and Neal was so gracious when we reached out. He had a new cart delivered to the door the very next day! The beautiful beach is just outside the door and the sunrise views are spectacular. We give this condo and its wonderful owners 5 stars because that is the most review allows but it was definitely a 10 star vacation!

Neal and Patrick are the best hosts, they have thought of every possible thing you might need to make your vacation memorable.
Comfortable, relaxing first floor unit with beach access right at the back patio.
Neal and Patrick have decorated their unit in soothing colors, completely stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding, nap monsters in the sofa and loveseat, tastefully decorated with unique accessories.
Told my husband this is my happy place, please play the lottery!
Our hosts were gracious and responsive. We were able to get my son and granddaughters to join us for a few days each. That in itself is a minor miracle!
This is one unit we will definitely rent again.
Congratulations to our hosts for providing such a relaxing environment and sharing it with us.

This place is exactly as it looks. Spotless and gorgeous. A true home away from home. Everything you need is there for you ! They didn’t miss a thing! They even had the cutest care basket for our dog! Honestly this is worthy of 10/10 stars! Beds so comfortable, bathrooms spotless… kitchen beautiful and living room comfy and looks out to the ocean! Patio was beautiful to sit at and look at the ocean -watching sunrises was perfect! Easy beach access and lots of chairs and beach towels and other accessories you might need! I cannot say enough about how wonderful a place this is! We have stayed ant many other places and this is hands down the BEST one!!!!

This place is great! The location, the cleanliness, the view, everything you will need and then some! Neal and Patrick have outdone themselves. Pictures do not do this unit justice. We will definitely book this unit again if we head back to the area. Everything was easy and great, especially the walk out the back door to the beach!

We had high expectations from the pictures online but nothing could prepare us for the in person beauty and ambiance of this amazing condo. The owners thought of everything! The decor is so calming, we were relaxed as soon as we walked in. They have games, puzzles, books, etc. I could go on and on! Beds and sofas were super comfortable. The view to the dunes and ocean were spectacular! The beach was so peaceful, just perfect!
My 60th birthday was our excuse to get away for a few days with the pups since you so kindly accept fur babies to stay as well. Thank you for the birthday wishes and all of the doggie treats for Ruby and Lucy. So thoughtful of you! We will be coming back in the future for sure and recommend your place to friends and family!

The property is right on the beach and near downtown, restaurants, breweries, distilleries, Flagler and just about anywhere you’d like to go. The house had everything you need for cooking or a relaxing dinner out of a to-go box on the patio at night while enjoying the sound of the waves💗
Patrick & Neal go all out to ensure their property is pet friendly - we had 2 dog beds, leashes, a variety of treats all available as soon as we arrived.
Everyone enjoyed our stay and we’d definitely book again. One in our party already asked for property info and is looking to book with other friends as their schedules permit!

If you're looking for a clean, beautifully appointed home with a view, this place is for you. Everything about this home is 5 star. The kitchen is well appointed, bathrooms spacious, bedroom comfortable. All ammenities provided. A stone throw walk to the beach which is quiet with miles of sand to walk and enjoy the wildlife. Thanks so much for one of the best VRBO's we've ever been to.

Had the most amazing girls trip here recently! First of all the condo is BEAUTIFUL. From the moment you get there you feel welcomed with a personal little note. We (4 high school friends) were celebrating our 60th birthdays and also had a Jimmy Buffet Tribute day!
The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. It had all the kitchen necessities we needed especially for making frozen margaritas. The beach view was awesome and beach access was a very short walk out the back door. We walked on the beach every day we were there. There were all kinds of beach essentials - lots of chairs, towels, umbrellas for us to use.
We had so much fun spending time on the back patio reminiscing about old high school times.
Very easy communication with the hosts.

Truly a dream vacation property. As others have mentioned, the pictures (while great) just don't do it justice - it's SOO spacious! Our three day weekend included two adults (master - king, on suite), one 70th birthday girl (queen, window seat, Jack+Jill bath), a 2 year old (double twins, Jack+Jill bath, we used our pack and play but they also have one, and they had a booster seat that worked wonderfully for him plus two bathtubs in the unit), and our two mini goldendoodles (two dog beds - INCLUDED!). And all 5 of us cannot wait to be back!
The dog-friendly beach was the highlight for me. It's a short enough walk (a straight line down the boardwalk) to go back and forth to the fridge for a cold drink or snack and be back within 3 minutes. There were plenty of beach towels/chairs/umbrellas in the storage room. There is also an outdoor shower to wash your feet and we used the unit's hose to wash the sand off our pups paws in the grass, which was seriously so easy!
Communication was spot on too! These hosts are so friendly and accommodating!

This is a wonderful beach home. Neal and Patrick are great hosts and make things so welcoming and cozy. So greatful they allow pets. Our pup enjoyed it as much as we did. Would highly recommend and hope to return next year.

Ocean access was wonderful & sunrises magnificent! Seeing sea turtles hatch & wander off to start their lives in the ocean was miraculous.

This was our second year staying with Neil and Patrick and there is no where else we would rather stay. When we walked in the door, it felt like coming home. From the moment the doors open, you are invited by relaxing music, beautiful decor and a gorgeous view. The condo is comfortable and roomy and has everything we need for our stay. Neil and Patrick are always very responsive to our messages, not that we’ve had any issues during our stays, but they are always quick to answer any questions we may have. We look forward to our family vacations in this condo every year. We are already counting down to next July!

