It was an amazing time and a beautiful condo. It was perfect for 3 teens and 2 moms for a long ski weekend trip.

Very nice property. Clean and well-furnished. Close in but not ski in/ski out. We enjoyed it very much.
Nearest shuttle stop about 200 yards away. Hazardous ice build up on driveway to unit.

The whole family (6) went to Winter Park for a ski trip over the holidays. We had never been to Winter Park so was a little unsure of the area and best places to stay. This is a great Condo in Old Town for family and friends. The multiple huge windows in the family room / kitchen give you unobstructed views of Winter Park mountain. We had plenty of space for the 6 adults. Very Short walk (2-3 minutes) to the bus stop for a quick 2 minute drive to Winter Park Mountain. Brian is an awesome host and everything could not have gone smoother. This is a great place to stay and we highly recommend. We will definitely stay with Brian again!

While not walking distance to town, this location provided the most beautiful and peaceful weekend for us. The condo’s layout on a single floor worked perfectly for us. Our host was in constant contact. Wide selection of great restaurants in nearby Winter Park. Two mornings of moose sightings near the creek topped off our getaway.

Overall experience was quite good.
The location is good, not quite ski-in, but walkable if you wanted. The shuttle worked well for us and we were able to get picked up and dropped off right at the entrance of the condos.
The lodging was quite spacious with plenty of room for two families. The view out the windows is fantastic. One of the best we have had.
We cooked some breakfast and had everything we needed.
The hottub was shared but a short walk. Most of the time we had it to ourselves.
One bonus was that the TV was upgraded from what is in the pictures.
The unit can get a bit warm in the sun but easy to cool with many operable windows. A little more room for gear storage (by the entrance) would be nice to keep things from getting damp from boots.
The only real negative was cleanliness, specific to the carpets. They were beyond yuck. My black pants were covered in fuzz like I have never seen. I think the vacuum housecleaning is using is broken. Simple fix and the rest of the place was adequately clean.
The communication was great and we got some much needed flexibility on arrival/departure times.
As long as the minor vacuuming issue gets resolved, I would definitely stay again!

Property is ideally located for ease of access and overall enjoyment of the slopes. While we had a few inconveniences, Brian was quick to resolve the issues. I highly recommend this location.

Nice Close Place
We had a nice stay at the condo which is a very short walk to the bus stop, and under 15-minute walk to the base itself (even in ski boots). The condo is comfortable and has beautiful views of the Fraser river and Winter Park. Would return.

Great location with an incredible view!
The property is perfectly situated near the base of Winterpark ski resort. A short walk (in shoes, not ski boots) or a 5 minute shuttle ride to the village. The condo is as described and what an amazing view from the living room. The balcony is a great spot to sit and relax while listening the Fraser river run. Very peaceful! Definitely would stay again!

The Fraser River trail is steps from the condo, which is very convenient to the resort. We loved being able to walk there easily. We also appreciated having a garage to store our mountain bikes and gear. Will stay here again!

It was beautiful watching the snow fall out the floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen had very thing we needed and so convenient to have stacked washer dryer. The heated garage and extra covered parking space worked perfectly. We would come back again.

Great Family Friendly Ski Weekend!
This is a beautiful, super clean, well-appointed condo. Access to the Old Town WP shuttle is super easy, even for the kiddos, and drops you off right at the Gondola. (Although my 8-year-old pointed out that a zip line could be installed from the balcony to the shuttle stop...put that on your list of upgrades, Brian!) AMAZING views from the living room, everything you need in the kitchen, loads of games and puzzles. Brian, the owner, is super responsive and extremely helpful.

5 Old Guys Ski Vac
This was a great place to stay with tons of room all on one level. We also enjoyed the fire place and hot tub. The garage was an added bonus for our rental car.

Spot on
Great location and space and was perfect for our ski racers. Easy 10 minute walk to the lift in the morning. Bus is also easy if you don’t want to walk. Very well equipped kitchen! For ease, I pre-made food to bake, but was impressed with everything in the kitchen and if I had the time and inclination, I could have made just about anything I wanted. Also had some basics like oil, tea and coffee, and salt and pepper. Great view outside to the woods and the ski runs beyond. Easy, nice place to stay and overall Brian was quick to respond to questions.

Wonderful stay!
My granddaughter did not want to ski, and was able to easily walk back to the condo. The view from the expansive floor to ceiling windows was our favorite feature. The snow cats could be seen in the evenings and the lifts in the day. The fireplace and heated bathroom floors were equally loved. The garage was heated as well. Brian, the owner, was responsive for any questions. We played board games and watched a couple of movies in the evenings. We forgot to take our own knives, as most knives at rentals are not very sharp. There was a sponge but no scrubby for pots. No spices,no sugar, no salt or pepper available, so bring your own. We ran out of toilet paper on our last day and none was found to replace that. Bring some foil for covering things and some baggies. Plenty of dish ware and silverware. Crock pot available. All appliances worked, and pods available for dishwasher. We loved Brian’s condo and would definitely stay again!

Great views and all you need for a vacation
Loved staying at this condo so close to Winter Park Ski Area. The owner is very responsive and acts quickly if there is a concern or problem. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much for making our visit to Winter Park so enjoyable.

Fantastic
The property was immaculate, well stocked and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The photographs do not do this property justice, the view is spectacular and the interior is spacious, well maintained, has great amenities, and very comfortable. The owner was prompt to respond to inquiries and all directions and instructions were simple to follow. The property was minutes (20 minutes being the longest) from all of our planned activities: horse back riding, canoeing, archery, alpine slide, zip lining, human maze, shopping, Winter Park Jazz festival. I have only praise for this rental and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Rental
Stayed at Brian's place Jan 27-30, 2017. It was wonderful! The condo itself is well furnished and comfortable. Amazing views. Well laid out and roomy. We had 8 adults and it was plenty of space. The kitchen is well supplied and we were able to make meals together if we didn't go out. There were plenty of blankets, linens, and heated tiled floors. It's a short drive from a grocery store and a 10min walk to the base of the slopes/Winterpark Village. Location is the #1 reason of why I rent something and I wasn't disappointed. I never waited for the shuttle with it being so close, but if you want to ride the shuttle there were three route options.
The house is also less than a block from the entrance to a really cool hiking trail. :)
Someone from our group used the hot tub and said it was great. Several people used the master bathroom tub which had jets!
Brian was super easy to work with and accommodating. Would definitely rent from him again. Most of the group was asking for his contact information so they could rent from him as well and bring back other family members. lol :)

The view was great and number of bedrooms and beds. Only thin good
The place was very dirty and needs some major TLC. I did 2 loads of towels when I got there as there were some in the dryer and a pile on the washer. Food containers were left in the fridge from the previous renters. I did not want to spoil our family trip but even wondered if sheets were clean based on the rest of the unit.

Great location!, very nice Condo
We were two families with 5 kids total for a week of ski vacation. The condo was spacious, comfortable and very well furnished to fit the 9 of us. It has everything that is needed to spend a very nice holiday. everything is very clean and well maintained. There is a shuttle to the lifts, however it doesn't pass by too often so most of the times we preferred walking which is also very nice and not too long (10 minute walk)

Beautiful and Comfortable Condo
This is the best equipped condo we have stayed in. The views are beautiful. The kitchen is well designed and beautiful with everything you could want and need. We had two families...10 people and never felt crowded. Brian was very gracious and easy to deal with. Our two families were both very happy with our trip and plan to call Brian again for our next multi-family trip.
