Close to beach, can walk to beach, shopping and restaurants.

The fridge leaked water inside on our food. There was a damp spot in the bedroom.

Loved the ease of access to the unit and the pool was nice.

Condo could use new carpet and beds.

The location and condition of the unit were good.

The air conditioning vents were very dusty and dirty. I couldn’t figure out how to work the MBR shower and when I called the Vacasa number posted at the unit for after-hours contact the message said the mailbox was full and no message could be left.

Everything was clean and convenient.

Not enough towels

The entire place Needs to be updated especially the bathrooms. Beds sheets needed to be clean, and the whole carpet looks dirty. Didn't feel clean or comfy.

The location was very convenient.

The place was filthy. There was dust an inch thick on the ceiling fans. The baseboards and floors were dirty as well as the ceiling and walls. Dust everywhere. The patio furniture was rusty. The living room furniture was old and worn. The beds were very soft. The bedrooms got very hot at night. We kept a fan on that helped. And the best part was that there were cockroaches all over the place. At night when I got up to go to the bathroom, they were scurrying around. I got my husband up to kill them. They were about 2 inches long. Finally after the second night, the exterminators came and sprayed the bathroom. But we saw them in other places after that. We were very disappointed with the place. But I guess we should of paid attention to the other reviews because everyone said how dirty the place was. I thought maybe it got cleaned up but I was wrong. I was worried that we would bring the bugs home with us in our bags that were on the floor. Even finding the place was hard because there were no signs or anything with room numbers that told us where to go. We literally asked a young couple in the parking lot if this was the right place and how you knew where the rooms were. They said they had the same issues and we just took the elevator to the third floor and started looking for our room number. When I called the management I was told there were signs and it was clearly marked. Management needs to actually check out the place so they know what they are talking about.

Messing with vacasa, they made the trip terrible.also the water valve in the shower was messed up so we couldn't get warm water to turn on without turning cold off!

Very clean, also I liked the book the owner left with information and the beach and activity things left for guest to use. The apartment was very clean and well taken care of.

Condo needs a refresh and some repairs. Comfortable and clean though.

The property was clean and very convenient to the beach. The stay was quiet and had all the amenities you need for a weeks stay.

The property could definitely use updating and some minor repairs. The pull out sofa worked well for our daughter but if you had to use it for a teenager or adult it would be miserable.

What breakfast??

Property is a very shopworn. Kitchen drawers need repair, deck closet was full of junk, bedroom carpet was very dirty, deck screens rusted and broken, furniture is a bit overused. Location was excellent. Outside condo maintenance looked good. Pool was very clean and residents friendly. For $350 a night, owner could have put a little polish and elbow grease into cleaning. Overall, give it a 7. Cheers!

Loved the location, walked most everywhere we wanted to go, restaurants, beach, local beach shopping.

Not anything i couldnt live with, but needs just some minor upkeep. Bathroom cabinet insides were almost completely unusable. Otherwise, GREAT place and would stay again!

Beautiful quiet condo close to everything. Walkability. Clean. Host info book very helpful. Truly saved the trip bc info given such as wifi was incorrect. Washer/dryer real benefit. Truly great place to stay once we realized our problem was with communication of property management not the unit .

Lack of communication and untruthful booking information. NO Seaview as advertised. NO free bikes. PARKING pass was not in room and tow away signs everywhere. No communication on how to obtain. App never recognized the trip. Wifi codes incorrect. Enjoyed our stay but first hour was stressful due to lack of communication on behalf of property management.

Location. Price was pretty good. Kitchen was well supplied. Plenty of towels. Complimentary shampoo was nice. Condo was updated and very nice.

Floor was not mopped. We had black feet first day. Stuff noted under bed. Beds were soft, which isn't a problem if you like soft beds. Fan in master onlyworked

The location is close to the beach and shopping. We rode our bikes everywhere or walked. Everything is convenient.

Booking.com advertised it was an ocean view property. They stated sea view, however the ocean isn't in view. It is more than 700 feet away from the ocean with no view in site. However vacasa vacation rentals did give us a one night stay for false advertisement. If you are not concerned about viewing the ocean then it is the perfect location. If you cook, there is a 2 burner induction stove and a convection microwave oven. You need to be familiar with using both.

The area was pleasant. We enjoyed touring the shops and stuff around the island. The villa was spacious and perfect for our family of 3.

The pool, which was the main reason for us booking this villa, was not open the entire time we were here. It was closed for renovation and when we called and asked management about it, we were told it would be open on Monday which didn't happen. Super frustrating. Nowhere in the booking was the pool closure mentioned.
