Luxury Sonoma Cottage: Sanctuary with Pool! Close to Square & Wineries
Niché bas un petit pays saleté voie, notre chalet nom propre Dove Cottage de William Wordsworth, est un sanctuaire d'apaisement dans le milieu de la Wine Country, tout près de Sonoma Plaza. Ce est une résidence entièrement privé avec sa propre piscine à chauffage solaire, grande terrasse privée pour se divertir, manger et se détendre. Il dispose d'une luxuriante, wrap-around jardin et un espace propre moderne et minimaliste, intérieur. Il est parfaitement situé tout près de Sonoma place pour le mieux dans la gastronomie et de l'accès à certains des meilleurs vignobles dans le monde.
Notre chalet est parfait pour week-end romantique d'un couple de suite, ou un week-end amusant pour une petite famille avec enfants profiter de la piscine (avec couverture automatique de manière très sûre) et Traintown juste autour du coin. * Nous ne chauffons pas généralement la piscine Décembre- Février en raison des températures froides, il est presque impossible d'obtenir la piscine assez chaud pour profiter.
En plus d'être une belle petite escapade, nous avons également mis la pensée dans les détails: Dove Cottage dispose de la climatisation / chauffage et dispose d'une belle cuisine personnalisée de luxe. Il a deux Sony HD TV avec Netflix et câble gratuit, la pleine vitesse Lightening Wi-fi, et les détails de conception européens uniques comme une coutume grange-porte coulissante et deux portes de style hollandais. Et la suite de maître retour a des portes françaises qui mènent à votre terrasse privée pour profiter des couchers de soleil ou l'air frais du matin.
Notre gîte est assez proche de la place pour l'accès et la proximité facile pourtant a un cadre champêtre merveilleux qui vous permet de sentir simultanément loin de tout. Nous avons essayé de créer un espace que nous aimons être comme une famille, ou une escapade romantique, et nous avons mis beaucoup de pensée dans la conception et le débit, et nous espérons que vous allez l'adorer, et qu'il faire de votre temps dans cette belle partie du monde encore plus agréable et mémorable.

The property is beautiful, secluded and quiet. Only major downside is the access from the main road. The 150m side street into the property is in horrible shape with crazy, huge potholes. It was very difficult to drive in with our rental without grounding out some part of the car. If you have an suv or truck it is not likely an issue.

We went for a moms relaxing weekend getaway. 3 moms that needed a small break from the start of the kids’ school year. The cottage was very clean, relaxing and had all the amenities that we needed for the weekend. It’s about a 3-5 minute drive from Safeway and Whole Foods. The host, Sarah, is very responsive and has great recommendations for things to do in the area. We hope to be back again next year!

Dove Cottage was an amazing home for our family stay in Sonoma! The house is close to the Sonoma square, restaurants, grocery stores, and wineries. We loved jumping in the pool to cool off in the hot afternoons. The home was clean and everything was as described.

Dove Cottage is a beautiful, well-kept, beautifully decorated and fully outfitted vacation home in the heart of Sonoma. The house was so charming - every detail thoughtfully considered to ensure a perfect, comfortable and stress-free stay.
Sarah is a super responsive, warm and welcoming host. We felt fully cared for.
The location is great! Walking distance to Train Town (if you have kids) and Sonoma Plaza with delicious restaurants and great shops.
We VRBO a lot and this was definitely in our top best experiences.
We hope to come back soon!

The highlight here is that glorious master bedroom overlooking the backyard and pool. TYou can lay in bed watching the kids frolic. It’s a little pool but kids love it and the yard is cute. I loved hearing the sound of leaves plopping down from the tree.
Another plus is all the thoughtful extras. Need a Sharpie? Need a Covid test? This place has you covered.
Central heat another big plus.

We recently stayed at Dove Cottage for a few night with our young children. The house is adorable, cozy and well equipped with all things needed. The pool was the perfect size for our family and the main attraction for the kids. The location is very close to many great restaurants, parks, wineries, etc. A great spot! We had a couple of questions while we were there and the owner responded immediately - super kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back to Dove Cottage if we find ourselves in Sonoma again!