Don't hesitate to book this property. The pictures do not do it justice. My family and I stayed for a week in June and it was a wonderful experience. The condo is gorgeous! Everything is well-thought-out, high-end furniture, linens and appliances. Pure luxury! We were welcomed with kind notes and special treats for our dog too. I have been vacationing in St. Aug and Vilano for 20+ years and this condo unit surpasses all other experiences I have had.

As the other reviews have stated, this condo is very clean, well-maintained and organized, and has a great view! After a long day of flight issues, we immediately felt relaxed and at home once we walked in the door – lights were on so no stumbling looking for a switch, music was playing, a handwritten note welcomed us, and there was bottled water in the refrigerator. This area is very quiet, as two of the people in our group are light sleepers, and they never heard the people upstairs or any noise from outside. What we really appreciated was the location – the beach/ocean is truly at the end of the boardwalk, there is a Publix grocery store a block away, and you can be in the heart of the tourist scene of old St. Augustine in less than 10 minutes. There typically was very little traffic going to Vilano Beach, and we were glad we decided not to stay on Anastasia Island, as the traffic on Bridge of Lions was always backed up. We highly recommend staying at Neal and Patrick’s place when you are in the St. Augustine area.

We LOVED our stay here. My husband and I were with our two daughters - 1.5 and 2.5 and this was a great spot. Quick drive to the historic area of downtown, grocery store was so close, and the beach out front was so quiet and peaceful. It was a perfect spot for being close to the downtown area but also getting in all the beach time. The space itself was incredibly clean and very well stocked with anything you would need for the bath, kitchen, beach etc.- AND actually a lot more spacious than we originally anticipated. You'd be very comfortable with enough personal space if you had two families in your party or three couples. If we come back to St. Augistine we will absolutely seek out this rental.

From the moment we walked in we knew we were going to have a great experience. Soft music was playing and lights were. There was a note from Neal and Patrick that welcomed us to their home. The condo is beautifully decorated. They had a book which answered all of our questions about the condo. We had a wonderful time. Neal and Patrick are exceptional hosts!

One of the best properties we have ever rented!
Hosts are extremely attentive to every possible travelers’ needs, including pets. Absolutely every detail was provided, right down to a regular AND brush style hair dryer. Our dog loved her provided toys and bed, and our daughter LOVED the reading nook in her bedroom. Beach was quiet and tucked away from the crowds, but the location was so close to groceries, gas and the Fountsin of Youth Park. Wish we could give this property and its hosts 10 stars!!

If we could we would rate it a 10/5… this place is exactly as the pictures show and you walk out the back door and you are 62 steps from the beach. The amenities and furnishings are excellent. We will be staying here again.

This was our second time here and it was just as good as the first. The beach is amazing and right outside the door. What we really like is being far enough away from the historical district to het away from the crowds but close enough to get there in 10 minutes or less. We will definitely be coming back.

This condo is so much better than the listing can portray. Everything about it was wonderful. The couch and beds were comfortable, the place was super clean, well stocked with anything you could ever need, the location is great and the owners are very responsive. They even left a dog bed, treats for our little beagle with a personalized note. We literally did not have to bring anything but a suit case. We will definitely be back.! One of our favorite rentals we have stayed in. Every detail was considered.

Just a gorgeous unit with over the top appointments, the owners had thought of everything, well maintained and furnished. You can see the ocean as soon as you enter the unit and the beach is easily accessed via the boardwalk over the dunes. This unit was lucky to be spared from hurricane damage as while walking the beach to the north other homes and properties were not so lucky. Would highly recommend Seacrest at Vilano Beach!

The condo was beautiful. The furnishings, linens, accessories… all of the details were perfect. The beach itself was less than perfect due to the recent hurricane, Nicole. It was littered with wood, rocks, palm trees and other debris. This, of course, could not be helped.

We could not have asked for a better experience - from the peaceful beachfront condo, to the thoughtful hosts that went above and beyond: not only a spotlessly clean and comfortable home, but there was peaceful music playing for our arrival! So nice to have such a beautiful AND pet friendly home, with sweet treats, bedding and toys left for our fur babies! I wish we could give more than 5 stars!! Can’t wait to come back!!

Perfect condo and location! We met our grown daughters for a 5 day getaway - along with our 2 small older pups who equally enjoyed the beach time. The condo was stocked with everything from electric tea kettle to binoculars for star gazing (which was amazing!). If we make it back to Vilano Beach, we will definitely be calling Neal and Patrick. This was our second time staying in this beautiful condo that has everything you need! Beach towels, beach chairs, cleaning supplies, laundry soap, pots, pans, dishes and plenty of towels!
We saw dolphins jumping in the waves and beautiful sunrises!
We have a daughter with special needs and the walk to the beach is lot easier than most places. There are about 7-8 stairs to get down to the beach, then you have arrived. She relaxes with kids show and every room has a television so she was able to retreat when she was anxious.
The condo is very well insulated, so not a lot of outside noise. There are two drawers to lock valuables up. Two nice bathrooms. The master bedroom has a wonderful king size bed that could use a new mattress.
We enjoyed a pizza at Puccinis, in the Publix shopping center. It was a delicious!! Vilano is very close to St. Augustine, use the GPS, there is a short cut down a beautiful street lined with trees full of Spanish Moss. Great place for a picture!!
