We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous waterfront home. The linai was a highlight, allowing the warm fresh air to fill the house. The pool was gorgeous and perfect for kids, there is a deep step that lines one long side so it gives the non-swimmers more place to play. We also loved that there is a huge collection of beach gear which made our day on Sanibel Island fantastic. The home was beautiful, great kitchen, comfortable beds, and fantastic location.

As everyone has mentioned, there isn’t anything you could want for!! Peace and quiet, comfortable surroundings, this and that little things that make the stay perfect!! I am someone who packs everything and I didn’t need anything I brought. Paul and Susan were above and beyond helpful, especially when we had a senior moment when packing up to leave. Thank you!!!!

We stayed here my son’s baseball tournament and the owners were fantastic at communicating throughout the visit. The house is exactly as described, love the pool and my son loved fishing every night off of the dock. Thank you Paul and Susan, top notch!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very clean which is important to us. We spent most of our time enjoying the screened in pool area. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Very Tranquil! A good place to relax and rejuvenate and at the same time close to a variety of amenities!

The residence is very clean and well appointed. The sliders lead to a wonderful outside area that has very nice seating to enjoy the outdoors and a beautiful pool. Very nice place to stay

Paul and Susan were great communicators, were always available for any questions or needs and were very responsive. The place had a great pool, great spot on the water, close to many restaurants and stores and the kitchen was well equiped. The property was easy to access and was truly a home away from home for the week.

The house was beautiful and extremely comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. The enclosed pool was a nice treat for my granddaughter and me. The location was perfect, so close to everything. Big thanks to Paul and Susan!

The house is very well maintained and Mr. & Mrs. Stark have everything that a family could possibly need available for use. We had an issue with the Roku tvs and the lines of communication between us and the Starks was great.

The best stay ever. Anything you might need is there, down to super glue which I used due to my grandson breaking my glasses. Loved the pool, the house was nice, beds were comfortable

Our stay was great!! Paul checked in on us a couple times to make sure everything was okay. He even came to change the grill tank so we could cook!! Very nice and pictures are accurate. Thanks so much for letting us vacation in your home!!

Wonderful location. Extremely clean. We felt like we were home because if we needed a band-aid, spices for a dish we were cooking, even Q-tips, it was there! List of great restaurants nearby, nice bikes. I mean it had it all. You will not be disappointed at all.

We had a wonderful time in Cape Coral. Paul and Susan's house was a great fit for us. It was very clean and comfortable. They really have thought of EVERYTHING! They were very responsive to our questions and what a pleasure it was to have met Paul. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area, from morning coffee to the wonderful heated pool and grilling in the evening. We definitely will recommend this house and hope to stay here again.

I try and go to Cape Coral for my birthday each year. This year was another good time. It was very relaxing and the weather was perfect. I used the pool area each day and it was perfect from the time I had my coffee in the morning until afternoon.
Everything is there to make an enjoyable restful vacation. Fords Garage and Two Meatballs are always a stop when I'm there. Paul and Susan are excellent owners and I will try and stay there again if there is vacancy.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. The open floor plan and huge pool area were great for family time. I loved the beautiful kitchen which had everything we could ever need and the soft relaxing decor throughout the house. Beds were very comfy too. We would definitely love to stay again in the future.

Baseball/mini vacay
We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. This home was very nice. It was great to come “home” to and not be a hotel room. There was plenty of space and it was awesome to have a great kitchen to cook in. Having access to a washer and dryer for those stinky uniforms was fabulous!
We enjoyed the pool as well as watching all of the wildlife (iguanas, Ibises, etc…) in and around the neighborhood.
We highly recommend this home!

The house was beautiful and very clean. There was so much at the house that you only need to buy food and drinks. Also there were items left from previous guests. The pool was wonderful and the temperature perfect. We had a lot of fun fishing - caught a sand shark, a couple snappers and a lot of catfish. Paul was extremely nice and helpful. We will definitely rent again. Thank you Paul and Susan!!!