Dove Cottage, Revisited
I’d first stayed at Dove Cottage 2 years ago, with my 3 daughters, to celebrate my middle daughter’s last month before her first baby arrived. Such a sweet time!

Charming home to relax at, good driving distance to fun!
We loved this home so much, and already want to return! The backyard and inside of the home were both so relaxing and had everything we needed to unwind. There were cute touches everywhere you looked. The pool was so nice and warm, especially at the end of the day after the solar heater was hard at work; this was so nice with our baby and toddler!
The one downside was that the neighborhood is not walking friendly without having to drive somewhere. To get to a good walking area, you have to walk down a 1/8-1/4 mile dirt road and then cross a very busy street without a crosswalk or sidewalk on the street side of the house. This trek was worth it to a nearby beautiful trail, but hard to get to.
We hope to rent again soon!

Staycation
We were looking to escape June Gloom in the city and this was the perfect find ! We escaped with our family and enjoyed. Picnicking in the backyard and playing in the pool from dawn to dusk. Our LO loved the house toys and of course the pool. The auto cover also made us feel at easy when we wrapped up the pool for the night and played in the backyard. We can’t wait to come back amenities were perfect for a family we also loved that it was a short drive from SF!!

Great time in Sonoma at Dove Cottage
My husband and two of our friends stayed at the Dove Cottage for 6 days. The cottage was darling and perfect for 2 couples - but is also great for a family. We walked to the square and enjoyed many wineries and restaurants in the area. The home guide that was available to us was the nicest I have experienced in all my VRBO stays. Mini spring break getaway.
Wonderful, cute and cozy, would rent again. The kids absolutely loved the warm pool and couldn’t wait to get back from our excursions to get back into the pool to swim. Very private and intimate backyard.

We had a great time and the location was quiet and private and had everything we needed.
Close to restaurants and shops and the pool was a huge attraction for my littles. There was a safety cover which was easy to use.
Lots of outdoor space - and the wifi was steady and strong.
It was a wonderful break from our home during covid lockdowns.
Great owners who were responsive and SO helpful. I can't recommend this property enough. Will absolutely be going back!

Tucked away Oasis!!
This property is gorgeous and comfortable. I was there with two of my friends, and we had plenty of room. We traded off who got the master each night, but I will say, the other two beds are fabulous. It was too cold to enjoy the pool, but we loved sitting out back under the big tree and enjoying a glass of wine. I would definitely come back to this property.

This property was even better than I expected. They thought of every detail. It was beautiful inside - the decor was modern and fun..just like out of an HGTV reno. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The outside deck and pool area was ideal - perfect house for a family or a small friends get away. The location was ideal - super close to DT Sonoma. The book of instructions was perfect. The ONLY downside was lack of comfy towels..but I would recommend to anyone...just loved it!

Such a cute place - looks just like the pics!! The backyard is really great and the pool was perfect for our 5 yr old and 3 yr old - a real upgrade from our blow up pool ha. The kids room was perfect with lots of floor space to play. Kitchen had everything we needed and just all around, it was easy, relaxing and very comfortable. We brought bikes and it was an easy ride to the square. Sarah is lovely and we can't wait to stay again next summer!

We celebrated my birthday with a long weekend at Dove Cottage and it was everything! It’s such a peaceful, lovely, serene place to be. The pool was heavenly - so warm like bath water! Perfect for small group girls getaway
This was the perfect property for our girls trip to Sonoma and Napa. The cottage was so cute and comfortable, and having a pool was amazing. It was walking distance to a market and coffee shop, and either a long walk or very short car ride to downtown Sonoma. We can’t wait to plan our next trip and stay here again!

Nice place for our Family getaway. The house had ample space and an amazing outdoor area to enjoy. The pool was the best part! Perfect temperature and really clean. The dirt road into the house is pretty bumpy, but once your there it’s quiet and peaceful.
