Amazing stay! Staff was awesome!

Fantastic place with really great caretakers. Jonathan and Therese make a great pair and took excellent care of us. We went fishing and snorkeling with jonathan as well as Caye Caulker, Therese made sure the house was clean and cooked us dinner two times. She is a great cook. We can’t wait to come back!!

We had an amazing birthday trip to the Casa Blanca. The house was wonderful, the grounds immaculate, and the staff took care of everything all week. Johnathon took us by boat anywhere we wanted to go, including fishing and snorkeling. Therese and Velda cooked delicious meals for us all week. We enjoyed lounging outside under the palm trees and on the dock. We highly recommend the Casa Blanca to anyone from families with small kids to adults only who want to get away!

We were referred to Casa Blanca by our neighbors who were there in 11/2021. They were spot on with everything. Jonathan was there to pick us up at the airport with the boat. We were then greeted at the property by Therese, Velda, Alicia, Steven and of course Luna. Jonathan had arranged for us to have golf carts ready for us when we arrived. The property was looked just as it was pictured, everything was clean and in order. That first night Therese and Velda made us dinner, it was amazing they are great cooks and shared many of their recipes. We enjoyed it so much they made us several dinners including the last night when they prepared the fish we had got the day before. That night we all ate together, they felt like part of our family. They shared and answered so many questions regarding the Belize traditions. Jonathan and Junior took us snorkeling, to Hol Chan, Caye Caulker, fishing wherever we wanted to go. The two of them they were a wealth of information and led us to some amazing snorkeling/fishing. Each day we returned to the house to find it clean, fresh towels, linens and they even did you wash if it needed to be done. Steven kept the grounds nice and clean for us. I can't say enough about the experience, I am not sure I can stay at another VRBO we were spoiled for sure. The only way we would go back to San Pedro is if Jonathan and his family were there to share our vacation with us at Casa Blanca. It was a great vacation.

Excellent staff. Jonathan, Therese, and Velda will make you feel like you 've known them for years. House was just as shown. Boat was a huge plus. The grounds were immaculate. Will definitely be back. Letting Therese and Velda cook for you is a must. Jonathan knows everyone on the island. Trust in him to set up any excursion you want.

Where to begin... This was by far the best travel experience we have had in a while. We had two families, four adults, two 9 year old boys and two 11 year old girls. From the very beginning Rachel was responsive to questions and provided great information for us to be prepared for our trip. We were massively delayed at BZE customs but after a weary travel day, Andy and Jonathan were waiting for us at the San Pedro airport. Little did we know then how much these two would make an impression on our entire trip. The house itself is beautiful, well appointed, and though far north of the town center it is a short boat ride (and we preferred the distance). The girls prepared amazing food for us the first two nights - even accommodating vegetarians and the pickiest of little eaters who at everything up. They were attentive to our needs at all times, even helped braid the girls hair and comb out tangles of seaweed after snorkeling. The house incredibly clean, they did laundry as needed, and even let our kids play with their beautiful girls. Honestly, the best part of the trip was Captain Andy and Jonathan. They arranged multiple snorkel trips, fishing, tours of the island by boat and since Andy is a dive master was able to do a dive trip for two of our adults (gear was arranged through a dive shop in town). I definitely suggest taking advantage of this skill of his! Andy has lived on the island his whole life, so he knows a lot of people and can connect you with any activity you are interested in. Jonathan became the BFF of the boys, patiently going 'coconut hunting' and machete to the coconut water, free diving to collect conch shells and opening them up on the dock, and generally just putting up with the incessant questions from the boys. Andy and Jonathan were incredibly friendly and fun to be around, indulged all our requests, and made us feel like we were staying with friends instead of at a VRBO. We wish we had stayed longer, though we wanted to see the ruins and caves on the mainland. We will definitely be back to Belize and will make this house, Andy, Jonathan, and the girls a major part of our planning!

