New and clean property, well equipped kitchen and excellent communication with Janet. The downside is that the property is a bit of a hike out of town.

Bright, clean, nicely decorated and easily accessible to downtown and the beaches. Had all the equipment we needed and we enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood.

This was a very pleasant place to stay on our Penticton holiday. Clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. It had little extras that was a nice touch, including a great selection of books to read. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, large closets, washer and dryer. Easy street parking and a nice patio to enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. Lovely Hosts.

Hope to stay here on returning visits. Safe lovely neighborhood and fresh clean apt.

Beautifully appointed two bedroom condo in the clouds. Situated in a new development with wonderful vistas. We were attending a destination wedding and Janet and Marc's condo was just as terrific as the wonderful event we were in Penticton for. All our needs and requests were met in a timely manner by our hosts. Highly recommend this excellent VRBO location.

What a fantastic stay. Our hosts Janet and Marc so welcoming. We loved our visit from start to finish. The place is fantastic and a beautiful location The only thing I would add is a table to eat at inside We also loved the idea of a shade for the patio area. Thank you for having us. Overall quite a nice little place. Clean, and fairly new. Only thing I would change is to put a little lubricant on the hinges of the doors, especially the bathroom, very loud squeak can wake everyone up at night. Property manager was very prompt with any answers, and it was reasonably quiet in the neighbourhood. Decent view of the valley from there too. Would stay again.

The suite was bright, clean, and very comfortable. Janet and Marc were very pleasant to deal with. We arrived around 9:30pm and the row of houses were quite dark. We had some difficulty finding the suite because the address was lit.

The only thing I might suggest would be for the suite to have its own HVAC controls, but both Janet and Marc were very responsive to our requests to adjust the temperature when necessary. 5 stars house with everything needed to feel like in to your own home and beyond. Quit beautiful neighbourhood, 10 min close to lake and owners are 10/10.

The check in process was very straightforward and easy. The host reached out to make sure we were comfortable yet ensured we had privacy throughout our stay. The suite was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for us, close to attractions but far enough away to feel like we're in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

My sister and I and our spouses booked this unit for our father's 83rd birthday. We had a great visit and the size of the unit and location worked fine for us! The only draw back was that the air conditioning had some problems and unfortunately the owners were away so it took some time for them to get their contact to try and fix it. It was a warm night, especially the second night, and the air con would have been much appreciated. Communication with the owners was good and we feel they did their best to get it fixed. We would definitely stay here again!

Exceeded expectation and was absolutely wonderful. The only thing was it is really warm in the suite so we had to ask to keep the A/C unit running. Would be nice to have control of temperature but overall it was awesome and owned by great people!

Loved the light in the bathroom. The Unit was super clean and the property managers were great to deal with. The only thing I would like to see is a luggage rack in the closet or a bench to set the suitcase on.

We were thrilled with our stay! The suite is clean, new and perfectly equipped. The location provided great mountain views that could be enjoyed from the cute deck attached to the suite. We were in Penticton for a hockey camp and the distance to the rink was roughly 10 minutes which was totally worth the beauty of the location and newness of the area. Marc and Janet were extremely kind and easy to work with. We highly recommend this property!

This unit is a very comfortable for 4 people to stay. More than enough room for two. It's new and well maintained (clean and comfortable). It's the bottom floor of the owner's home and has been purposely built to rent out. It's located in a new subdivision up on the east slope of the mountain next to the city. There is a nice view of the mountain on the west side of the city. Lovely sunsets. There is no long drive to get anywhere in Penticton, but this unit requires that you drive everywhere. The owners are very nice and happy to accomodate. They talked about adding a shade screen for the front porch to provide shade from the sun as it comes around to the west. This would be a good addition as the sun was very hot through the afternoon and evening. A solid, good value choice for your stay in Penticton.

Very new, modern, clean unit. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. I’d happily stay again. The place is a little out of town, so do be prepared to drive 5 min to get groceries, coffee etc.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Clean and comfortable. Beds and bedding quite comfortable. Ample bath towels. Suggestions... The kitchen could be better stocked eg. Baking pans, measuring cups, wooden spoons, more dinner plates and soup bowls. Seating for more than four for dinner. Only three counter seating. TV not user friendly. Porch was lovely. BBQ was great. Quiet neighbourhood. View of mountains are beautiful. Scenery will be more beautiful when construction is all finished. Thank you so much Marc and Janet. We won't hesitate to recommend your rental space.