Staff was wonderful. Property was great. Having access to a boat, is a huge bonus. I can't wait to re-book a trip.

The 6 of us (2 parents, two 18 year olds and two 21 year olds) stayed for the week and had a fantastic trip. Andy & Jonathan picked us up at the airport, we took the boat to the house, and we had 2 golf carts there waiting for us. Their families helped stock the fridge, and made dinner our first night. During our week, we ventured to secret beach twice, went to Caye Caulker for a day and did a surprise tarpon feeding. Another day we went fishing and then went to a local restaurant where we drove up via boat and they cooked our catch and we had it for lunch. Andy also helped to book us a last minute snorkel / shark ray alley excursion. The house is far enough away from town for the privacy we wanted, but close enough to do secret beach multiple times, as well as the truck stop multiple nights. Each day when we came back from that days adventure, the beds were made, dishes cleaned, laundry done and folded. Note that each of the 4 bedrooms (2 upstairs, 2 downstairs) have their own bathroom so keep in mind if u share toiletries. The Palapa on the end dock with a hammock and 4 cushioned chaises was a great way to enjoy our morning coffee / tea. Thank you Andy & Jonathan for your professionalism - we had a fantastic authentic Belizean vacation!

I have been going to San Pedro since 1998,however this was the first time to stay on the north end of the Island and also at a house rather than a hotel.Casa Blanca was a wonderful experience from the very beginning. Andy,Jonathan and their family treated us like friends but also were very professional.All we had to do was ask and they made it happen.Everything; the boat,accommodations,location, and especially the staff were beyond our expectations.I can't wait to get back!

Overall excellent vacation experience. The house is relatively secluded on the beach and very private. The home is very spacious and clean. The staff are what make the experience. You can take the boat out anytime you want to go fishing, lobster fishing, snorkeling etc. They can give you rides to town. They cook for you, do your laundry, etc. etc. We had the bonus of the dog having three puppies there which made our outdoor experience even better. Loved picking coconuts from the trees and making drinks. we rented golf carts to get to and from town which is an experience in itself.

There was 8 of us adults that stayed in Casa Blanca. We had the time of our lives. Brian picked us up at the airport and the adventures started then. We had 2 golf carts to run around the island and explore We found the most beautiful places to enjoy meals and drinks all along the island. Having Brian as our boat captain was quite a treat. The whole staff was wonderful, anything we needed all we had to do was ask. Brian arranged for us to hire a catamaran for the day and go snorkeling and taking in the beauty of the turquoise waters all around. Brian took the men fishing for the day. For , Valentine's day Brian and his brother spent the day hunting for Lobster and they prepared it for us for dinner. That was quite a treat. Brian's wife was and excellent Chef. We also enjoyed Zip Lining and boating through the Caves. It was a trip of a lifetime. We highly recommend Casa Blanca Mata Grande for your next traveling experience.

Our family had a wonderful trip to Casablanca. Our 2 girls and us enjoyed the beauty of the property located straight on the crystal clear blue water. The bedrooms were very comfy and private with awesome air conditioning cooling us down! The kitchen and living room were perfect for family time. Brian captained the boat to take us anywhere we wanted to go and showed my husband some great fishing sites and then his lovely wife cooked up the freshly caught fish in delicious Belizian style! Our rooms were cleaned daily and laundry done by her as well. It was a luxurious treatment! Wonderful family vacation atmosphere! Would highly recommend staying here and getting spoiled!

I love this place! My first trip to Belize - Casa Blanca was more than I expected! Beautiful freshly painted , you can tell their is pride in ownership. Great furnishing, Great space in the rooms and bathrooms. The food that yuri cooked was delicious. I was well taken care - Bryan is an amazing host. The boat was at our disposable everyday! At a moment notice - we fished - snorkeled - went to the Secret Beach. Yuri washed my clothes - Lando made us drinks. It was a perfect relaxing vacation with my family. Highly recommenced this location on Ambergris Caye.
